Emma did a wonderful job with my Alpha! He looks and smells amazing. I usually do his bath and dry myself as I normally don’t trust anyone else since he is my service dog, but he was treated like a king. Even his nails are perfect! I will definitely be back to make more appointments with Emma in the future!

Too expensive and no big dog cloths made me feel some type of way like why don't pet store sell big dog cloths.edit from original post: I had originally put out up a 3 star but I'd have to change it to a 5 star for the fact that you reached out to me most owners don't do that but it was well worth you addressing me and I'd have to say worth the price to pay to come into a place where careing people are but please get bigger sizer cloths and I promise you will see alot more of me as I live to spend money on my grand dog.

I love this Pet Supplies Plus! My Pomeranian, Bruce, has been getting groomed here for two years. The groomers always do a great job with him and all of his hair :) They have a great rewards program and it doesn't take long to add up and turn the rewards into coupons for $$ off purchases.

This is my favorite place to shop for our two pups!! Love the products they carry, the prices, the people who work there, and the emailed coupons they regularly send me have been a big blessing!! Highly recommend!!

Great store. Bit pricy However real close to house and real good selection of supplies for various animals. Nice staff, friendly and helpful. The grooming staff is very nice and my dogs get excited when they visit.

Very convenient and their staff is very friendly. I find their inventory better stocked than the larger pet chain. Staff is super friendly and they price match from major retailers.

Great local store. Love their products. Their pet dishes, harnesses, and leashes are the best. Their self service grooming are is amazing as well. Glad they are located near me now and I appreciate the associates. They always smile and help. Very nice store and always clean!

Their prices are a bit high for me and they took away the bone and rest bar, bags per lb so I only go there for emergency supply needs. I'm glad they have a bathing center in the back for people! That's really nice of them!

Ever since they opened me and my wife have been big fans of this store. We've gotten our pet snake there. The staff are super friendly, great, knowledgeable, and seem to care a great deal about the products and animals there.

Great store. Well stocked, good sales and lots of choices. They even have wash tubs where you can was your own pet. And very good groomers. I like the store!

Purchased a bag of dogfood, walked out of the store, and the Manager Zay came out of the store and asked me if I payed for the food and I said Yes. He asked, was I sure? I presented him my receipt. No apology. I spend at least a hundred dollars or more a month in this store. Talk about being humiliated. I should have walked back in and returned the food and taken my money to Pet Supermarket. Who did He think he was? Never shopping there again. This store has a management problem.

I love the store! The groomers are excellent and take their time with Maggie, my toy Aussie. She loves going there, too! We can never leave there with one item. Treats, toys, and outfits must always be included. I do hope that one day they can expand their inventory on dog outfits, but it is a mid-sized store so I understand. The staff has always been extremely helpful to me and not pushy. I enjoy shopping there.

A big fan of pet supplies plus for a long time now, especially for the dog baths… Kaitlyn, this evening was especially great and walked me through different types of fish and habitats fit for a three year old.

The groomers here are very good and I’m a little particular! I do drop-ins and they’re always accommodating, gentle with my neurotic doggies, and super nice. I only do drop-in services for now but I’ve seen their full grooms on other dogs when in the store, and I’ll definitely try them in the future!

Took my dog Rocky to the grooming service and I'm totally satisfied with how they groomed him. If I could give six stars I would. Every part of him was touched. Matt and Cody was totally professionals and made Rocky feel and look like a little teddy bear. Rocky will definitely be returning. Thanks for taking care of my pooch.

If I could leave zero stars I would. We bought a doggy birthday cupcakes for my little dog bean that just turned one and there was maggots in the cupcake. This is unacceptable and I cannot believe that this is happened. This is disgusting and I hope that you guys fix this problem.

We used the Dog Washing Station for the 1st time for Phoebe.Just like their website description, everything you need is right there. Different Shampoos & Conditioners, Towels, Brushes and all that you will need for your Pups Bath.This was new for Phoebe so of course she was howling for the whole store. 😂🐾🤣

This review is specific to the grooming department. I called ahead before coming in and asked if I could get a nail trim for my dog- was told now should be good. When I walked into the grooming area, I was treated with some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced by one of the groomers. Before this, I was in this store once or twice a week and spent a lot of money for my pup, but now they’ve lost my business completely. Would not recommend this grooming department to anyone.
