Went to the store to buy a pack of cigarettes and unfortunately my experience was horrific. Went to pay for the cigarettes and the debit card machine broke and then I asked the lady behind the counter and if there was a cash machine and she pointed behind me. When I went to get the cash and come back to pay for the cigarettes she looked at me and asked me if I had just cut in line in front of the other people. I told the lady I had just stood in line to pay for the cigarettes and the credit card machine froze so that's inconveniencing me. I went back and stood in the line yet again and when I got to the counter I let her know that what she did was rude and uncalled for. I came in there to buy a product and the credit card machine breaking wasn't my fault In fact it was an inconvenience for me and to send me to the end of the line again was not something that any decent grocery store would do In fact I've had that happen and they've never done that to a customer. The lady then refused to sell me the pack of cigarettes and told me to leave.. This is not how you treat customers.. I will be contacting the the manager of this particular store and if I don't get satisfaction I will be contacting corporate

The customer service inside the store is very good. The hours are published as 24 hours but this store closes at times without notice. I'm making this post on a Tuesday morning at 6:50am. This "24 hour" store has been closed the last 4 days with no explanation why

The attendant just asked me for my ID, which I'm well of age, and I asked her why didn't she ask the man in front of me to wear a mask. She said she was safe. I'll go elsewhere and I live in Hollywood. I'll spread the word too.

This by far is the worst customer service I have EVER seen. Good help is really hard to find especially when it comes to this Circle K. They all should be fired. Very rude and unprofessional!!
