Had a little trouble from a used drier a week into using it. 20 min drive from them is out of their "serviceable" area. Had to have it repaired on my own. Drier works fine at decent price but their 30 day warranty is just a whisper into the wind.

Bought dent and ding (cosmetic only),otherwise brand new refrigerator in Aug 2023. We were incorrectly told it had a one year warranty. We were told today that there was failure in communication at the time of purchase, and that at best, there would have been a 6 month warranty. My husband went into the store, well within 6 months, and told someone the refrigerator was making weird noises, and was told it would be covered within the”1yr warranty”. Now we can’t schedule an appt to see what the noise it’s making is because of this “miscommunication”.Not happy. Have been doing business here for many years. Will no longer be coming here. They don’t seem to care. 😔💔

Horrible customer service. Long wait, rude staff. Wasted 3+ weeks of my time trying to get a technician scheduled . They do not care about their customers,. Have previously received applicances from them and they were not only run down and torn up but they didn't last very long. Ended up getting my appliance replaced with a company that actually cares to service their inquiries. Avoid this place and save yourself a headache

Bought a refurb washer from them and it's been working like a champ for several years now. Their install team did quite a nice job.They also donated a stove for our church project where we are housing some refuges. They're super awesome people!

I was so happy to support this local small business. The sales person was so helpful and informative. I had done my research before going and was pleasantly surprised that they had the exact appliance I was searching for. My daughter ran by after a day or two and picked up my order. She said they were nothing but kind and helpful. Good job AW!!

This place is a scam I purchased a dryer for the listed price they call me a day before the delivery and tell me I need to shell out another $100 for it to be delivered. So I got a refund and now these money hungry people can upsell it. I also had a brief argument over their mistake during which they told me the dryer would still sell fast with the new price. That tells me one thing they view their customer's as dollar signs nothing more. So their prices may be good but how many people have they ripped off the same way they tried to do to me. I recommend going someplace else.

Very poor customer service. I walked in ready to purchase a refrigerator and a lady at the front stated that she did not know prices. She told me that the lady who knew the prices was on the phone. I waited for about 10 mn and the lady was a little short and told me I could go and leave her my number and they would call me back with info on fridge. It's been a week and I never received a call back. Maybe they were having an off day, but I will not do business here nor would I recommend it.

Do not shop here! My Whirlpool washer stopped working less than 1 MONTH after purchase and they would not let me return it. I had to deal directly with Whirlpool and that was a total headache in itself. No advantage for the customer at all from either company. I will never shop here again.

Went in today after calling last week about a garage fridge. I told the lady on the phone what I was looking for and she was very honest about their inventory and helped set my expectations. I stopped by before bring a trailer to get my purchase and found the whirlpool I wanted, I told her I'd be back & she said if I had one in my I should hold it. I didn't heed her advice and within my 1.5 hour return....it was sold!!! She warned me that the garage fridges are fast movers. I picked another one and brought it home for the garage. I called back after 3 hours because I was unsure about how long the fridge would take to fully chill. She assured me then we hung up. 30 minutes later she called me back with more detailed instructions and said she would call in the morning to check on my purchase. They have a 90 day warranty on refurbs. The customer service is excellent and the help is rare today.

WARNING WARNING STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Purchased and PAID for a freezer on 15 May to be delivered the following day. Delivery time came and went NOTHING called store and was CURTLY TOLD "WE DON'T HAVE FREEZERS YOU COULD NOT HAVE BOUGHT AND PAID FOR ONE ONLINE" Ma'am my bank statement says I DID to which she hung up on me and I still have not gotten my MONEY BACK or THE FREEZER as of 27 May!!!

What a horrible experience. They delivered a refrigerator. Two young boys that were barely able to lift and bring it into the home. Doors were put on cockeyed and the shelves were not even put in place correctly. Then, when I went to open the door, because of the way the doors were put on, the handle came loose. Now I am waiting on a new handle but they will do nothing about the doors. I don’t even know if the sealing well. What a horrible company!

Honest people and quality products. They won't try to upsell you on something you don't need, and ate knowledgeable about their products both new and refurbished.Local delivery and install for $40 is better than you'll find elsewhere.

Great small business in York County. They have appliances in stock and don't have to wait like bigger stores. Excellent customer service and have a service department if you need it. Furniture also is high quality.

Poor service after the sale but more importantly poor quality merchandise. I bought a stove and within 3 months it already stopped working. Call for service since it was under warranty, they fixed it and then a week later after the warranty expired the stove stops working again. Total waste of money. Don't waste your time with this place.

My only problem was when I purchased a stove and the owner told me my stove had 2 ground wires but didn't state they went in two different places so I called back for help and the lady who answered was really not knowledgeable of what she was selling then stated my plug in my home was messed up ! Which was a lie she had a real snobby attitude smh I spent $700.00 there and this how you treat me
