I honestly have always came to family dollar and never had a problem a months ago a went in to buy some milk at night when I enter the manger I believe said to me “haven’t seen you in a while” mind you I have never seen her their in my life. Then that same night she followed me the whole time. Today I went in to buy dog food and like always she started following me I didn’t have a problem because i know I have never taken anything. Once I was done shopping she accused my little sister for steeling when she was watching us the whole so I told her that she could search us and she proceeded to say we took it. So then I said I would never come back to buy anything and that I was going to leave a bad review and she told me to get out her store now.

bad place to go buy. Accused me of stealing and she is always following me around. Told me I stoled something when she was beside me following me and looking at every thing I was going to buy and told me to leave my things and told me to leave because she said I was “stealing”

Where do I start with my visit to the family Dollar in Ridgeland SC. First the public bathroom toilet was clog and when I go to wash my hands there was no hand soap. I ask two associates about the soap who's reply were that they were out of soap and they won't have any soap to put in the bathroom until the store truck comes. So I purchase a bottle of soap to wash my hands. They I found the store manager who was just clocking in and share with her my whole ordeal. She assured me she would put some hand soap in the bathroom and she apologize for my inconvenience. So at first my visit started as a nightmare quickly turn into a OK visit thanks to the store manager .

Well stocked with a variety of food, school supplies, everyday medical essentials, cleaning supplies, toiletries and so much more. The past few times being there I saw atleast 5 employees working with 3 registers open. It's a convenient store for your everyday needs and quick pick up items.

Purchased AT&T phone card, did not work. they would not take card back, it was for an elderly gentleman with limited funds.it said it needed $5.00 more dollars, tried to add 5 more, wouldn't let me said I needed to add 10. rip off.

Love Family $$$$,my cashier was so polite and even welcomed me to the store and after that I spent more than, I'd plan because she made me feel really good and comfortable to shop.

I'll never understand why it is so hard for these stores to put merchandise on the self. There is always boxes on the floor and buggies full of returns everywhere.
