Fantastic Grocery Store. They unpack your shopping basket and scan it then back in the cart. Saves the shopper effort. Lots of stock and has a variety of eggs currently - that aren’t a kings fortune.There was a lady who was scamming shoppers who was there a week ago that I told the manager about and the lady left quickly. She was going from customer to customer begging with a convincing story. I gave to her last week (broken down car, etc etc) but seeing that again it was not ok.Video shows her “at work”……..My only complaint was that today that “J” or his assistant (not sure which) put a couple of refrigerated items in a bag with non refrigerated items and I specifically requested that all Cold items be put together and bag heavy. Bags were not heavy and as a result a couple of items went bad (cheese and small cream) as I put all of the cold stuff in a very good cold container with ice bags - but did not see that the couple of items were left in bags. So they sat in a hot car for a bit.Not ok!!!! Photo of my heavy duty ice cooler bag which keeps cold up to 24 hours.Christian in Deli is great!!The parking lot in addition is on a steep grade - dangerous for a cart to crash into your car. Why can’t they make a flat freaking lot?? WTH??!???

The lady in the deli that makes the subs here is very slow and always full of excuses as to why the subs are not ready even though I always order on the app well before I arrive at the store because I plan for her to be very slow and lazy and late on making the subs. I'm not sure if she is prioritizing orders incorrectly or spending too much time talking to customers or what the problem is but I think y'all just need to hire another person to work with her at the sub area especially when you know is going to be busy. Please correct this issue.

Overall, the food quality is better than most other grocery stores in town. The meat department stomps the others. HT is my go-to!

All the people who work here are great. Helpful and friendly. There is a newer cashier, Jonathan, who is exceptionally kind and helpful with packing things very carefully so nothing gets squashed and frozen items stay together. Kudos to him.

First visit to Harris Teeter after reading reviews about friendly staff. I was disappointed when I arrived and went to the customer service counter to get a vic card for the deals. The employee wasn't friendly but not rude either. I went back to the meat department only to find they were sold out of what I came to the store for. They had a sale on an item and didn't have any in stock, so I purchased a similar item for a higher price and proceeded to the checkout the cashier wasn't friendly or even have a hint of being a pleasant person. Not what I was expecting at a higher priced grocery store.

One of my favorite grocery stores, Harris Teeter has a wide variety of just about anything you might shop for. Friendly staff, good produce, and wide variety make up for slightly higher prices.

I’m from the Midwest visiting. And my first time here at Harris Teeter, shopping with me mum and she saved over 30$ which was awesome. Great stinking deals they have! Big W. I wish there was more Gatorade zero flavors and Reign flavors.

I came here last night to do some grocery shopping and saw a giant dead roach in the store, i get it it’s the south it happens and i said that it was gross to my boyfriend and some employee little girl with a pink strip in her hair shouted at me “it’s always disgusting in here!” and honestly yikes, what type of people do they hire that just says that to a customer.

Clean, well stocked store. Employees are always helpful and nice. Great sales, some items are overpriced, be mindful of product costs as you may find it cheaper elsewhere.

I loved this place. We are from Florida and this was our first experience at this grocery chain. I was really impressed with their selection as well as their checkout style. The store in the later evening did not have hugh traffic at all so that was great. Overall if you can visit this chain, I would recommend it.

Harris teeter is a grocery store which sells grocerys. Avoid on Thursdays that is when they give senior discounts. Some people block the aisles with no clue Noone else would want to also buy stuff. I hate they got rid of the make it yourself 6 packs of beer. I enjoy trying new stuff.

This location has a wide variety of international foods. I was looking for a larger kosher selection, but I understand that there are absolutely limitations. My only issue is the lack of Staffing to help me when I was trying to find something in the dairy section. I walked through several owls and no one was available I even went to the butcher and he tried to help me the best he can, he was extremely nice, but he admitted that he wasn't familiar with the rest of the area. He tried to get someone to come and help me, but no one ever came. It appears everyone may have been tied up in the cashier section. All in all it's a clean location with a great selection

The one star review is for the pizza we just bought in this store today for lunch. We were really looking forward to a couple of slices of freshly made, hot pizza, but when we got home and opened the boxes of individual slices of margherita and pepperoni pizza, we found that one slice was burnt black on the bottom and both were soaked in grease on top of the cheese. Both were thrown in the trash and we made lunch at home. The people who make this pizza need to learn how to actually make pizza the right way! Never again, we'll make our own from now on.

