We recently visited Lowcountry Produce in Seabrook, SC, and it was an incredible experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went out of their way to make sure my experience was top-notch.The food was amazing! Everything was fresh and tasted like it was straight from the farm. The store itself was beautifully designed and well-maintained, with plenty of seating areas to relax and enjoy your food. The location was convenient and easy to find.Overall, I highly recommend Lowcountry Produce to anyone looking for fresh and delicious food in a welcoming and friendly environment. I will definitely be back!

We were driving back from Hilton Head, it was lunchtime, and we found Lowcountry Produce. It is an unassuming little place from the outside with dirt road parking. Nonetheless, when you walk in it is surprisingly pretty and spacious. Only indoor seating available, but fortunately for these times, we were the only ones in our dining area. The food sounded promising and there were some menu options that seemed surprisingly sophisticated. However, the execution on most things did not live up to the description. The one stand out was the fresh, local fried oysters. They were fried to perfection and delicious, served with a really good tartar sauce. Yum. Chicken tenders were pretty good. Coleslaw was too. Where they fell short was the bacon cheeseburger (dry and not tasty), the fries, and the grilled chicken sandwich with "melted" blue cheese and peach chutney. I mean, that chicken sandwich sounded so delicious, BUT the chicken was barely grilled so no good char flavor and a little dry, and they used blue cheese crumbles (note: those don't melt, so it was just crumbly cheese that kept falling off). The peach chutney was indeed delicious but they need to use a runny, melty blue (think gorgonzola) and cook the chicken better. That really could have been a winner. Bummer.Having a rooster wandering around was fun though, and service was very friendly. And they sell all sorts of yummy looking sauces, jams, chutneys, etc. If the peach chutney was a good example of those, don't hesitate to buy them!

Pay very close attention because you don’t want to miss the very unassuming road-side farmhouse. Inside is the best tomato 🍅 pie I’ve ever eaten in my life. I wish I knew the blend of cheese they use. They have a full lunch menu and everything is so delicious. I don’t know what kind of bacon they use but it’s amazing. You MUST TRY their homemade potato salad. Get a tomato pie to-go. Just get everything! You won’t be disappointed.

This place is charming and the food is delicious - if you are in a hurry or don’t want to wait you can call ahead and have the food ready when you arrive. Their donuts are fantastic and their pancakes / French toast are outstanding! The chickens and bunnies are fun for the little ones. We love coming here and do so almost every Sunday. Highly recommend

Really prefer this one over the one downtown ! Beaufort at times (parking and prices). One of the last places to grab a bite to eat when heading towards to freeway when leaving town! That being said, their hours are usually set for just breakfast and lunch. Good deals on pumpkins during October. Plus another great place for photo opportunities! Love the traditional country setting. Great place to stop by!

We had high hopes after being referred to the restaurant after a tour of Auldbrass plantation. When we arrived, we were immediately told the wait for food was 30 minutes and several items were unavailable. No worries. We switched up our order and sat down. We kept watching people who came in after us get food, and then we got very concerned when all those people finished and left. Finally my husband asked the girl bringing out food about our meal, and she said she'd check. Another 10 minutes. Finally my husband went up to the counter and after several minutes of the kitchen and front of the house talking they realized they hadn't started our ticket and it was lost somehow. At this point we'd waited over an hour, so we just asked for our money back. It was given but there was absolutely no apology or explanation of what happened. We wasted over an hour and left with empty stomachs. Unfortunately we saw several others ask for money back and complain about cold food so I don't think we were an anomaly. We couldn't possibly recommend this restaurant after our experience today.

Wow, this place is a sleeper hit. This was one of the best chicken breast burgers that I've had yet. Everything that we had for lunch was top notch. The chips that are made there and the dips (salsas, cinnamon butters) we're all A+. I'll definitely be coming back for lunch!

Our group came by after a funeral yesterday, and we were catered by them at their restaurant. They served rolls, pulled pork, chicken breast pieces, macaroni and cheese (so good!), green beans, and roasted potato bites, plus to-die-for cookies, and water, soda, and tea. The food was delicious and plentiful. The service was pleasant and efficient. This was my first introduction to this fine establishment - but it will not be my last! You need to go by and eat here, and get them to cater for you. You will be happy you did!

During the week I have found Low country Produce an excellent place to have lunch. The portions are more than adiquit and the prices are reasonable. That being said, I do not recommend dining there on Saturday. The waiting time is around a hour. They are understaffed. On top of that they were running out of food. The waitress we had was totally worthless. They ran out of french fries and onion rings and served us potato salad and coleslaw. That was fine but we were giving no utensils to eat it with!

Good food. Nice selection on menu. Not impressed about the way the food was served. Did not like the metal plates with the side on a piece of wax paper. When we requested more tea she took our glasses and refilled instead of bringing new ones. Not sure if that's proper in a covid environment.

Great little spot to stop and eat! We arrived right at 10 am, so we were able to order breakfast and lunch. The food was delicious and service was delightful. The restaurant was very clean and well kept and the little store was super charming. It was winter time, so the fresh produce was limited... but will definitely be back in the summer.

This place is always a treat. The original location in Lobeco is my favorite. The food is always great, the produce is fresh and cannery turns out some of the BEST chows, butters and jams. And the tortilla chips dipped in peach salsa are just amazing! Try the okra pickles too!!

don’t go here if you’re in a rush. For the 2nd time I called my order in and waited well over 30 minutes only to be told they hadn’t even started our order yet & it would be even longer. Had to cancel our order both times because we had medical appointments in Charleston for our 2 year old daughter we had to make it to. So we had to drive all the way to Charleston on empty stomachs because there is nothing else on the way & we spent all our spare time in their parking lot waiting for food they weren’t even working on. Disappointing because their food actually is good, but goodness are they slow!

Tried to have lunch on Saturday (My wife and I). After our order was finally taken we had to wait another 35 minutes to get our order. I asked if there was an issue and received attitude from the wait staff. Everyone else received their order in a timely fashion. We ordered the cheeseburger (going to split the meal) but received a hamburger. Had to ask for utinses to split the meal. The hamburger was seriously over priced for the quality of what we received. If you eat there, bring your own lemon for your water, that will be one less thing you have to beg for.

Small store with local Southern relish and other cannery products. The grill hotdogs are amazing! (Guarantee you haven't had anything like these.) Can't wait to come back and try other grill items. Don't pass up.

This place has changed, and not for the better. Arrived for lunch at 12:10, placed my order and was not served until 1:30.They ran out of sweet tea, and had no plans of making more. One of my favorite items on the menu, cucumber salad, is no longer served... but they still provide cucumbers in their salad. How much trouble is it to slice up some cucumbers with onions, add some vinegar and sugar and let it sit for a while? This is a summer staple in the south.Used to be one of my favorite places to eat while in Beaufort. Sad that it has lost it's flare for southern cuisine.

Maybe it was an off day or new staff, but it was my first experience. My boyfriend has been many times and spoke of how great a place it was for breakfast and lunch, but not today. Food came out wrong, wait staff never came to check on us, we had to get our forks, salad dressing and to go boxes ourselves. Needless to say I will not be back. The salads were great, but that was literally the only thing, and honestly how do u mess up a salad up. 👎

Came on a Sunday morning, and it was almost empty. The breakfast bowl was great. The biscuit and gravy with eggs was fantastic. Great service and nice farmhouse vibe. Highly recommend.
