We love Woof Park Lodge. When we moved to Rock Hill, we needed to find a place for grooming our dog King, and that’s when we discovered Woof Park Lodge. All of the staff are welcoming and greeted us kindly. They explained the prices and the process. When we drop off King and we’re running late to pick him up after grooming, they are very accommodating. The establishment is clean and pet friendly. They treat King like a little King!

This is the BEST place for daycare and grooming. The staff is super friendly and treats your dog like their own. Levi LOVES going to daycare here. And Rhonda doesn’t let him leave without a cookie. I love occasionally looking at the cameras and seeing him playing. It makes my heart warm to know he’s got friends here.

We ended up locating this place driving by. Today was my dog's 1st day here and he really enjoyed himself. His groom looked awesome and the staff are really nice and very great at communication. Onyx will definitely keep coming back!! 👏🏾 🙂

Woof Park is a fantastic place to take your dog! I never have second thoughts when I drop my dog off and they’re very accommodating. They are good honest people you can always trust your dogs with! My dog loves it and is always happy when I pick her up.

Took our girl Vixen Mae there to get a groom a month ago and we are here for work from Kentucky and the workers were so nice and friendly and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a groom. Thank y’all so much for generosity and we look forward to bringing her back for another groom.

We love Wolf Park Lodge simply because our dogs love Wolf Park Lodge! They are ALWAYS excited to go there for daycare. After boarding there for a few days they don’t act out of sorts like they did at a different place. All of the staff are nice and seem to genuinely care about our dogs. They do a great job grouping all the right dogs together so everyone gets along. We love checking on them through the web cam and always see a staff member loving on all the dogs. So glad we found Wolf Park Lodge and you will be too!!!

Our Golden Retriever, Dune, has been attending daycare at WPL for about a year and he LOVES it. Each day he can’t wait to see his buddies and spend time with the staff. You can tell a bunch of pet lovers work there the moment you arrive. Thank you WPL for treating our Duney like family. ❤️

I love this place! The staff is super friendly, the facility is nice and clean. I was a bit nervous leaving my pup there while i went to work but they made me feel at ease, especially with the canera access. My dog Koa loves it! I RECCOMEND this place 100%.

Has been a great place for day care and grooming. My Boykin was a mess, they cleaned her up real good with a nice short trim, but left her feather in place. Very pleased with the service and kindness we receive.

My dog was incredibly nervous on check-in, but they let me walk him back to the play area to make him more comfortable. He made friends and they took pictures of him lying down with his new buddy. Very sweet crew here and I'll definitely be using them again!

My two older pups had back to back daycare stays at Woof Park Lodge. We came in town last minute for my husbands job and stayed in a local hotel. Woof Park was very easy to deal with on the phone to get them set up, and I could tell when I walked in that they’d be well taken care of. I was happy to get a text their first day telling me they were resting peacefully and watching a movie. I was shown where their room was and where they went outside. Everything was clean and comfortable. And the staff I interacted with were all friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend to anyone!

We absolutely love WPL!!! I can not say enough GREAT things about this Staffs and Owners. Our sweet girl Dakota goes 3x a week and believe me if she could talk, she would be telling us that she needed to go everyday :). Also, I like that I can check on her via the cam system.Call to schedule a tour and meet the AWESOME staff :)

I wish there were more than five stars available to rate these guys. I live in Charlotte and actually drive past two other day cares to take Leyla, my Boxer/Rhodesian Ridgeback , to Rock Hill. Everyone there is so positive and so loving it has created an incredible environment. I have seen their facility inside and out and everything there is incredibly clean. If you've ever considered daycare or boarding this should be your only go to location.

Hands down an amazing place. My sweet Coco got the best haircut she has ever had! The staff is super caring, friendly and skilled! Loved the fact that they they genuinely care about your Pooh. The Woof Park Lodge is the best doggy day care in the area for sure. The staff is always very welcoming and remembers our fur baby's name. He is exhausted when he comes home and we get go watch him on their cameras while he is there. Bro the Puppy loves the Woof Park Lodge!!!!

The staff of Woof Park took such amazing care of our baby boy! They were super friendly, gave you updates when you asked for them and allow you to see your pup on camera whenever you want. He was also groomed on his last day and came back to us looking and smelling the best he ever has. I’ll definitely recommend WPL to anyone that needs grooming or daycare/boarding needs. Looking forward to using them again. Thank you guys!

I am never going there again. I had called in the morning and asked if they had any open appointments for today, and they said they had a 12pm. Great! I got there at 11:45 with my puppy, told them I was concerned leaving here there because she’d never been anywhere without me or my parents with her. And they told me they would take great care of her, the lady who took her was nice and eased my anxiety. I left and got McDonald’s, intending on sharing the fries with my puppy once she was done as a treat, I got back, finished my lunch and waited in the parking lot. By this time it was almost 12:45. I was starting to get nervous but then again I’ve never taken my dog to the groomers before so I don’t know how long it could take. Well around 1:30 I called and asked how long a bath and groom normally takes and whoever answered the phone said normally an hour, didn't say anything else besides that they were busy. By the time it hit 2:15 however, I went into the office and asked them how far along was she in her groom, and they informed me that she hadn’t even gotten started yet. My puppy was probably all alone in a kennel thinking I abandoned her. Her appointment was at 12, not “whenever they get around to it”. If you schedule appointments you should keep that appointment or at least allow the puppy to wait with its owner until they are ready to perform the service. I told them to get my dog and they asked if I would like to reschedule for Monday and I said absolutely not. I will never come here again, and I don’t suggest anyone else doing so.
