Age discrimination or lack of experience & confidence in her own abilities? Groomer Abbigail found Stewart too old & too bumpy to risk Stewart’s well-being (?), apparently based on her own skill level. She worried that she would hate to have to “send Stewart 1/2 done”Poor Stewart waited his turn for a long 10 days (during which time he could have scheduled elsewhere) to get his turn to receive another PetSmart bath & full hair cut experience, only to be denied at check-in.I suggest that if desire grooming performed by a professional, you should probably look elsewhere.

Decent pet store. Prices seem a little high but they have a large selection of food and animal supplies.

They do not offer walk in nail trimming services as they falsely advertise. Despite calling ahead and double checking. On the phone they will cheerfully tell you to come on in. When you get there, they will decline and tell you that an appointment is needed. Then, when you call back they will tell you they don't have a manager at the moment, the manager is on vacation and conveniently they tell you to just call back and hang up on you. Trash

If I could give them a lower score I would. Cammy is VERY RUDE. I had a situation with another groomer who gave me wrong info that resulted in me wasting time and gas. While talking to the groomer Cammy interjected in a nasty and unprofessional manner that she was the lead at the time and stated what the policy stated about being late. I told her to mind her business because i didnt want to talk to anyone so nasty and stated I was talking to the groomer who gave me the wrong info about the policy. She stated what don't you understand you were late and we will not take your dog you rebook or leave. When she said that the way she said it I began to match her nasty enery and tone. How dare someone in a position of customer service talk to customers the way she did. When I filed a complaint with the corporate office she then lied on me as if she never yelled and qas unprofessional i just went in there like a mad woman.....I never bought my dog back I found a groomer that is waaaaaay less expensive and does a better job, petsmart is not the only pet groomer and doesn't even do a great job. I had an emergency where I have to travel out of state and needed my dog washed. I called petsmart and was told they have available spots. After being placed on hold for exactly 12 mins I called back someone name Matt informed me that I can't book at that location because Cammy stated she doesn't feel safe (and she can be heard in the background making snid remarks). So now the unprofessional aggressive lead doesn't feel safe. It was an act of relatiation because of the complaint I made to corporate. Cammy did this after the store manager Stephanie left. Stephanie offered me half off the next groom, I was not on any list at that time until Stephanie left. I declined her offer stating I will not be back. If this is the people petsmart like to keep around they are going to go down hill fast the grooming is already not so great for the prices they charge. If you like being lied on given wrong info and terrible customer service your in the right place.
