First time we have ever boarded one of our pets and spoke with Sierra quite a few times before our scheduled date to board. Just for the fact that she was extremely nice, helpful, and reassuring, seeing how I was a basket case, meant so much. All went well during boarding. Max got a report card on how he did. He seemed happy and healthy when we picked him up. No issues. Would use them again if needed.

I had to board my dog for only one night and need it for the next night coming from Columbia . When I called they were very helpful and let me board him. They also let me book a grooming. They did a very nice job and he seemed very happy when I picked him up and he loved the bandanna

My dogs love to stay here while we are on vacation. They love it and are always happy to go back. They give you very detailed “report card” for your babies when you pick them up. Mrs. Debbie and her team are amazing.

100% recommend! I have never boarded my dog and was a bit nervous to leave him for the 12 days I was going to be out of town. My worries completely vanished when I walked in and was greeted by the nicest people! They immediately started loving on Gus and explained to me their procedures and even showed me around! They have such a beautiful property and a huge fenced in area for the dogs to run around and play when they are let out for their potty breaks. They provided the toys, beds, and bowls for him which helped because it was less I needed to pack.My flight got delayed and I had no one to pick up Gus on the day I was supposed to so I called and they were more than willing to help me out and keep him another night. They also have a groomer on site and offer baths before you pick up!I will definitely be bringing Gus here again and will also be trying out their grooming services in the future!

Amazing place for boarding your baby pets. Penelope loved it, she even got a report card! What a welcome surprise! Above and beyond customer service and care for our granddog! Highly recommend this place

They took excellent care of my very demanding German Shepherd. I will definitely use their service again. I was in an emergency situation with no where to take my boy. They were full also. But had a cancellation at the last minute. Wonderful staff !!!

I read all of the reviews before deciding to kennel our dog here. I saw a few negative reviews that bothered me, so I visited the kennel before making reservations. I found the staff to be friendly, knowledgeable and caring. The kennel and grounds were clean and well kept. We left our Bichon in their care for five days while we went on vacation. He was clean and in excellent condition when we picked him up. We will continue to use PAWmetto Pet Inn in the future and will recommend them to our family and friends.

My dog stayed here for 11 nights, for her first time at this facility. I monitored her activity in her gps collar for her entire stay, and can say that she was more active than normal. She came home happy and exhausted. Thanks to Pawmetto Pet Inn for taking good care of my baby while I was away.

Nice, friendly staff. First time my Beagle had been away from us. A staff member said she talked to much!! I thought that was the kindest way to say she barked all night lol

My fur baby loves this place. She gets excited when ever we pull up. She's had several stays here and I can tell she gets the attention she craves. We love the report card that she gets after her stay. The customer service and communication we receive each time is excellent. I also wanted to add that this place smells really clean in comparison to some other boarding places I've visited.

My goldendoodle has spent a few weekends here when we have gone out of town. Every time he has been well cared for and loved on! He comes back happy and he's always super excited to go back! We have also had him groomed a couple times and they've done a wonderful job. He comes back smelling clean and is super soft! I recommend this place to anyone looking for boarding/grooming.

Took our Maya baby to stay with them for a week. Debbie promptly returned my call, was very friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions. They were very accommodating with our last minute request. We were also able to get her groomed while she stayed there which was a nice addition. The groomer did a great job. Very reasonable prices and it’s in a quite country setting on a nice piece of property. You can tell they take good care of the animals while you are enjoying a relaxing vacation. 100% recommend.

I unfortunately would not recommend them If you want your pet clean when you pick them up. The pricing is not bad but I wish I would have known that my Great Pyrenees wasn't covered in mud when I picked him up. Don't entirely take my word for it, this may have been a single moment however I will not be coming back.

We left our baby with them this past Wednesday through Sunday. They really are amazing. Very reasonable in their pricing. I used a kennel last year in Goose Creek, and NEVER again. I was worried when we left her here with Debbie and her staff, but when I dropped her they were great. When I picked her up, she was perfect. She looked great and her disposition was perfect and she was as clean as when I dropped her off. I will continue to use Pawmetto Pet Inn everytime I need to kennel her. Thank you Debbie and all of you for taking such good care of our baby.

