I just had the most refreshing towing experience ever, thanks to James. I was really sad when he got there, but he turned EVERYTHING around and even had a better solution than the roadside assistance folks.He was very professional, but comforting and friendly too. My dogs were in the car, pitbull mixes, and James was a total sweetheart to them. A1 is extremely lucky to have James on their team. Highly recommend.

Our car died in the Target parking lot. John from A1 Towing came to our rescue! Where my previous experiences with towing companies usually resulted in hours of waiting, John was there in 1/2 hr ! John’s friendly and respectful manner was welcome during a long and frustrating afternoon. Call A1 Towing! While I hope I never have to call them again, they will be the only towing company I call. Oh, and I’ll be asking for John!

This is the shop you should choose. Driving home to NY, our minivan broke down in the middle of the night, south of Savannah and AAA sent these guys to the rescue. Our tow driver, Caleb was super friendly and even offered a much needed pit stop on our way to their shop. Once there, they offered us their very comfortable lounge where my wife and son got some sleep while their mechanic quickly diagnosed our van’s issue. When we determined the severity of the issue, they helped us work through possible solutions. In the end, they gave me a ride to a car rental provider and assisted us with arranging to have our van transported home. These guys really helped us out when we were in a bind. Thanks to them, we were on the road in just a few hours. Shawn, Joe, and everyone at A-1 were the best. I feel I like have friends in Ridgeland, SC.

James and his partner did an awesome job. I got to work this morning and realized I had a flat on my way inside, roadside contacted them and they were were there in 20 min. Very friendly and professional even asked if there was anything else I needed. That level of customer service is greatly appreciated and just wanted to say James was awesome.

I recently got into a bad wreck on I-95 when another car slammed into me from behind. A1 Towing responded and took care of my care car like it was their own. James the tow truck driver was kind enough to drive me to meet my family. He was awesome and provided excellent customer service. He made a horrible day a lot better with his kind attitude and approach. He's a hard worker. I even tripping tipping him and he wouldn't accept it. James and A1 Towing you guys ROCK!

Had a tire to blow out today on my car and had to call Roadside service,which sent out A1 towing! They got to me about 30 minutes after I called. Very quick service and the guy that came out was very polite, his name was John. I would definitely recommend A1 towing to anyone!! Thanks again John! 🙂

Got in a hit and run with a semi truck on I-95 and put in a ticket with AAA. A-1 Towing was contracted to help us. Although AAA was less than helpful in their process and our circumstance, Aaron kept in contact with me and helped us through finding someone to help us with our flat tire as result of the accident. I have never been stranded on the side of a freeway before and needless to say, it is a scary and not so much fun experience. I can't say enough about Aaron going above and beyond to help us get out of that situation. Highly recommend.

Me and my boyfriend broke down in south carolina on our way home (from florida to mass). We were super bummed because we had 15 hours left of our drive and we hit a pot hole and blew out the tire. We waited and Aaron from A1 came out to get us and was super patient with us trying to find an open tire shop. after going to a closed location he towed us to their personal tire company for free going completely out of his way to do something nice for us. we appreciate it more than words can describe. he was super nice and really fun to talk to. i’d absolutely recommend this company to anyone!! thank you again Aaron!!

My truck was running sluggish and seemed to be losing power. One day driving through town I stopped in at A-1 towing. Met Mr.Bobby and explained. He introduced me to Adalid. They listened for a moment and after few minutes of talking with Mr Bobby Adalid figured it out they replaced my air filter. In a total of about 10 minutes the problem was solved. Obviously the quick lube place I was using before hadn’t been changing the air filter. I asked if they could go ahead and change my oil and oil filter just to ease my mind. Mr Daniel had it on a lift and my parts were in the next bay. I was driving before a lunch break could’ve ended. Very impressed. They didn’t pretend it was some big problem and needed this or that. Very honest and from the looks of the shop and the knowledge of staff they could’ve fixed any thing. I’ve heard great things and glad I finally stopped by. The pricing was very comparable. I’ll continue to use A-1 for all my vehicle needs. They’re friendly and the waiting room was nicer than most living rooms lol. Thank you Mr. Bobby, Mr Daniel and Mr Adalid for the great service and Thank you to the office for your time taking payment and walking me to that cozy lounge.

