This store is a mess! We went in to look at stair options and could barely get down the aisle and couldn't get a cart back there to get stuff. Carts and pallets and fork lifts are just parked all over the place with no care given to customers trying to shop.

This place is noisy as hell. It is very hard to talk with customer service. Also, It is dusty and it is better to wear a mask while in the store. My review is about my last experience and previous experiences. We set up a will-call (to have the carpenter pick up the item he is installing, after we paid for it). although we and he did everything correctly and he had all the info they needed, they did not let him take the item and made him delay for hours over 2 different days. A few days ago, we went there for a some hardware. We asked help from an employee and he made a good effort, but he was not in charge in the area, so he ask for an associate to help us. We waited for about one hour, we asked three times and nobody was able to help us. We decide to buy the items, but result they were the wrong item and when when we were asking for the right one, they say they did not have in the store. I think this is very unpleasant and it feels like shopping there is not worth. it for the time spent there. I suggest that Home Depot should focus on improve the customer service skills to their employees

This review is for the Rock Hill South Carolina Home Depot store.The Home Depot is definitely my favorite big box go to store opposed to the other brands out there.The store is well stocked and well staffed although like every place else these days you need to be mindful that staffing issues and busy times slow things down so be patient people.If you are a veteran in good standing please note that the Home Depot does offer a 10% military discount to those veterans with proper ID who have signed up on the Home Depot website although everything has changed recently and there are major restrictions now of what is included in that discount.

Ordering appliances here is NOT the move. Made a purchase 2/3/2024 and the delivery date has been moved later twice with no explanation. A lot of items are not in stock but you find out after you paid. Had to call the 800# then the 877#Runaround. Total aggravation. Should have bought everything from Lowe's. Lowe's had the appliances in stock and I got it same day. Cheaper isn't always better. Home Depot needs a half-star option.

The workers are rude and don’t try to help the customers at all. On 1/7/24 a blonde girl was working in the kitchen section and couldn’t get her to stop wiping refrigerators down to help anyone. Couldn’t find anyone else walking the store. Left everything in the shopping cart in the middle of the floor and went to Lowe’s. They have always had the best customer service anyway. Tried Home Depot because it was beside PetSmart. Never again. Lowe’s it is!!!

I placed an order on line and paid for it. I received a text that the order was ready. When I arrived there I went to customer service (very pleasant young lady). They called someone to bring my order out and I went to the loading area and waited and no one showed up. My order was almost $1000.00. After about 25 minutes I went back to customer service and told them that I would wait a few more minutes and if I did not receive my order I would like a full refund. A gentleman came out wi 7 bag of concrete and my 4x4s and 2x4s helped me load them on the trailer and then I pointed to the fence panels which were only a few feet away and I showed him my receipt that I needed 8 of them as they were much too heavy for me to handle by myself. He simply walked back into the store. I told the cashier (also very friendly) and was told to go back to the customer service and I told them that I would be waiting in the loading area for help. Again no one came and I saw a young man with a HD best and I explained to him my situation and he helped me. I ordered and paid on line to save time however it was well over 1 1/2 hours after I arrived at the store. I have been a HD CUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS HOWEVER I WILL THINK TWICE IN THE FUTURE. This is ridiculous

The Rock Hill store was supposed to deliver an order I placed. I paid for delivery. Something got messed up on their end with the delivery and they cancelled my order. After getting disconnected twice and not getting any help I called a third time and got Jessica. She went out of her way to help figure it out and even found my items that were out of stock that I couldn’t just reorder. She even bought a little led spider for my son with her own money! Talk about fantastic service! I also did customer service chat with Lynda who was also wonderful. Give these two ladies a raise!

I had ordered online and I was out getting some other things so I stopped in to see if it was ready. The lady at the service desk was so friendly and even though it wasn't ready, she had someone grab what I had ordered so I wouldn't have to drive back. One of the items was on the top rack and the 2 young men helping me had to get a lift to get it down. Never a complaint from either one and they were both very helpful. I've had nothing but positive experiences at this location.

Avoid this store and go to Lowes in Fort Mill. Ordered flooring on 10/16/23. It is 12/5/23 and my flooring project is only 75% complete. I have had to call week after week to get the employees at this store to get anything done. No efforts being taken by the employees at this store. Since I began this project, I have taken my business to Lowes and refuse to come back to this Home Depot moving forward. I suggest you do the same.

Purchased a LG refrigerator and Bosch dishwasher from Home Depot. So far, their installers have made three visits and missed fourth appointment. Dishwasher is not anchored at the top and it leans forward when the rack is pulled out to unload a rack. The toe plate is not installed. Store representative stated that the installation of vapor barrier requires a licensed plumber (absurd statement). Store Manager said that the installers are not required to follow the manufacturer's installation instructions. The installers can't level the refrigerator, the left door slam shuts and the other door stays ajar and requires a push. Damaged the entrance door and badly scratched the hardwood kitchen floor. It is about a month now and no action taken by Home Depot to repair/reimburse for these claims.

The site says they carry this, and that,but you go there, and they do not have items. They carry John Deere but not enough accessories for the tractor. Some employers have no clue.

Another great Home Depot. We have moved quite a bit. Home Depot is a staple to helping us get settled in to each our new homes. They have everything you need to either just settle in, spruce up some rooms with a light remodel or do a full scale remodel. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The store is clean. It’s easy to find what you need or to ask a staff if you need help finding what you’re looking for.

I had the worst experience at this location on Saturday. Cashiers should be able to see if you are buying a bulk purchase if the amount you ordered is not in stock. The assistant manager st customer service was not friendly. When I had to get a refund because all the material I paid for was not available. It was almost like it was my fault. Andrew and Nicole in the Garden Center were nice, and I ended up going to Rock Hill location and had a better experience.

Because the prior home owner purchased the counter-tops from HD, we had to go with them to add additional counter-space. We knew what we wanted. we knew the color, size, finish, thickness, everything. They have one person who can do the orders, one. That person only works 9-5. If you work for a living, you are just SOL. I even completed most of the order with the manager, all the "special person" needed to do was call me back at some point to finish the order. I've called three times. no answer, no response. Does Home Depot endorse treating people like this? Don't go to Home Depot for anything, but especially, don't go to them for countertops.

This review is specific to Home Depot’s handling of RIDGIDs LSA not the associates or the store itself. I have nothing but good experiences there. I dropped off a table saw for repair where it had to be shipped to Atlanta for service. The saw came back with an unknown substance totally covering the bottom of the table and deep scratches all over the front. The associate said they couldn’t speak to it or what happened. Sent a saw in great condition to be returned one that looks like it was left out in the rain, thrown around and had a can of paint explode on it.

Of course I love this place. I have a hard time getting around so having the ability to pickup online orders makes a big difference. I haven't had a single issue with their customer service, they're just friendly people doing a good job.

The floor employees are friendly and helpful and visible! Lowe’s is closer to my home, but it’s the customer service is what I’m returning for!

I love shopping at Home Depot. You can find everything you need for your home projects and gardening. They aren't high priced and the quality is good. There is always someone who can help you find what you are looking for. They are very friendly and helpful 🙂.
