Please check your chicks before you leave. They gave me a sick chick that was barely alive when we got home. It couldn’t even walk. That did not happen on the 15 minute drive home. Its eyes won’t even open. They obviously don’t care if they give you a sick chick. 😢😢😢

I really enjoy coming here when our chickens need straw/hay. They have saved the day when I needed items for our chickens. The owner is so helpful everytime I have questions and always has a product available that meets my needs. We have purchased 10 female chicks previously and they are all thriving! Cannot wait until March to go get some more chicky biddies! Thank y'all for awesome service and always chatting chicken with me.

Very high prices and horrible customer service. Called twice about getting hay and was told ok. Hooked up trailer, got all the way up there to find 3 teenagers more interested in lunch than selling. They actually argued about helping me purchase hay. I left. I will never darken their door again.

I hate to leave a negative review of this place. It is somewhere that I really wanted to love but just can’t. It’s a good location and the facility is very nice. It just doesn’t seem like the staff, although friendly, is very knowledgeable on there products like I’m use to at other small feed stores. I also tried asking about ordering dog food in bulk for a discounted price, which I was told by an employee that they do. After trying twice to Place our order the employees were not sure how to go about it. We were told to come back, only with the same results. The second time we left our number and was assured we would be contacted by a manager within an hour. The next day they finally called only to tell us that they would have to call us back, which they never did. Would be a great place if they employees were more knowledgeable and had someone there that can make decisions

I used to love this place. But I went today and was treated terribly. I didn’t realize I needed to be on a list to buy feed. I was in the process of putting in my order when I realized they didn’t have what I needed. The owner was short with me, so I said “you know what, I’ll just go to my other feed store.” (Hindsight, I should have not said that) but it brought on a lengthy barrage that was not only humiliating but cruel. I apologize for putting her out and proceeded to leave. To which she said “fine, after we’ve already loaded your order, you don’t want it.” I hadn’t even finished my order, how was I supposed to know they were loading my truck before I paid?? I paid for the feed The young man put in my truck and left in tears. I’m one of those people that cry when I’m angry. I hoping that she was just having a bad day. That maybe she burned her toast this morning and decided to take it out on me. But she has lost my business.

I love this place! Dogs, cats, and a Rabbit wandering around! The staff was super friendly and helpful! I'll for sure be coming back. They helped choose a good dog food formby underweight dog, played with my son with a kitten, and helped me find a better feed for my chickens. All in all a delightful experience.

Went in to purchase some chicks to start our flock and they have an amazing selection of chicks! Extremely friendly and helpful staff and great prices on top of that. We will drive the extra miles to make this our go to feed store!

I called and asked for 3 bags of a specific feed to be held for me so when I pulled into town after hauling in from Florida, I had feed ready. When I got there, I found my feed was not held and there was none left. Aftering speaking to the worker at the store, she offered to let me speak to the owner on the phone in order to find a solution. She definitely handled the situation well and I left very happy!

I love this place and the people that work here. They carry just about any type of animal's food you can think of, from chickens, dogs, horses and very knowledgeable on the foods they carry. They also carry seeds and plants.

This is a great place to go everyone is friendly their knowledgeable and it's family and friends. When you get chickens if one of them turns out to be a rooster you can bring it back and exchange it for a girl chicken.
