I like Tractor Supply Company it's not the best priced store to come to but it is pretty decent and service and they do have a bunch of stuff needed for the farm. I sometimes come here and buy my drill bits as well as some small tools and cars and tractors for the boys back home. They do carry flea medication shots for dogs cats horses. Sometimes you can call him up and see what kind of animals they have sometimes they'll have chickens or ducks or rabbits I think. And if you need any help just ask I'm pretty sure they can find someone to get you what you need

We get our chicken feed for both adults and babies. This is a great store to stop in cause they always have what I need to take care of my animals.I am so grateful for Tractor Supply having the feed we need. They also have employees who help with putting the feed in our car.

Incredible experience I had socializing my new puppy. Picking up dog food is great from here. Everyone there was so kind, the staff and even other customers. I am quite appreciative for this store!! I fully recommend.

We received a generator for Christmas (decided to go with a General last minute) and we don’t always have the best customer service experience so we didn’t have high expectations for this. For example, when I noticed the box was opened (my wife had to find out where the order was from) I was worried that they wouldn’t return it because Lowe’s has done that before. Right when we walked in Katherine greeted us and helped us with our return so smoothly. We didn’t have the receipt..no problem! Not sure how much they paid..no problem! We’ll just run it for the retail price. Is it okay to put it back on your card? (not original payment mind you and usually you have to get a store credit for no receipts) Seriously?! Yes please!We never leave reviews, but can’t say enough for how Katherine took care of use very grateful for the experience she provided and now we want to give Tractor Supply more of our business.Do whatever you need to do to keep this woman and make sure she’s taken care of like she takes care of your customers Tractor Supply!

The uninformed, unqualified, rude manager needs to step down to stocker. She just responds with whatever she thinks what you want to hear with no facts behind her response. I contacted customer solutions and after explaining my experience her response was "Ok what do you want to do, file a complaint? The incompetence must be company wide. Response: Obviously the owners response is a cut and paste because if they would have read my post it says I already contacted Customer solutions.

I made the 40 minute drive from Edisto Beach to this store (the closest trailer rental) four mornings this week to try to rent a trailer but was never able to. The first two mornings, someone just got there before I did. The third morning, I was first in line but someone had not returned their only rental from the day before. The fourth morning, I was there first but because someone else got the manager's attention before I did, he got the rental. This store needs desperately to revise their rental policy to allow for scheduling of rentals since "first come, first served" does not always work that way.

Saturday went into the store and was asked to leave no explanation or cause. They think I'm a shoplifter and one employee put that in their head. I'm not a thief and I don't have a criminal record. So choose the right people who are actually stealing. I'm not him

Ugh. None of the outside plants were priced so I walked inside and asked an employee if he knew how much the Rosemary was. His reply, "No." Did he offer to find out? Nope. So I didn't buy any... Never enough employees or registers open. Trying to figure out howthey have 4 stars.

I’ve never had a bad experience here but with all things it’s bound to happen once. Walked in on a Sunday to get my dog food and was strolling up to the register. I heard a noise as though someone was throwing up. I peeped around the corner to see one cashier holding the trash can for another employee on top of the register area while she was throwing up. The employee continued to stand there and throw up as we exited the building without my merchandise. I had to continue on to Charleston to get my dog food. Not sure of details as to why she was throwing up or the fact that she continued to just stand there and do so rather then going outside. Neither said anything to us as we left.

Decent store but really only one aisle of tractor parts, they have a fair amount of implements though. Typically have all the feed I'm looking for and only have had one issue with moldy corn but they were happy to fix immediately. Only real negative I have is that the line is generally long and slow.

I go here because they carry my dogs food & they are closest to us. I have heard the manager on several occasions say that the customers inside are more important than the ones outside wanting to buy gas & things like that. He had my husband waiting outside for over 20mins during the summer when it was super hot. Bad management at this location.

