Love the people there Noel is very kind, courteous and professional. Every time I go in there she is just very helpful and nice. I just moved around here so it's nice to see atleast there are some nice people well foodlion in Walterboro has a nice staff.

Used to be decent. It's literally the worst place I've ever been shopping now. Done. Ever since the Bi Lo takeover, I hoped for it to get better, but has gotten much much worse. 23 year Food Lion shopper, goin anywhere else now. Walterboro, same thing as Ravenel. Mediocrity at its finest stupor.

Visiting Charleston South Carolina and this was our first spot I took my family. The store was very clean and the workers were super friendly. Food Lion always brings back memories from when I was a little kid seeing family in the Carolinas. Always great

2022 much improved!!Produce has been better. I had many issues in the past, but they seem to be resolved. Usually customer service is awesome. A few of the staff, I adore. They always make me smile. I come here for the convenience, but it a great place to come! I have not had any issues that have been mentioned about expired products/meats. As far as some items not available and empty shelves, it's not just this store or chain. There are supply issues that are out of their control.

The Food Lion located in Ravenel, SC has been recently renovated. Now, it's better than ever!!This Food Lion has recently been completely renovated! The renovations include a seperate cooled produce section! They have expanded their inventory and stock a lot of items that they didn't carry before!!The store looks like it's a brand new store!! Everything in it is brand new! It looks so bright & clean!! Even the parking lot has been completely re-done as well!The employees as well as the manager have always been very kind & helpful at this Food Lion!! I'm very fortunate that Food Lion is the closest grocery store for me! Shopping here has become a pleasure with all of the store's new renovations!👍🏻🛒😊💞💯

I'll begin by saying I live less than 15 minutes away from this grocer and my last visit was nearly six months ago. It just never seems to be on my routes, however, wow! Was this visit unbelievable! It appeared that they were short of staff and it was quite busy. I understand pressure, (which is why I waited patiently in line) but pressure is no reason to lose sight of these three words "good customer service." I picked up two items that had closeout sale prices and the manager or person in charge (whom I admit I didn't meet) flat out refused to honor the closeout price. After this visit I will stick to the Publix that's usually on my way.

I've been craving a plain cake style donut for weeks. Today when I went in you guys finally had them in the bakery/deli section again and it really made my day. It was delicious. Thank you :)

I love to catch the deals at this very expensive store, but what makes it five stars is because , I love Jordan and by watching him advance through the years it seems like he’s going to be the one to take over this grocery store in years to come.. great wise young man!!!

Went by store the other night at 7 at night. Was stopped before entering and told I couldn't enter. Stated "hours say till 11", was then told they were only taking cash. I told them that was fine because I have cash. Was then told "I don't know what to tell you,were just closing then." AVOID THIS STORE!!

Awesome grocery store! The patrons are very friendly and the staff is simply the best in the business.I love shopping here after work to pick up meat specials or the cold case of beer after a long hot week. If you are in the area this Food Lion is a must check out.

Great prices, but! The very worst customer service I have ever seen.The customer service desk is never open and to find someone who wants to work it is impossible. Between it and things not being on the shelves. Bad management is the reason and needs a complete overhaul.

Horrible customer service. It took me over 30 minutes standing in line only to be told that the person in front of me was the last person that the cashier was going to check out. So I had to go to the back of another line which took about 20 additional minutes. The workers seemed aware of the problems but gave off a strong "I don't care" vibe. I would rather drive 30+ minutes out of my way to avoid this horrible location ever again. Hands down the worst grocery store experience I have ever had.

Great place! Very nice employees. It was raining one day, we didn't have a car at the time, they knew we walked our groceries home, and the manager offered us HER TRUCK to take our groceries home! Very appreciated! Thank you Ravenel Food Lion!

I was amazed at the cleanliness and customer service. I think the new manager Mark has really done a great job. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. Definitely a great addition to the food lion family.

This grocery store is always very clean and well stocked. I always know that when I go to this store I'm going to find everything I need. Yes, it takes me a little bit to get there, but it's very much worth the trip. When there's lots of tourists on the island and our grocery store is being ran over and depleted very quickly. I just make my drive to Ravenel. C:

This Food Lion is extremely clean and organized. You can always find what you are looking for and a lot more! We shop there when we have to make a trip to Charleston, which is fairly often these days. It's just a short drive from the island. I never worry if they are going to be out of something I need because it's always stocked up.

They have a little bit of everything in our perfect when you just need to stop in and grab something. They have a little bit of everything however they do not have a lot of variety in brand. The cashiers are always super nice and helpful
