My mom gets her 3 dogs groomed by Mandy. I don’t know where there was miscommunication but Mandy wasn’t told about my dog getting groomed as well. Mandy didn’t promise anything but she said she’d try to get my dog Nobé done . Well she did . That was sweet of her and I couldn’t help but to tip her well. Sweet woman.

My husband and I highly recommend the Carolina Canine Hotel and Spa. Mandy is outstanding. We brought our dog home in better shape than when we dropped him off. That has never happened before. We've used many kennels over his life, almost 17 years) and without a doubt this is the best. Thank you Mandy.

I can’t say enough good things about Carolina canine Hotel and spa. My dog Ms.Beannie is 17 years old she is a English Springer/fox hound mix and has bad hips and knees. She was treated like a princess here. She had the best quality care at this grooming salon. I picked her up and she had a smile on her face like a puppy. Beannie’s haircut was perfect as I expected to be. I highly highly recommend this place ... I travel 45 minutes and it’s well worth it. Thank you ladies for taking care of my little old lady
