My YorkiPoo is a bit of a spaz around other dogs, and when kenneled in unfamiliar locations. The staff was very caring with her and Maddie did an amazing job.Before and after shots.

I had been going here for 20 years but today they practically shaved my Shepoo bald!!! Her ears were trimmed unevenly and her tail wasn’t trimmed at all. When I complained they refused to refund my money and were rude to me on the phone. Now I have a dog that looks terrible and has to wear a sweater!!Btw they no longer accept checks or credit cards. I WILL NEVER use their services again!!!!!

Ruff Cuts took great care of my pup Esco. He looked and smelled great! He can be a bit “spicy” when it comes to getting his nails trimmed but the staff did a great job. Will be back soon!!

I can't say enough good things about Ruff Cuts! They got me in right away with no appointment. Super reasonable rates, nice clean facility. Happy, friendly staff. And best of all, they were more than happy to let me stay with my bestie the whole time. So helpful for her anxiety, and mine! We will definitely be using them as our regular groomers from now on.

Absolutely love the team at Ruff Cuts! I have two Frenchies that I bring here for grooming and they go crazy when they see everyone. I’m not sure why I see ANY negative reviews. I wouldn’t bring my dogs to just ANY groomer. Ruff Cuts is always professional and always welcoming. I’ll never go anywhere else.Dogs can tell good people from bad, and mine would come here everyday if they could.

Not sure what just happened honestly. I call them and while on hold I had to hang up to chase my dog. Planned on calling back of course I love this place, the guy at least. This lady calls me back within 30 seconds, asks if I hung up on her and I say “yes I had to grab my dog my neighbor is walking by with yorkies”. She says ok goodbye.. hangs up on me! I call back because this guy with a thick northern accent does such a good job on my dog, I ask this lady to speak to the owner. She says she is, then she rambles and hands her husband the phone. He was as confused as I was but still told me to never come back. I really liked these people too. Just ruined my day. Thanks ruff cuts.

This was our first time at Ruff Cuts - Kalisha spent quite a bit of time discussing Rocco’s grooming . He is a puppy and Kalisha was incredibly kind and knowledgeable- she did an amazing job given the amount of matting that Rocco had . I am completely happy and look forward to our next visit !

Because my dog is highly groomer anxious, I have had trouble finding the right person. When I called Ruff Cuts, I told Deena of the situation. She was great. She gave my dog her full attention, and when the dog got upset, she caged her in quiet room until she calmed down. It took 4 hrs. but she got it done and my dog is much happier. Great job, Deena

Had a very disturbing conversation with the owner after informing her of my dog having a cornea ulcer diagnosed just hours after we had been there…no accusations-just an FYI. I know these things can happen and I now know responsibility and respect are not in their business model.
