Chase had mats underneath, on his belly and neck. He needed a good bath. I wanted his hair cut short. He gets hot easily. He loves jumping in the pond and loves water.I think they did great. This was his first time at the groomer. They said he did good with them. Jerri and her help probably made the difference. I think the cost was reasonable as well. Make sure to bring proof of vaccinations. They let me drop him off at 730am. His appointment was for 1030 am. After they finished, they called and I came to pick him up. I am happy with the results and I believe Chase is as well.

Inn the Dog House has been grooming my dog for 13 years and my dogs always look amazing. They are also very accommodating and are easy to work with. They even goOut to the car to get my 87 yo mother’s dog since it is hard for her to manage. So thankfulFor all of them!!!!

I am so glad that my friends Margie and Russ told me about INN THE DOG HOUSE.Uh-Oh would never let me near her feet to clip her nails. She is doing so well with going toINN THE DOG HOUSE now.At first she didn't want to get out of the car but now she isn't so afraid. I was impressed with Dog House. New and clean -- well designed with a group of cute, groomed pups walking around and interacting in grooming area. The entrance area is cozy and tidy with select merchandise. This space opens to the grooming area, visible through an all glass wall with sliding doors. It's a cool setup and Carol, our groomer, was very nice and listened attentively to my thoughts about Cauliflower. It was Cauli's first grooming experience but she seemed chill and unstressed when I picked her up. See before and after pics...LOL :)

Been with Jeri for years and always happy with the care she gives our pups. She groomed our mini schnauzer for 17 years and she was always getting compliments on her cut. We now have a 5 month old golden doodle that has been twice and we are really happy with his cut. All of the groomers seem professional and good with the animals.

Moose and I cannot recommend Inn The Doghouse enough! He is groomed by Ms Janie and she does a phenomenal job. She takes her time and I truly feel like she loves my boy like I do! Moose also loves daycare with Mr Joe. Ms Jeri has an awesome shop with amazing staff!

Everyone is caring to the animals. Sweetie gets groomed and plays until we pick her up. Comes home eats and slee I s for several hours. She loves Janie her groomer!

I adore this place! The facility is beautiful, clean and designed for complete visibility to your fur babies during the grooming process. The staff is super friendly and the animals get socializing opportunities as part of their spa day! Lauren is our groomer. Sam and Bailey look great and are stress free after their visit. While I do schedule in advance, Lauren is always willing to reschedule if my crazy work requires it. Can't say enough how thrilled I am to have found them!

Thank you! Our first visit today and they took great care of my Buddy. He had a nice bath, nail trim, brushed him out, etc. He was relaxed (not stressed) and smelled good when I picked him up. He is a senior dog, a rescue, weighs 100+ pounds, arthritis (he is fine tonight, not sore) and I am so happy that they did so well with him.

0 stars is what I would love to give. Couldn't get to my normal groomer due to time constraints so I chose this business to groom my Irish-doodle. The grooming took more than 5 hours and the cut was so uneven. I didn't call back right away due to family illness. When I did call to see if someone could just trim the top notch of my dog's coat I was berated because I waited so long. Even after explaining about the illness in my family and the passing of my dad no condolences were expressed and I was still being questioned about why I waited 3 weeks to ask for this terrible cut to be straightened out. WILL NOT USE THIS GROOMER AGAIN. So uncaring.