The folks at A1 towing could not have been more accommodating at our recent visit. We are new RVers and we went there on a recent trip to get some work done so we could make it back home. They were helpful and kind in so many ways, and they have such a friendly staff! I would recommend the shop to anyone. I can’t begin to describe the kindness and professionalism that A1 towing has provided me. I had to make a very unexpected trip to Florida from Virginia. Long story short, I got pulled over on the way down and about an hour later got stuck on the side of 95 with a flat tire. I was expecting to be stuck here in South Carolina for an extra day to get a new tire in the morning. A1 found me a tire from their collection and are getting me back on the road tonight so I can make it to Florida in a timely manor. I can’t thank you guys enough for everything. 10/10 recommend. I wish I had more than 5 stars for these guys

I’m visiting from out of town and ran into car troubles. My insurance sent out A1 towing and I was so lucky to have Aaron be my tow truck driver! Aaron came and picked my car up and let me ride with him to the mechanic. He was so friendly, fast, and professional. Hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company all thanks to Aaron! Can’t recommend A1 towing enough!

I can not say enough great things about A1 towing! Rodney and Mike were our life savers! We broke down on vacation in South Carolina and needed to get back to New Jersey. Mike was able to pull together a quote for us and Rodney was the truck driver. He came to the rescue and got us home safely. Very friendly and professional. Do not use this towing service. I will be taking my business elsewhere next time. I used this towing service through Allstate by booking online, but maybe I missed the fine print because I didn't know I had to pay a for my tow. The driver informed me by asking if I had taken care of the tow fee through Allstate. I responded by asking if he was sure because I thought I had free towing. He replied that he wasn't sure and would check with dispatch to confirm. I said okay, and he hung up.Previously, Allstate sent a tow truck when I needed one, and the towing service allowed me to pay. Later, Allstate contacted me to inform me that it was a mistake and that I didn't have to pay for the tow. That itv was a mistake so that’s why I asked but if the driver would’ve said pay I would’ve paid because he did a great job. To summarize, a guy then called from a different number and immediately accused me of not wanting to pay the overage fee. I clarified that I never said that and only asked the driver if he was sure. He said he would call to confirm, and since he was polite, I didn't think much of it.The person on the phone continued to insist that Allstate had informed me about the fee. I told him they didn't, but asked how I should pay. He mentioned there would be a fee for using cards, and I agreed. While I was searching for my card, he impatiently asked for my card number, expiration date, and security code. After providing the information, he didn't respond and simply hung up without providing a receipt or any further communication.I called him back and asked why he was being so rude. I reiterated that I never said I wasn't going to pay and questioned his behavior. He claimed that I declined to provide my email and said, 'Okay! Bye!' I informed him that he was lying because I never said that. I also mentioned that I was using my business credit card and had cameras in my home that recorded the conversation because he was on speaker at the time of the call. I attempted to provide my email again, but he hung up. I called a few more times, and he answered, he threatened to hang up if I didn't stop talking. I stayed quiet, but he continued to lie about me not wanting a receipt. Eventually, he stated that he couldn't provide a receipt and that I would have to call back in the morning. I hung up in frustration. I have recorded evidence of all of this and will save it. I can't believe I had to deal with such a disturbed man on the phone, talking to me in that way. And all of this over $20? It's unbelievable.

Zero communication at drop-off and they don't even know if the neighborhood was safe enough to drop off at the end of a driveway instead of in the driveway with my keys in my car before I get off! My phone is near me at work, and nobody calls to confirm dropoff, but the person who owns the house does! I also call Roadside to get assistance because its not the property owner responsibility to call to confirm a drop off. Then you park my vehicle near the street where the post office delivers mail and block a guest in that was currently at the residence. My vehicle was driveable less than a mile! Pathetic! There is a split driveway there at this residence! It was easy enough to choose one but not both! Zero stars if I could! 2nd time, these idiots couldn't follow directions at drop off. 1st time my vehicle bumper was crushed upon departure by a non-driving operator. He never reported the accident to his job. It took my insurance company to investigate the incident to get movement. How do you hit a parked vehicle! Really considering canceling roadside with Progressive if they keep choosing A-1 or vice versa. Never ever again wilI I allow them to touch my car! Will be sharing with family and friends on other social media platforms for sure!