I had an awful experience today trying to get someone to answer a question over the phone! I even talked to a young man in customer service who said he would go and get someone to pick up the phone in the bakery area. I had a quick question and told him that I would only take a moment. The first time he told me he would transfer back over to their extention...of course no one ever picked up. I tried 6 different times over a one hour period and no one would pick up the phone in the bakery. I tried the manager's extension and the manager wouldn't pick up either. The Customer Service Rep said he was going to go over there and get someone to answer my question but just left me on hold for 10 minutes and no one ever came back on the line. Just lost a customer.

I didn't find everything I wanted. The issue I had was the Grapes 🍇 didn't look all that good and no watermelon 🍉 was available. The produce section was not worth visiting. But I did see employees standing around talking about there personal business. I was going to get a donut 🍩, but there was many gnats in the case. I didn't want to have bugs for dessert 🍨.So I grabbed a few other items and I left. I will say I'm surprised, because in the neighborhood and area of town that Harris Teeter is usually on top of their game. I had to go across town to the Walmart and get everything I needed.

Such a clean organized store with everything you could need. The customer service is top notch . Walking around and employees see you they ask how you are doing and if you need help finding anything, so hard to find customer service that they actually care about the customers. So thank you for upping your game Harris Teeter I plan on being a long time customer to your chain of stores.

I moved to the south and it’s the first time I heard about this grocery store and I love it! I love their deli because they make the most delicious sandwiches at a great price. They have good prices and fresh products

Standard grocery store. Decent location. Has special parking spots for vehicles with children and veterans. Shopping carts are very convenient and can hold several groceries inside. Seat provided for child on the shopping cart, making it easier to shop while having a small child. Love when the cheese is buy 2, get 3 free.

Great sales, easy store layout, friendly staff and a Starbucks inside! I visit this store frequently. I love the sales and the selections. It's so convenient to shop online and do curbside pick up, but just as fast to run in and out using the self checkout. Definitely my favorite grocery store!

Shopping at the Harris Teeter in Rock Hill on Northwood Square. I was doing an online order pickup and all the sales prices for the items went back to regular price, I called the store and spoke to the manager Lisa and she said that they will not honor the sales price of my items. I advise how are you not going to honor the prices if they are still on sale. She then proceed to hang up, if that’s how your company treat customers then you have lost one. I will be sure to let my family know so they will also no longer shop at Harris Teeter we will go to Food Lion instead. Never have I had such a bad experience with your store but this takes the cake.

As usual short on cashiers and did not open lanes until long line formed then only one so another long line. 10 minutes later several open but just ridiculous and disappointing. Oh, and then I got to bag my own stuff.

Pharmacy: prices beat any other stores around the Rock Hill and York area if you use GoodRX. Believe me, I am a frugal shopper and have researched this extensively.The pharmacy staff is friendly and very helpful - we have enjoyed dealing with them. Our meds are always ready when needed, have been pleased all around.Grocery store area: always super clean, shelves well stocked, great selection throughout the store. Prices are good and they always have BOGO's on any day you visit.Checkout is better than pretty much anywhere else - the staff is quick to open another checkout when needed and are always there to help.The produce section is why I keep returning. Super fresh, super clean area, great selection of items, always stocked well.The only thing that bothers me is, the parking lot is UPHILL from the store so when you come out you have to be strong enough to push your cart to your car. Once my cart was possessed, took over and rolled itself right into a drain grate, turning over and laughing at me! Luckily people rushed over to help me set it upright and pick up my groceries - hysterical experience!

Great location. Easy in and out. Great customer service at the registers. One of the better selections throughout the store. One has to learn to shop their specials and BOGO. My issue with their BOGO is usually it is buy three get three free,, which I can't handle. Use the VIC card. Good layout , deli and Star Bucks.

The store is clean, well organized and frankly kinda classy for a grocery store. They don’t have as many options as I’m used to at some other big box stores but I was more than satisfied with the alternatives and the quality. Five stars HT….I’ll be back!

Only has self checkout open most of the time. Employees are not very helpful. The parking lot is on a hill so you have to push your cart uphill to get to your car and runaway carts are always hitting parked cars. But it is usually pretty well stocked. I prefer to only go there for a quick run but not for larger trips.

Great selection of seafood, fresh and frozen. Steaks looked very nice. Clerk helped us out and was very nice.
