Just picked up my little Jack Russell after an extended stay at DGS and pleased to know he thrived while in the care of Janet and Chelsea!! Safe kennel, watchful eyes, and swimming lessons to boot! I even received a few update texts and photos during our two week absence, which was most appreciated. Janet is also an excellent groomer and trainer. We are sold on this facility and will highly recommend!

My girlfriend and I have been to multiple classes there my dog is a high drive little man who loves to get in and go crazy. He’s a sweet German shepherd Malinois mix and for my first time going with my partner it was a great class the second class not so much, the trainer was rude and insensitive claiming that I didn’t care as much about my dog as my Girlfriend did and at the end of this practice she brought up “safety” matters with me claiming that my dog was like a Black man and that when people see him on the street they can only see the violence that it is capable of. It was not only racially insensitive but wholly inappropriate to compare me to my dog in an in humane way. She went into an anecdote about how she went to Florida and got a deep tan and was pulled over by a cop because she was mistaken as Hispanic, completely rude, disgusting and highly unprofessional. It upset me to have to deal with the gruesome nature of this one ignorant person when I enjoy my dog getting in the water and learning some new sports and tricks, I will not be returning to this place. 1 star isn’t close to how awful I feel after this experience.

I've tried to reach out numerous times to "Dog Gone" about dock diving lessons. I never received a response. My message was read on messenger but no response. And no response by email. I've also have spoke with several other people who couldn't get a response. I guess they don't need my business. Will drive to Greenville for lessons instead. They answered my questions and are happy to teach my pup.

They had my dog and he was picked up in the worst possible condition . We took him straight to the vet and the vet wrote a report for neglect. Never leave your dog with these inhumane people !! They should be shut down.

Staff is very tuned in to dog needs. I love this place! Dogs get to play, and are not just stuck in a pen.
