All I can say is WOW! This was my first time here and I boarded my dog Nora for a week. The owner is extremely sweet, text back quick, keeps you updated, explains everything well, and even gave her a bath for free after she got dirty during outside play time! Prices are amazing, and the facility is very clean and inviting! This will be my go to place from here on out! Truly awesome!

We recently used Yuppy Puppy to board our doggie Leia. She had never been to sleep away camp before so we were a bit nervous but everything was wonderful. They responded to text questions promptly and let us know that our girl was doing great. Will definitely be using them again in the future.

T is a wonderful groomer. Mia absolutely just loves her and is always trying to give her kisses all the time while she is trying to groom her. Her pricing on grooming is very very reasonable.

I wish I had a picture of what our puppy looked like before she was groomed. I also wish I would have taken the pictures before she ran around the wet yard. LOL She looks amazing and I know that she was well taken care of by her demeanor and condition after. I think she looks great! She seems to really like it too! Thank you Yuppy Puppy. :)

Amazing! Best grooming service I have found in a long time. She rescued me after another grooming service (I won't mention who) shaved my poor Pomeranian to the skin. Needless his second coat was nothing but tangles and scruff. If it wasn't for Yuppy Puppy we would have had to left him shaved. She got his fur manageable and even though it will never be as beautiful as his first coat we are happy with the results!

First off, I love the convenience and location of this place! Secondly, I've literally spoken with every boarding company from Rock Hill to South Charlotte, and Yuppy Puppy had the biggest bang for your buck without charging 5-star hotel prices for my dog 😂. Pick-up and drop-off times were convenient and it was nice to be able to text and check on our little one while she was there...they even sent pictures. They will definitely be our go-to anytime we need care for our little lady.

Moving to a new town from a different state, it’s very hard going through the process of finding a new groomer for my fur baby that I trust and will treat my pup the way I expect. I’ve had awful experiences in the past at other places, but since the first day/interaction with Yuppy Puppy I have nothing but positive words and interactions. The owner herself took the time to talk to me, figure out exactly what I wanted, and continued to give me updates throughout the day when I dropped my pup off for her first grooming appointment. I won’t be taking her anywhere else but Yuppy Puppy from now on. They all were so friendly and did an AMAZING job with my sweet girl. They pricing was very fair as well. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the Rock Hill/surrounding area.

Used to bring my dog here when I lived in Rock Hill. They took such great care of my boy while I went away and always promptly responded to texts and let me know how he was doing! This gave me a huge sense of relief leaving him while I had to go away. He is very high anxiety, so knowing I left him in good hands is always important to me. Booking was always easy. All I had to do was send a text and they would confirm pick up/drop off times and dates. Not sure if it has changed since then, but I’m sure it’s still a relatively easy process. They were also very flexible if I was running late in traffic and had to change my pick up time. Unfortunately I’ve moved about an hour away, but I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to board their dogs in the area!

We 💞Yuppy Puppy! They have ALWAYS done an amazing job on our dogs. We get so many compliments on their haircuts as well! Tavonni is the sweetest,kindest most thorough, hands on business owner you will ever meet. I have lived in RH for many years now and have boarded our dogs & used her bathing & clipping services for most of those years. We cant ever move more than an hour or two away cause we can't ever go to another boarder or groomer. There is no other!💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞💞

New to the area, already tried 2 groomers for our Cairn Terrier and Yorkie, disasters both times. Stopped in at the Yuppy Puppy and was impressed with the owner/groomer and talked with her about my guys and what I wanted in their grooming (the dogs weren't with me). A few weeks later, my husband brought them in, the owner remembered my discussion with her, and WOW!!! They look great. Both dogs came out looking exactly how I wanted them. She even called me during their grooming to tell me the oldest was a little apprehensive but doing well. Such concern was refreshing. This place is clean and caring. Will definitely become our groomers! 5 stars

My boy Timber loves Yuppy Puppy and he has always received the best of care.Timber has been there several times just for boarding but this last time we asked that he be groomed as well. I have never seen my boy look so good. The owner even managed to clip his nails (which most groomers refuse to do because his feet are so sensitive) and they look fabulous.The owner is very knowledgeable and extremely flexible. She has taken Timber for the day several times on short notice.Kudos to Yuppy Puppy for making my boy look and feel so good!!!!

Please, if you really love your pet, DO YOUR RESEARCH! I brought my two dogs to be groomed and unfortunately, my puppy was clipped on his private area. Known by the owner, my puppy was licking the area before I picked him up and it was not brought to my attention. My puppy ended up with an infection and $94 vet fee. I know it could happen at any groomer and sometimes, especially puppies, accidents can occur. I had spoken to the owner and she was willing to work with me on the vet fee by her services. We had an agreement until the husband of the owner disagreed and cancelled the agreement. Instead, it was brought to my attention, I should have read their policy. Not a good way of handling business. But I guess that's business and not services for your loving pets. Best of luck and wish this will NOT happen to anyone else.

