Do not use this pharmacy at the Ravenel SC location. Worst service ever for months and months. If I could give it a zero rating I would. My mother has had issues every time she gets an Rx filled. They’ve been know to not affix a label on the bottle, fill only partial and charge co pays twice on same Rx, not fill them at all, not let you know when they have auto filled a Rx on multiple occasions, the list goes on. I’ve finally convinced my elderly mother to stop using them as her pharmacy. They’ve even been told verbally and by letter to not to fill any more and yet they keep filling them preventing her from getting the same scrips at a different pharmacy. This pharmacy needs to close or retrain how to run a pharmacy properly.

The pick up line at the pharmacy is usually fast-paced, but unfortunately Ms. Lydia the cashier, is not. I spent almost an hour in line, picking up a prescription that was called in the day before.
