Must be hurting for money. I've always dealt with Cindy. She is very friendly and easy to work with. She even says hi when I see her at the grocery store. Small town stuff. Well today I had to talk with John I think is his name. After being quoted one price, when it came time to settle up it was double. He explained that filling tractor tires with water wasn't included and charged extra. Ok. I paid. While I was loading up the tractor I was told that if I left my old tires it would be another $90. I went in to talk with him, asked why the quote didn't include disposal fee and he got upset. He jumped up from behind his desk acting like he was going to come at me. Didn't care about what I had to say. If there are extra charges then just tell me up front, no need to be a jerk about it at checkout. Needless to say, there's other tire places in town. Sorry Cindy, I've really enjoyed giving you our business but we will be going elsewhere from now on.

Great place for tires and tire servicing. Always greeting customers with a smile and quick on the draw to help you with your needs. Tire Tower with John and Cindy at the helm, is definitely an asset to the industry and our local area needs.

On a Saturday morning I showed up with hopes of getting my rotors turned, the owner, John, advised that I needed to make an appointment for 8 AM the following Monday. No fault of his due to the fact his employee was a, “no call / no show.” I made the appointment and returned at 8:04 the following Monday. His wife, Cindy, took my information and stated she would contact me if any further work or replacements were needed. The only phone call Cindy made was to inform me that my vehicle was ready. I arrived and paid $354 for two new rotors. I contacted Cindy after paying for what I believed to be was the cost for my rotors being turned. Cindy was very apologetic and admitted she failed to call me before replacing the rotors. Her husband followed up with me and was extremely unprofessional and rude during our phone call. I do not recommend taking your vehicle here. They did additional work without following through and contacting me. Convenient location for Ravenel, just not worth your time and money.

Up from Tennessee, we picked up a piece of metal in a tire that was leaking down. Staying at Edisto island looking for tire shops. 18 miles to tower tire right off hwy 17 they fixed our tire and was very good to deal with. Thanks, Tower tire.

My father-in-law has been a customer at Tower Tire for 20 years. When I needed new tires, he recommended I go check talk to them. They treated me like family (the family members that you do like :) ) and got the tires installed quickly and for a great price. I'll definitely be going back!

This is a wonderful “Mom & Pop” owned tire business in Ravenel SC. They do it all when it comes to tires to include tractor trailer trucks, utility trailers, and cars. They can change your oil as well. They have been very good to my family over the years and have tried to help us save money. Their pricing in competitive if not the best. The owner John literally drove to my house once when I was flying in the war in Afghanistan to help my wife with a flat tire in the driveway. He only charged her for the tire repair. These people are super nice and go to great ends to make the customer happy. They have friendly, courteous staff so it’s a pleasure doing business with these folks. Their shop is on Savannah Hwy headed south just past Ravenel SC. Highly recommend taking your business to Tower Tire!

I had a blown out tire with a tight time frame to get to an appointment. I can’t remember the mechanics name but one of them skipped lunch to get me back on the road as fast as possible. The office admin even made some phone calls to help me out logistically. Good people, good prices, great work.

While visiting Edisto Beach, 350 miles from home, we discovered a serious front brake problem. We limped in to Tower Tire. They diagnosed the problem quickly and made the repair expertly. They worked us in even though they clearly had a full schedule. We were treated with great courtesy and care. Highly recommended.

Fast, friendly, and professional. They were the ONLY place in the tri-county area that had a replacement tire for my tractor. I brought the old one in, and they stopped what they were doing to change out the damaged tire. Reasonably priced. Highly recommended!

Wow! They refuse to mount my new rims because they are scared to scratch them! Unbelievable!!!!In business for 20 years yet can't mount a tire on a rim! Thanks "Tower Tire" for being semi pro and admitting to it. At least they're honest.

We had a flat tire while traveling and Travis came out to replace it. He was so helpful and willing to go the extra mile to make sure that we were back on the road safely. He even took the tire back to the shop to balance it instead of risking scratching the rim by changing it where we were waiting. All of this right at closing time but he was so patient and professional. Highly recommend these guys!

Well they got the tires on, so I guess that's the good part. Price was steep, took a really long time (2 hours) for a mount and balance. Not sure why, as they were able to take me right in.

I live in Edisto Beach and had a flat tire with no spare and no jack to change it. After a nightmare issue with a towing company who never showed up, Tower Tire stepped in and handled the situation for me. John and his crew (I called them MANY times) were very kind, helpful, and patient with me. They went above and beyond any expectations that I had. Tower Tire was great! Called them, they had tires in stock. Showed up shortly after and they jumped right on it. Got me in and out, truck back on the road, and ease of mind I have a good set of tires. And in the mean time got to play with the shop dog! From out of town for a lacrosse tournament and had a flat. Found Tower Tire and they were great! Eric was courteous, prompt and I was surprised at how little they charged to fix it. Not a sparkling showroom - but they know how to take care of tire issues and are easy to deal with. I highly recommend these guys for your tire service!
