Love our floors! Original flooring was done by Cyndis in 2016. We decided to replace carpet to match our laminate hardwoods. My only regret is that we did do it sooner. They are easy to work with and accommodating to the schedule we needed.

I really enjoyed working with Cyndi and Wayne. She addressed my questions and concerns about the installation and much more. I met their workers who were all about business but were hilarious as they joked with each other. I would definitely recommend Cyndi's Carpet for your flooring installation. We were referred to Cyndi’s Carpet by some friends. We are so thankful for the referral. We were very welcomed by Cyndi and shown several variations of the product we asked about. We settled on the LVT and absolutely love it. The crew that came out to install were very considerate and patient- we have animals who bark when people enter there domain. We highly recommend if you need flooring, visit Cyndi where you get great service and product at a very reasonable price.

I can't say enough about Cyndi and her crew. We purchased a home during a pandemic. If that didn't pose enough challenges. I went to look at carpet samples without my husband keep minimal exposure. Cyndi sent carpet samples home with me for us to look at together at our convenience. Cyndi made it super easy to get her the deposit, samples returned, and scheduled our install. Her crew arrived at our new home the day we closed to start ripping out the prior owners carpet. Her team was very courteous and took precautions during this COVID-19 social distancing.

I recently bought a house that needed flooring updates and my realtor took me to Cyndi’s to look at samples and get an estimate. And I’m so thankful she knew about this out of the way, little gem! I have been so pleased with everything...the product, price and workmanship. Cyndi and Wayne have a great little showroom in a barn on their picturesque farm. I was greeted by a friendly farm dog (dogs are always a plus in my book!) at the door and inside I found just enough quality selections to choose from but not confuse me. They delivered materials soon after I signed the contract and their crew came in on a Saturday to pull up old floors. They were at my house exactly at 8:00 on Monday and were finishing up at 1:30 that same day (dining room, living room, kitchen/breakfast area and hallways!). My mom was there while I was at work and she said they were the hardest working crew she’d ever seen...they didn’t even take a water break! I love my new floors and I’ll definitely use Cyndi for future projects.

Beyond happy with our new lvp floors and updated stairs! Cyndi’s Carpet has a great little showroom on their property in Rock Hill....lots of options, quality products and the best welcoming committee around (Sam the farm dog lol). The quote we received was extremely competitive and did not have any hidden costs.. which we really appreciated. Cyndi and Wayne both went above and beyond to make sure we not only got the product that we wanted, but that we were even on the same page with little decisions like how the flooring was installed around certain structural features in our house. I could tell we were in good hands! The install guys worked really hard and were super sweet. My daughters were actually sad to see them go haha!In summary, our floors look awesome, we felt beyond comfortable with the folks doing the work and we will definitely be calling Cyndi up when it’s time to replace our carpet. All around great experience for us!

Met Cyndi this morning (10 July)at the showroom. Lets see where it goes from here. AS of 3 weeks later (31 July) still waiting on estimate. Still (13 Aug) waiting on estimate. Wife has called and left messages. Guessing we are NOT worth their time. It is now 15 Sept.. Cyndi saw our review and FINALLY called us and left a message for us to call.

Very helpful and patient, never rush you to make a decision. Goes out of their way to make sure you are happy by showing various options.Installers are polite and will go out of their way to do the job to your satisfaction. If a decision is required they ask how you would want thing completed. They take care to always respect your property inside and out. They installed all my carpeting and tiled around my fireplace. I would highly recommend using them for any job.
