The girls upfront are super nice and helpful. No crate or kennel grooming! Super awesome!Good options for natural products!The prices are a bit high but they have good products. I'm definitely going back for local products and things I need on a time frame.Oh and perfect place to let your doggie go for a walk/run and swim before a nice groom. Sounds like the owner is a groomer which is super cool!

The team here does such an amazing job! My big chocolate lab, Chipper, loves coming here. The groomers are gentle and are true animal lovers. Every time he goes to get a bath, he comes back smelling fresh and the de-sheeding has been a life saver for my house! I highly recommend the team here. We will be repeating customers. Been here several times and Sassy loves it there, had an issue with Petsmart, so tired here a couple years ago. I must say the men in the really know their dog stuff, and the male groomer, sassy just went crazy in love for. I love they are cage free and pricing is very reasonable. I've shopped in the store while she's getting groomed and the whole environment was wondering. This is my new place.

Been here twice now and it will be my go to place for my puppy for years to come. The staff has been kind and knowledgeable (usually get an “I don’t know” at the chains when asking questions). The prices are comparable, or better, than the chain stores. I don’t feel overwhelmed with options, but know the choices available are top quality! Just go and see for yourself :)

They've done a great job grooming my puppy both times I've taken her so far. She always seems so happy when I pick her up. She can be a bit anxious around clippers and nail grinders but she never seems to be too anxious when I pick her up and she looks and smells great.

My cat had several matts that we thought would need to be shaved out. Also, he is a particularly mean cat. She was able to brush the tangles out with no drama on either side! This is the only groomer I use for my difficult cat.

My almost 14 year old cocker spaniel-cavalier mix went to Dog Bites for a groom on Monday and they did such a great job!! He looks so handsome and comfortable with his fresh cut. The grooming prices are affordable AND the food/treats/toys priced really well. We will definitely be back!

Such a neat place with very friendly staff. I hate that I can't remember her name, but one of the groomers who put nail caps on both my cats was so wonderful. Even helped me take them out to my car. The tips were applied beautifully, and for such a good price, the grooming on my felines was very well done. They smelled so good, and they didn't seem overly traumatized. Would recommend this place very highly to anyone looking to get grooming done. They do sell many pet related goods as well. I saw some pretty interesting things. Along with the basic leashes, toys, litter, and pet foods.

Dog Bites is the best. They are great with our dog, Cantaloupe (who is not the easiest but they say she's great). They always have great options for dog food and hard to find goodies and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

As a brand new cat owner, I was very nervous to take my 7yo cat, Puffin, to be groomed. Everyone in the establishment was so patient with me and answered all of my questions thoroughly and with a smile. Before even seeing the results of the grooming, the customer service earned them five stars. I’ve now utilized their grooming services twice and I can truly say that Puffin has never looked (or smelled) better! The nail caps lasted for a very long time and they did exactly what I asked for in terms of grooming. It didn’t take long at all and they were very understanding of me being slightly late to pick him up the first time (due to work). All of this for next to nothing in price. Without a doubt in my mind, Dog Bites Munchery & More cannot be beat in price, customer service, or grooming abilities. Thank you so much for two wonderful experiences!

Abosulte best service I have found for my pomsky. My dog has anxiety and cannot do the traditional waiting hours and before being groomed in a crate. They groom him and de-shed him with an 1 hour 1/2 max. The only place I will take my baby.

I have taken my pur-pup Reign for a full grooming a few times. They provide great caring customer service. They make sure to have a consult with you before to get the best results. I would definitely recommend and I will be going again. Note: They also have available treats/snacks ect. Great place.

Very nice staff Ms. Isabelle (groomer) and her were super friendly! They worked really well with my poodle(Sugar is extremely picky on who she likes) that has limited mobility due to her luxating patella. They were gentle and sweet with her! Also my Chihuahua Cinnamon, loved them as well, she was in heaven eating their homemade treats! The facility is very clean and in a great location across from the boardwalk! I will definitely be returning back here!!! Drop by and get some of their homemade dog treats! They also make doggy birthday cakes as well!!!

Dog Bites has restored my faith in leaving my little pup to get groomed! It is such a convenient location, and super easy to get in fast for an appointment. I used to take my King Charles Cavalier to a different groomer before Dog Bites opened, and every time I left my pup there she would yelp and whine and even shake sometimes because of how bad her anxiety was. Now that I get her groomed at Dog Bites, she LOVES going. She is always loved on, and given homemade treats there. I have never had a bad experience with this groomer and shop and will continue to bring my pup here. They’re reasonably priced and the employees there treat you and your dog like family. Highly highly recommend!

These r the greatest people and my Dixie loves them and I love them because there r no crates or kennels. They do a wonderful job grooming her and they treat her like family. They also have a large selection of foods and pet supplies and what they don't have They will order.

TLDR- a grumpy old dog had a great experience.I brought my dog here today. We’ve tried other groomers in RH and Fort Mill but he didn’t have good experiences. I think the cage free environment is great. Don’t worry- my dog dislikes other dogs. They were able to isolate him from the other dogs.At other groomers, I needed to drop off at 8 am and pick up at 5 pm. Here they let me drop off and pick up within 90 min. On top of that, my dog still has energy to play and snuggle (opposed to other groomers where he was exhausted for the rest of the day).Fun known fact! They make their own dog treats. My dog is very particular so I purchased duck feet and duck neck for him. Maybe he was still mad at me for taking him to the groomer, but all of the treats are excellent, despite what my dog thinks tonight.We bought duck feet and a dehydrated duck neck (which my dog ignored). Making me look like a psychopath.
