Nix Flooring was amazing. The cruise are unbelievable very careful take pride in their work and when they were finished they cleaned up after themselves and left my house in in excellent shape. It started from Adam, the salesman and Kenny. The owner were amazing. Cooperative had a good line of communication with my wife and myself and everything turned out amazing I highly recommend them and I was in the business myself and I can tell you they run an operation.

Nix Flooring installed three rooms of hardwood as well as baseboard and quarter round trim. Adam from the office staff as well as the four man installation crew were professional and highly skilled. They completed the job when promised and were in and out in three days. The quoted price was fair and the entire process was seamless and highly effective. I was referred to Nix flooring from my realtor. I was a little skeptical when the fresh faced young man showed up at my new home. Shame on me. Ricky immediately listened to what I wanted and needed to happen in my home. When I had a concern about my home, he found that the subflooring was damaged - which was missed by the inspector. Ricky was in constant contact with me since I was out of town when the work began. The crew worked with my schedule to ensure the job was completed for my move-in. They even custom made my color according to my desires. When an issue arose, they were on top of it and sent the crew back over to fix the issue. The owner even came to my house to make sure it was correct.I am incredibly pleased with the service and work that Nix Flooring offered. Ricky is a knowledgeable and conscientious sales person who I would recommend to anyone. I felt like I was in good hands the entire time. Thank you Ricky & Nix flooring for making my new home so welcoming.Oh and the sanding really is dustless.

Nix Flooring replaced all the doors throughout our home. They did a superb job. They took the time to remove and prep the old floors to ensure a clean and level installation of our European Oak floors as well as the tiled floors and walls in all three bathrooms. They ensured our floors were protected from all the additional work being performed. Kenny was very helpful in product selection and saved us thousands by recommending alternative solutions that were just as high quality and attractive.

We replaced our hardwood floors. We chose Nix Flooring based on recommendations from others, fair pricing and Adam Schultz, the store manager who impressed me with info on the company and its experience and excellent customer service. The installers worked very hard to complete on schedule and did a fantastic job! Kenny Nix responded to me directly with any questions or concerns I had. Our next project is new carpet in bedrooms. We would definitely use Nix Flooring again.

I reached out to Nix Flooring and Design among other local companies in an effort to obtain quotes on a refinishing job at a rental property I own. What struck me immediately about Nix was the professionalism from each staff member in which I had communication with. Meredith was great on the outreach and follow up, and Kenny was always available to answer any questions or give perspective on the project. When I mentioned to Kenny that timeline was important, he literally said "we'll be out there tomorrow, just meet us with a key". I met the crew the next day and they immediately began the work. As far as the work product goes, I never thought the hard woods could ever look this good. They sanded down the heart pine which previously had a dark stain, and we decided to leave the floors natural. The house is so light and airy now with the natural wood, the floors are GORGEOUS and it looks like a brand new house. Thank you everyone at Nix Flooring and Design for a great experience and wonderful finished product.

Adam was our salesman. He was wonderful. We were just going to do certain areas of our home. (20+ years old). He advised us to do the whole thing. We selected stationmaster vinyl flooring that looks totally like real wood!. I asked him to install it while we were in town. We are part timers in South Carolina. The week we were to get it installed, they had to juggle things around to accommodate us and they did that to keep the promise they had made to get it done that week. Terry and his crew were awesome at installation. Extremely knowledgeable and immensely experienced. They arrived and within 48 hours had our flooring installed including the floor molding. It was an absolute pleasure to work with these knowledgeable folks. I am not 100% convinced that they were the cheapest agent to use but they were certainly 100% professional and accommodating with our needs. The new hickory floor purchased at and installed by Nix Flooring has transformed our great room-it looks beautiful! After looking at many other flooring options around Bluffton, Hilton Head and Savannah we found Nix Flooring. We have gone through three months of several inapt and ridiculous contractors to tile our two bathrooms. The first contractor, instead of telling us they didn’t want the job they created their “measurement” appointment a month later (!). Another got paranoid after finding out we had another (out of their scope) contractor appointment and backed out of their contract. And yet another who left us in shambles was fired due to his negligence, shoddy work and absenteeism. Needless to say there was a certain degree of desperation when Nix Flooring & Design was contacted. Initially, from what we heard, a company as good as Nix would not be available. But, we were lucky when they called us back saying they had a crew available. This company does it right: They have a good business model, they respect their clients, they show up on time and they do quality work by hiring the best artisans, not to mention how accommodating their salesperson and owner is. It is so refreshing to deal with a company such as this. During the work process we woke up looking forward to the progress they will make while knowing it was going to be high quality work. Nix invests in their employees by educating them in the latest technology. AND THEY APPLY IT EXPERTLY. Alternatively, Nix is lucky to have the talented artisans they employ. From experience, we can wholeheartedly say, you’re not going to find a better company to do your project!
