I was recently in the story to pick up a kerosene heater. I was met by a store employee by the name of JC. He was a huge help and very polite. I grew up going to tractor supply stores with my father. This experience for me brought back tons of memories and I think it was because everyone was so polite and inviting. Thank you again JC for all your help!!

Their worker literally followed me around the entire time and wouldn't let me pick my own products. I felt extremely uncomfortable and got questioned about every product I looked at. I wish I could leave zero stars

I was given a Christmas Present that was purchased from this location from my wife ! After receiving I realized it was smaller than than the one we currently have ! We went to return a few days after Christmas! The rude manager informed us that because my wife had purchased in early November that they wouldn’t refund our money or exchange for store credit even with a receipt!!! The manager needs to work on her customer service skills and put herself in the customers shoes!

I was minutes away from walking in to the walk in clinic to get my 6 month old MALE pup his shots. I only own 2 male dogs. The man that picked up the phone then asked me if my dog was pregnant with a attitude, to which i responded no. He then says well you just called from this number about your pregnant dog i said no my dog is male. He says again with a attitude well someone just called from this number about a pregnant dog i tell him no not possible he says yea they did its this number, mind you i have a very distinctive out of state number and theres no way anyone called but me about my pup cause i dont know anyone here so no one can use this cell phone lol i wont be going here this place is rude upon someone telling you its impossible and i have males you should have checked your records before you tried to accuse me of trying to get shots for a pregnant dog clearly you didnt like this other person that called cause you were not happy lol.

I really like this store, but the wait to check out is often harrowing. One line was actually tired up because someone was applying for credit during checkout. These type of transaction should be done at a separate desk. Otherwise, the staff is always friendly and helpful

I really enjoyed my visit today. Ii had the pleasure of meeting Cody! He was awesome and knew about everything I needed help with!!! He went out of his way to help me. Not many folks do that anymore. I was looking for a particular product for fleas. The first lady that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I reached the register the lady who was running the register confirmed what the first lady had told me. I felt very confident in the info they had given me. I'm terrible about not getting names but hopefully this will get them the recognition they deserve...I was there February 03 around 6:30. These ladies represent this store very well!

Going to have to find a new place to get chicken food if the Rock Hill store keeps cancelling orders due to no stock even when the app shows stock. The producers pride brand sucks. My Hens have all but stopped laying. bring back the Dumor. Until then Ill find a new place. I am tired of the unreliability over the last few weeks.

Website shows product in stock in store, traveled to store and product was not in stock. Associate said it might have just arrived on truck, but didn't have time to look for it - there were 4+ associates in store and no customer besides myself.

Ordered a belt that they didn't keep in stock. Said it would be in in two days that they would call when it came in. Which would have been on a Saturday.Waited. No call. Called them, put on hold for 10 min. Went to the store, stood at the counter, no one ever asked if I needed help ( 30 minutes ). So I left. My wife called, again put on hold, no one came back to the phone after 15+ min. Never had this problem before, been shopping there since it opened.

Tractor supply needs to figure out what is going with there internet service. Glad they are helping everyone else now they need to take care of their own. It freezes up everytime we try to order on line. We get a response it's not responding.

So for early summer and spring homestead products, it's awesome to have our local tractor supply on the case! I got great service grabbing some garden supplies and even my brother got help when a trailer hitch of his didn't fit his ride the way he needed. Thanks again!

Great staff! Great customer service. Knowledgeable about products. Have products (such as Dumor chopped hay) that other Tractor Supply’s don’t have. Always plentiful stock. I drive an extra 20 miles to visit this wonderful store!

Great place to go for any and all of your pet/farm animal products. Found a needles with syringes for my diabetic animal that requires insulin 2 times per day! Life savers as the vet had been charging 3 times as much as Tractor Supply!!

This is one of the worst stores I've ever been to. Whoever manages inventory should be fired. The location is very convenient and I often find myself stopping in just HOPING they'll have what I need. Out of the last 6 trips over a few months, I found the spot for the item but the shelf was empty.Once I found the very last of the item I was looking for and asked the manager to order more because the last one was severely damaged. He grunted and hastily walked off to handle something far more important in the back of the store. The next time I came, he'd put the damaged item back on the shelf.So far I haven't found an employee there who knows anything about any of the items they sell in the store...

Ordered a redstone kerosene heater wick off their website. I get an email stating it was ready for pick up at the store. I go to pick it up. They had the wrong wick. They tell me I need to order the wick..... hello I thought I just did. Im told I need to have it delivered to me. The wick is 9.99 to have it delivered to me its an extra 19.99. No one around here has a rs-235 wick but they will sell you the heater.

Out of carts to load 50 lb bags of corn. Walked around store and parking lot in search. Only found 4 which were in use. No others available. Staff was not helpful. Said I needed to wait, until someone using one had paid and off loaded. Also note prices keep going higher.

They have what you need but there is never a cashier available you always have to wait. Being a member of the "Club " has no benefit just a bunch of emails.