I’ve not been impressed with the customer service here but until now it hasn’t been bad. I stopped in on my way to work to get sand colic prevention for my horses. The lady working the front was away from the register but in plane site and watched me walk up. She stopped to Play with puppies that customer brought in and she proceeded to have a conversation with the customer. Meanwhile the line behind me began to grow and we were continually ignored. The customer entering with the puppies was simply walking in she did not reach out to the employee. Had it been the other way around I’d not be upset. I will not shop at nor will I recommend this location

I have 100 lb Airedale Terrier who hates water so the dog washing stations are a godsend. They were fairly clean and well stocked with 4 or 5 different shampoos, towels, brushes and blow dryers. The staff is very dog friendly and were much helpful.

We just left this location of Tractor Supply and are disgusted and saddened by what we saw there! Baby chicks were not being kept warm and as a result were being allowed to suffer and die! I spoke with the manager who told me that this was a new display system and they were aware that it wasn't working and that chicks were dying. I'm sorry but you can take measures to correct this by putting heating pads or a heat source near the chicks. We were planning on shopping for many items but we left because we weren't going to purchase from heartless people!

I'm sure they have a large, reasonably priced inventory, but I couldn't get past the baby chicks that were dying in the middle of their store. I left without buying anything. Do better.

Very stressful!!! Staff was awful. Tried to talk me into buying rusty posts for my garden fence. I had already paid for them and some guy named Ace was supposed to load them into my car. Instead he sent a teenager to do it. I told him not to load those rusty things when there was a whole pallet of nice ones right next to it. He said his manager told him he couldn't sell those. Needless to say I went back to get my money refunded. Anyway long story short, store manager involved, I got what I wanted plus a small discount and went home to collapse. I will not go back.

One of the older female employees manning the register was surprisingly rude to myself and two other companions today within 30 seconds of us being inside. The other employee who witnessed it even vocalized how unwarranted it was. It's sad, maybe she was having a bad day, gonna avoid this tractor supply, but at least found what I needed on amazon easily enough.

Dropped by to grab something we needed and introduced a family member from another country to TSC for the first time. I had almost forgotten just how cool this store is. You forget about the out of the ordinary items once you see them a few times. A fresh set of eyes helped remind me.

So very much improved over the past year. There is more help to answer questions and the people are friendlier. Only problem is the amount of stuff still in the aisles on hand carts. Hard to move around. Much improved, though. Last time I rated tractor supply, I think I gave them a single star.

I need advice for a pet I have, not only did I get my questions answered but, the young man who helped me (Kyle) asked his super (Mary, I believe her name was) to assist me with more information! So, I went back in the store and purchased what I needed! Thank you both, it made my purchase so much easier.

Went to the Summerville store last week to buy a mat and had a great experience. Was on the other side of town this weekend so came to the Ravenel store. Waited 45 minutes and finally had to get my money back

Great customer service!!! We went there today to pick up a chicken coop for my son's silkies. The other chickens were picking on them. It was just shy of fitting in the back of my SUV, so we had to strap it to the top. Megan, Chris, and William were super helpful! Chris even stuck around after he had to clock out at his mandatory time. Such a shame the company doesn't allow them to stay on when assisting customers. Such great people working that helped us!

I've been going to this store for over 6 years and never had problems until recently. They have constantly been out of stock for my feeds and as of my last visit Monday they hadn't had my horse feed for over 2 wks. The manager on duty Gloria should not be in customer service. She never had a smile on her face and threw a fit because my 4 year old grandson had to go to the bathroom a couple minutes before they closed and she was announcing rude statements over the intercom knowing we were the only ones in the store. Then complaining she had to be back at the store in the morning. Seriously you chose your career!! I buy several hundreds of pounds of feed and supplies weekly but this store lost my business. It's went completely downhill since the manager was transferred months ago.

Well the service was good but they don't carry rebuild kits for the well pumps they sell. Which is not to bright if you ask me. Found them online for forty bucks from another supplier..

Went in,greeted at entry. Directed by associate where to find what I was looking for. Came out minutes later with purchase. Great customer service. Oh yeah, open on Sundays too. I would refer a friend to shop this location.

For a small local store, they have a surprising amount of stuff. Nuts/bolts, trailering accessories, tractor parts, clothing, footwear. Good selection of hand and power tools.Always friendly service and quicker to get in and out of than the big orange box store.

I always shop there. I haven't been this month. July had some great sales, so I took advantage of them, so that will delay my August shop. Don't worry, I'll be there before the month is out.
