The store in Ridgeland on Main street, the employees are friendly and very helpful. Would definitely return there.Got good prices and the store is cleaned compared to others that I have been in.

Our Dollar General has a lot of different products that many other stores don't carry. Very good place to get personal necessities and my daughter always gets a good toy for a reasonable price. Good selections for home goods also.

I love this little store. I actually stopped going here altogether for nearly 6 mo. The staff they have were so unfriendly and rude. I started going back there about 3 weeks ago & have been there 4 times! New employees and store cleaned to a sparkle & very orderly now too! I would have put up with clutter & long lines but I could not handle young women's disrespect on many occasions! No, no! There's other stores! I'm not sure who bought Dollar General out last but I salute there great improvements in the store & especially I love employee's smiling faces who appreciate your business; knowing that the customer's make their paychecks!♡

The staff was friendly and the store was stocked but everything was a mess. The shelves were messy, the aisles were cluttered and over stock was just setting on the floor in the aisles. They are possibly understaffed so the workers may be doing the best they can considering. The a/c wasn't working either so it's hot in there plus they have to wear a mask which would make anyone exhausted.

I come to this DG everytime I have to meet my ex for his custody time. (Halfway point between our states) Every employee they've had, have always been amazing, polite, and so So patient with a weary single mom and two young kiddos. 💕 Keep up the great work!

Everything is clean and in place. Very nice employees.always willing to help me out with finding items. Great selection and prices. Very clean bathroom. All employees seem to be able to do their jobs very well. Also, always very polite and respectful to me and others.

It's a hit or a miss here. The store is often clean and well-stocked, and just as often dirty and barren. Same goes for the attitudes of the employees. It's a useful store to have in Ridgeland on the good days, and the prices can't be beat!

Cashier was RUDE! When I was approaching the register at 8am the cashier was playing afro man's "because I got high" song on a boom box behind counter. Highly inappropriate for a business. As I was making my purchase I told her I would need cash back. She rudely stated I couldn't get cash back until after 1pm. I asked why and she rudely stated her manager did not allow it. As I scanned my card the option came up on the screen and I mentioned it to her. She said it didn't matter what it said that I couldn't get any amount of cash back. I then told her I was visiting from out of town and not familiar with the area and asked if she could direct me to a nearby ATM machine. She again rudely said "I am not from here either so I don't know what to tell you". I promptly gathered my items and left.

Everyone from the manager to the cashiers are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with. They NEVER say thank you, they talk amongst themselves while waiting on customers and play music not suitable for a store. The store itself is 1 hot mess and on the outside they have carts with sale items in gray buckets stacked on top of each other that you can hardly get to. Someone from Corporate needs to do a surprise visit, incognito, and see for themselves.

Manager by the name of Deloris is very nasty to employees as well as to customers. And this is every time i visit/shop at this place! Glad to say i no longer shop here. I go where people are welcomed and the employees are happy to be at WORK.

Conveniently located. Usually have the last minute things I need when I don't have time to go further or forgot to grab it on my home. Usually cluttered but I saw them organizing recently which makes for a smoother shopping trip. Staff is okay and helpful!

This store needs some serious help cashier was all in the back was having to beg for someone to come to front to check us out and plus thank God we were honest people because we could all have had a field day taking what ever we wanted !!!! Someone could really clean house !!!! I feel so sad for these people

The store was a little sloppy but shelves were stocked. Clerk at checkout was on personal call when I walked to counter. She immediately put them on hold though. Clerk acted laxadasical.

It was a mess. There we're boxes everywhere that were not unpacked. They had a whole aisle blocked off that you couldn't go down because it was full of boxes. It's like this every time I go there!

This store is by far the worst dollar general I have ever been to. The employees are rude from the time you walk in the door until you leave they defintely need more customer service training I will never go back to that store again district manager needs to come in for sure.

Good place to purchase items cheap. Will return to this store. When you go for one particular item you always end up buying more. The clerk's are very nice.

Ms. Evelina is great! She was working today (Mother's Day) in grief because of a personal loss... she was still VERY professional and kind. They should have had someone to cover her shift. Pray for her as I do.

Good selection. Cashiers can be a bit rude at times. Need to open lines when busy, tend to spend more time waiting in line, than shopping. Close at different times at night.

Dude they have all the snacks for cheaper than everywhere else on this exit. If you are in Ridgeland and you don't get your chips here then you are ripping yourself off.