I love the Yuppy Puppy! I get my two pitts groomed there once a month and I couldn't be happier. My dogs are always happy there and I know they get the care that they need. I read one review about being crammed up all day and I simply don't believe that to be true at all! I am very sensitive about where I board my dogs because they are larger and need to get outside and exercise several times a day, Yuppy makes sure that happens! Not to mention I have called several times last minute in a panic and they always fit Missy and Snoop in! Thanks Yuppy!

WE LOVE YUPPY PUPPY!!!!! We have been taking our dog there for the past 5 years. We had taken our dog to a couple of other places before taking him to Yuppy Puppy. Yuppy Puppy is the only place my dog will actually eat his food and is excited to see the owners when we arrive. He loves the attention they give him and Its the only place I feel comfortable leaving our dog. The owners love animals. It's like leaving your pet with a family member! I had an emergency at my residence that meant my family had to vacate for one day...including the 4-legged members. I sent Yuppy Puppy the NIGHT before and got a response in minutes! They were so empathetic and were able to take care of my dog that day!! Definitely going to be my go-to place for grooming, etc. Wonderful!!!!!

Such great customer service! My dog came from the animal control and was very frightened of, well, EVERYTHING. I had to get her groomed because she was a mess. She was skittish when I brought her in. When I picked her up she was loving on the owner just like she did to me after some time. That told me the lady treated her gentle and with love. I take my dog there every few months and she actually likes going. They do a wonderful job on her and seem to really care about the animals.

My wife and I have been taking our Schnauzer to Yuppy Puppy for many years. They are Great. They cut her exactly how you ask and our Schnauzer is used to them. Prior to Yuppy Puppy, we went to several groomers and none are as good. We drive over 45 minutes - worth it!

I was a little nervous boarding our two rescues for the first time. LuLu is a go with the flow dog, but, Roxie( our Pit/boxer) has anxiety going to the vet or new places. But, Yuppy Puppy kept in contact with us while out of town and reassured us they were doing great, which made me feel better. When we picked them up, they were excited and happy, but, what I noticed most was how they were loving and happy around the owner Tivanie. 😍 They also smelled great and looked super cute with their scarves. We’ll definitely be back. 😁

We have our dog bathed, groomed and her nails trimmed here for years. When we first got our dog as a puppy, we tried PetSmart and had a horrible experience. Our dog seems to do well at Yuppy Puppy, and we can't wait to see her fresh, clean and "smiling" every time.

My pets were very well taken care of while being boarded for the weekend. They came home relaxed and happy - all the bedding was still just as clean as when I brought it in and my pets were freshly bathed and smelling good at pickup! I feel very at ease bringing them here and will use them again.

We took our little Shelbie to Yuppy Puppy for about 5 years. She went every 2 weeks for a bath and nail trim. She also was boarded there in several occasions. We could not ask for better service anywhere. When we left her there, it was like leaving her with family. They took very goid care of her and treated her like their own. Best in Rock Hill

I Board Laya here regularly because I have to travel a lot for my business. They make it soooo easy for a busy person like me to make sure their dog is taken care of. I literally shoot them a quick text and her reservation is booked. They are also very flexible regarding drop off and pick up times. It can be difficult to predict exactly when you will return from a trip due to delays and traffic, yet they do their best to accomodate. Very friendly staff, great customers service and zero problems with my best friend when she returns home! Thanks Yuppy Puppy for all you do!

This is place is fantastic! They always accommodate my 2 large dogs and never complain about how crazy they are haha! I take them there all the time if we go out of town and can not take our pups with us! They also do a GREAT job cleaning them! My dogs are large labs and its so hard to keep them clean and smelling great and Yuppy Puppy does. It amazes me haha! Thank you so much Yuppy Puppy!

Every summer I book YUPPY PUPPY in advance. Athena, my dog, loves everybody here. They take such good care of her that when we arrive to drop her off; she happily goes with them and seems to forget about me. Haha. Sad, a little, but at least I know she is loved and cared for. If you need a place to groom or board your dog. I recommend YUPPY PUPPY in Rock Hill EVERY TIME.

Hard to find a better groomer or boarding option for our pup. This was the third boarding option I've tried in the Fort Mill/Rock Hill area. The rates are competitive, the location is easy to get to, and the staff is accommodating and knowledgable. You'll feel your pet is getting the best treatment while they're here!

Several hundred dollars in vet bills and surgery!I boarded my two laps for 3 nights. We had never used them before. Dogs came home seemlying happy and well. The next couple days we noticed that one of our dogs has a minor cut in his tail. Call the owner of the kennel to see what it was and was told they didn't know perhaps he has brushed up against a stick! (Not likely since he plays fetch with small logs) Well we bandaged it for weeks will no luck of it healing. We came home multiple times to blood on the walls where he had pulled th bandage off and was bleeding. We then proceeded to put a cone collar on him 24/7 with the hope it would heal. 2 months later now it isn't well and is so raw that the cartilage was sticking out the end of his tail. He had to have surgery and his tail shortened twice! Several hundred dollars in vet bills later we STILL are battling this issue. WE WILL NOT BE BACK!
