Great job you guys. Our new rescue was in need of treats and a toy. The lady seemed nervous but the guy new what she was going through. Scared but not unfriendly. The girl thought she would bite. 6m old Doberman mix. Sweetheart just needs love and attention, definitely some tlc. God bless you guys. Now we went back for our new 5 week old pup's tag and a jacket. It has been 6 months since our first one came home.

The associate Jocelyn was very knowledgeable and helpful. When I picked out my fish she explained many things required to keep my fish healthy. The cashier was helpful as well, finding my account after all these years. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the store as well, as I took a few minutes to walk around before going to the cashier. Thanks

Sold me a used dog crate with pee and a crack in it… refused to do anything for the wasted time and hassle. They sell used products with urine on it even though there Is a nation wide dog disease spreading. Thank you Hal and Tabitha for no help!

I placed a pickup order for a new leash, collar, and harness. The store put the wrong harness in my order. When I went to return it, the cashier was extremely rude to me, which is even more unacceptable when I’m only making a return because the store made a mistake. If the store had done the order correctly in the first place I wouldn’t have needed to make a return. The managers brushed off her behavior and I still did not get the correct harness because it was out of stock. I will purchase it elsewhere and won’t be coming back to this location. There are plenty of other pet stores in the area with helpful staff. Also, other customs you can look at my profile- I never leave bad reviews, I only take the time when it’s 5-stars. So it takes a LOT to frustrate me to do a review.

My 9yr old son and I were inside this store tonight around 830pm (aware they close at 9pm, husband was looking at fish supplies) and we were looking at the hamsters/rats. A male employee, who saw us looking, proceeds to turn off the lights to the display cases and walks away. Yes, we get you are closing soon. No, we weren’t looking or anything. Absolutely rude. I made my husband put his plant back and we left. Petsmart is painfully overpriced for everything but fish, especially with options like Amazon and local stores.

Had a pleasant trip to Petsmart. The staff is friendly and welcoming. The store was well stocked and clean. They offer a wide variety of products for all kinds of pets.

Friendly and very clean pet store. Went in for meal worms for a pair of leopard geckos. Had plenty in stock as well as for other pets. Easy to get to just off either Route 21 or highway 77.

Great selection! I have a 50 gallon aquarium and they have all the tools and fish needed to keep my tank going strong. Be patient when coming in because there will be a wait for getting new fish. I don't care if there is no one in line or 3 customers in front of you. You will have to wait.

Inventory well kept. Easily found what I was looking for. But a lot of the fish looked in distress and I noticed a lot of them going belly up (swim bladder disease). They could use some extra love

I've been going to PetSmart for years and I love them. I just recently had to go buy a new snake enclosure and they had the best priced ones out of all of the pet stores in town.

Place does good by my book. Dog training program better than you’d expect at a chain. Banfield vet services has done us well. So far, we’ve had great service from the outfit.

Bought a dog crate, and it was used, broken and smelled like urine. Never buy anything from here unless you check it first yourself . Manager, Hal, and employee, Tabitha, were not helpful or caring at all.

Always a pleasure at our visits. The staff is so friendly and knows my fur baby. They take good care of him and we receive the best service. They call with updates during his visits and for aftercare to make sure he’s doing well after his visits. We know what to expect and the expenses for our visit. No surprise fees or extra costs.

June 2023- New review here: I am thrilled with this grooming salon. I use Marissa for my dogs and have been very satisfied. Today, was another great cut and she's very easy going.8 months ago: Great grooming salon. They follow instructions and give pets lots of water! Our favorite place.Older review here: I use Matt for grooming our Labradoodle. He is experienced and did another great cut today. I requested a short cut and I am very pleased with the results.👍👍

I brought my energetic and big pup here for his first grooming session and they were so great with him! I love the perks/discounts you receive as a loyalty member which doesn't cost anything to sign up for. The only place I like to get care items and toys for the big pupper!

My fur baby has been coming to this PetSmart for over a year to be bathed and cut and after the way we were treated today we will not be going back ever! Her appointment was at 10am. Normally this takes about 45 minutes to an hour for her. Now, I understand they say it could be 3 to 4 hours, but it has never taken that long. I had another appointment so after 3 hours and 45 minutes I called to see how much longer it would take. They told another 45 minutes so I decided to not get the cut and just leave her with a bath. Once I got there to pick her up I wasn’t greeted at all. I was asked who am I picking up? I said Brooklyn, they handed me the paper to pay. After paying I went back into the salon to get my dog and after waiting another 5 minutes I was asked who I was picking up again. I said Brooklyn. They bring Brooklyn out hand her to me and turn around and walk away. No thank you, we’re sorry time ran over or anything. Once I leave I realize my dog is still damp and little. I called back and spoke to Kam the salon manager who was very rude and nonchalant about the situation. She showed absolutely no care, so I asked to speak with her supervisor. The store supervisor Hal then gets on the phone and he was just as nonchalant as Kam. He just didn’t care. He did offer me a refund but I declined because it’s the principle , customer service goes a long way. Now they have lost a great client forever!

They made a complain to me about the time never happened to me before when I got there. They made me waste my time like 3 times. I was friendly with them but was rude and gave act to me. The first time when I got at time for the grooming they told me they can’t take my pets because is nursing and need express service. The next time when I got there I was late 20 minutes from my appointment I called them when I was on way to grooming and they told me I can get there 15 minutes late so it was traffic when I got there it was 19 minutes late just 4 minutes more they told me can’t take my pets for the time just 4 minutes more than 15 minutes late I’m living 30 minutes away from there. So they gave me to me others appointment because I made a complain so in my next appointment I got there on time and then I picked up my dog 1 hours and almost half but the grooming it was lie about the time she said it was 3 hours so they told me They won’t be able to take my pets any others days. How it’s possible they made feel the customer with discrimination and gave a bad time in the same time. Pay attention about how they make feel the customer.

Brought my puppy there to get groomed. However, walking in the staff was very rude. They did not greet me, my fiancé or my puppy. Everyone looked as if they didn’t want to be there. The dog that was currently getting groomed I assure you did not look good at all. They do not know what they’re doing. Would not recommend taking your baby’s there at all. Please do not waste your time.

Took my Maltese to Bandfeld VetInside PetSmart. Was able to leave my dog for later pick up. Was quoted an expected price. My dog was ready in four hours . A caring vet and staff.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I am so disappointed in Kodak’s haircut. Typically we go here and there’s a guy that does Kodak’s haircut and he’s AMAZING. He takes his time, we don’t have to tell him much! He just knows that we still want our dog to look like a COCKAPOO when he’s finished. Obviously not this girl who did his grooming yesterday. I told her we wanted a level 2 and she asked about his face. I told her I still wanted his hair a little long. She said that she wasn’t sure because of his hair being a little tangled by his mouth. I honestly didn’t think that she was going to cut all of his hair off.... she obviously did not take her time with him at all.. she cut his hair so low that you could see his skin... why would you cut a cocker spaniel poodle mix like this? I didn’t even recognize my dog when I saw him....I’ll 10/10 never come back here for a groom EVER.....The first picture is a before and after the second one is what his hair typically looks like after a groom by the guy I mentioned earlier.

Great store with many options for your pet. We got our little buddy a bed and he went to sleep in the store. The associate at the register didn't wake him to check out.

I would not advise you getting your dogs groomed there! They are unorganized. I had to reschedule my appointment twice because they had me down for the wrong thing. Half of the groomers don’t know what they are doing. The woman that is over the groomers is rude. Never taking my dog there. I even saw them dragging a dog on the leash taking them back. Very poorly treated….Need to hire better groomers!