My family and I had to make a last minute and very unexpected trip to Maine and finally found pawmetto inn! They were very happy to help with only a couple hours notice which was a HUGE relief. We were worried about leaving our big baby as she's never been away from us but as soon as you pull in, it looks like a dogs heaven. we were very relieved to know she absolutely loved it. When my husband went to get her, they walked her through the door and at first she didn't see him and ran straight to the woman who I'm guessing takes them out, with her tail wagging! Any pet owner knows an animal doesn't lie😂 she came home the same happy girl who was dropped off the week before. We will definitely be back if we have to make future trips. We couldn't imagine leaving her with anyone else.

Review from 2018 when we had 1 dogOur family cannot say enough wonderful things about PAWmetto Pet Inn. My husband and I along with other family members use them for every vacation, unexpected weekend away, work trips etc. and we are always pleased. Our dog-child, has enjoyed each and every stay. Our pup is excited the moment we walk in and usually pulls away from us just to go to the employees. They provide lots of play --- great grooming services --- and "top notch" nutrition. Prices are very reasonable and they always try to accommodate us if we run into unexpected scheduling conflicts . Shout Out to the Owner, Debbie and her staff for always going above and beyond the past couple of years !

For the past 5 years we have used Palmetto Pet Inn for boarding and grooming and not once have we been disappointed with the level of care, communication or cost of their services 🐕🌻We travel quite a bit (5-8+ days 6-7x a year) and most of the trips we cannot take any furry friends. In May we drove to upstate NY to pick up our Lagotto Romagnolo puppy that we had been patiently waiting for. Late June we were scheduled to be driving to N Dakota to visit family and return in 1 week. We left our Lagotto pup in the care of Palmetto Pet Inn and went on vacation. When it came time to return, we decided to drive to Colorado, then Utah and Yellowstone. Before we knew it, we had been away for 3-4 weeks. The owner was accommodating and consistently provided us with updates, we hated being away from him but we wouldn't trust anyone else. We lost service for 2 days in Yellowstone and apparently during that time our sweet baby has gotten an upset stomach and was a bit lethargic (he bounced back) but my point is that even though Palmetto Pet Inn could not get up with us the owner took every precaution and all the right steps. She contacted his Vet, personally took care of him and educated the staff on the situation, changed the food to a bland chicken + rice diet and kept track of his food/water intake and potty output along with his mood. When service became available I had messages and emails documenting everything from the 48 hours prior. He was fine by the time I was able to call and we were very impressed and put at ease knowing that they were caring for him.They provide more than just a space to sleep, food+water, and time outdoors. Palmetto Pet Inn truly takes care of your pets wellbeing and makes sure you are fully informed should anything change throughout their stay. The staff never goes in blindly and are some of the smartest and kindest people who really love animals.You can't buy peace of mind. If that was the case you could take your dog anywhere and pay extra. We will always use Palmetto Pet Inn.

I have had my fur babies at several different boarders and PAWmetto is the best by far. My babies get so excited when they know they are going to PAWmetto. Yes, they know when we are traveling. They are treated there with so much love.My teacup chihuahua jumps out the car when we get there and go right to the door, waiting to go in. I would highly recommend PAWmetto to everyone. 👏👏

I took my Staffy there for the first time this past week, and I can’t say enough good things about this place. There is always someone on property. There is plenty of space there for them to go on great walks. They have indoor/outdoor runs, so your doggo doesn’t feel cooped up between play time or walks. Did I mention they are the sweetest people you have ever met and genuinely care about your dog? They even give your dog a report card at checkout, so you know how they handled the separation! My girl was as happy and energetic as she could be when I picked her up. I’ll definitely be back.

Very nice and pleasant staff and groomer did an awesome job. No behavior problems for her. I guess the ppl at PetSmart are not as friendly with their customers fur babies.They were the only ones to tell me my boy had a behavior problem! His problem; excessive barking🤣HE IS A DOG!!! DOGS BARK! DUH.....THANK YOU PAWMETTO PET INN. SULLI WILL BE BACK🤗

Lizzie has been going to Janice for a few months now and she hasn't kicked us out so Lizzie must not be to bad. 😄 Everytime I make an appointment I can get in on a timely manner. Haven't gotten to met anyone until today and she answered all my questions about boarding with no hesitation. Looking forward to Lizzie come for sleepover next weekend to work her up to being away from us for a week. Debbie has always been a pleasure to talk with. Thank you Janice for making my Lizzie so much more beautiful!!!
