We’ve been using this place the past couple years for grooming. We have an older dog (that can get kinda moody), and they always take good care of her! We always leave happy and get compliments on how good our dog looks.

We have boarded our dog here twice and I have to say this is the best place we have ever boarded him! Both times when we picked him up he was perfectly happy and acting just like himself - whereas when he had stayed at big kennels before he has come home fatigued and seemed lethargic for days.I think the good experience our dog has had is because it's a smaller business, they have "big dog" 10 kennels and also does grooming. I think because it's small they give each dog a lot of love and attention. They also let us bring his blanket and even offered to wash it! I asked about paying for our dog to have personal play time but they explained that is already included and that especially on holidays when the grooming side is closed the dogs get lot of attention. Our dog is a high energy dog who loves ppl but is also a bit of an escape artist but they took really good care of him!Additionally, I find their boarding prices to be very reasonable. They are located in South Spartanburg relatively close to the interstate I-26 which is convient.Their hours are a bit spotty because it's a small business they are subject to change but the owner is very accomidating. I recommend you communicate when you plan to pick up and drop off, and like I said they are very accomidating and responsive to email/text/fb messages, and the owner lives near by.Shout out to the girl who's been there most times we picked up/dropped off! I don't know her name, she has curly blonde hair, she is so sweet and caring to Goose, also very patient, guieninly kind and accomidating. Provided great customer service!Overall I highly recommend Carolina Pampered Pet for boarding! Five stars!

Friendly staff, exceptionally clean facilities. Dropped my dog off looking like a ragamuffin, picked her up looking sleek and smelling fresh! I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Was also glad to hear they offer boarding.

Absolutely the best grooming and boarding business ever. Dina is wonderful and always helps out on short notice or during tough times. Her employees are always cheerful and listen to our concerns about our 14 year old blind girl. The kennels and grooming areas are always spotless. Lina. Our girl gets excited as soon as we are in the parking lot and can't wait to get out of the car. She is the best review Carolina Pampered Pet Grooming can get in my opinion.

I'm new to South Carolina and was extremely behind on my dogs nails (embarrassingly so). I found this dog groomer and they took me as a walk in and did a great job on her nails. I'm planning to take her back for a grooming as soon as I can.

They are okay but I think their prices are very high. How to get my dogs nail cut $15 for both. When I was living Louisiana only paid $5. Anybody else knows a cheaper place?e I won't go back there again. Had my puppies groomed or one of them when he got home he was terrified for 2 days. They kept him like 6 7 maybe more hours I understand they are busy but I never had anybody take so long to groom my dog.

I Allowed my puppy to stay for 4 nights , when I picked her up her bath was incomplete that Monday . I’ve never had this problem with them , I loved my dog going , Diana the owner seems to have cared less about how I felt in the regard of the mistreatment of my puppy. When I asked for a policy , I was told their wasn’t one . I’m very disappointed , I was not offered any compensation. I Do appreciate the other young lady for trying . I Will not be using their service anymore & I will share my experience.Like I said , I have never had a problem with them , I never received a phone call before , my dog has always came back dry . My money was very much wasted & I’m not a happy customer .

They are simply the best in the upstate they groom my baby perfectly. I have other dogs who are sensitive to scents and they are wonderful at keeping my dog scent free. I will never take my dog anywhere else.

We were going to board our 2 dogs at our vet because our pug isn't too friendly. Our daughter told us about Dina and her girls so we took bear and our fallen 2 lb chihuahua there. OMG bear made friends very quickly and our visiting them everyday was never an imposition. Their kennels are so posh temperature controlled well lit and smell clean and are clean. I'm a tough cookie to impress when it comes to our fur babies but we will come back to visit groom and sometimes we just might plan a get away without them as we now know they are happy there. Gosh I even had a hard time one day getting Bear to come out of his little home for a visit with me. Thank you Dina you are in the right business

Just driving by saw a young golden lab being yanked up off the ground by a leash....glad I never made the decision to use this place! I'm hoping the pups owners see this and yes it was clear it was an employee since the 2 women I saw were wearing matching business tees

I really love this place 2nd time we have boarded our dog with them and they are awesome!!!! I was sent pictures and video of my guy having a blast they always answer the phone and the price is super reasonable we will board with them from now on
