Travel to Charleston weekly and stop to fill up and grab coffee. Since when do you say good morning and hear no response and no thank you from a clerk when you are spending hard earned money. I can spend my money many more places and not get treated this way. Good riddance!

Poor customer service. The clerk is too good to pick up the ID off the counter. You have to hand it to them. We have had enough. Last time we came the store was closed with a sign on the window. I guess they didn't want to work that day. We will just go down the street to Nicks. They actually know what customer service is.

My lifesaver! Woke up at 11pm, my kid has a fever. We are all out of children's medicine and none of the adult stuff can suit purpose. CircleK was the only thing in miles that was open and had what we needed. Blessed! Please keep the children's medicine stocked, you could be saving a life in our small community!! So grateful to the folks working overnight.

Keep in mind when looking at the reviews. This place is really a 1.7 and that's just because it had better reviews at one point. We're not allowed to give it a zero which this place actually needs negative numbers because it's absolutely disgusting and the bathrooms don't work and they're completely out of fountain drinks.

This store doesn’t know what Southern hospitality is, very poor customer service. I’m thankful I didn’t give them a penny. Basic common courtesy is the bare minimum in customer service.

It’s always something with this location. They’re always out of soda, rarely have the XL cups, and Gigi knows nothing about the sip and save program. Ring Donuts are supposed to be $1 with the program and she stated “I’ve never heard of that” when it’s clearly displayed with pictures on the drink counter, so it’s clear there is no training and she doesn’t pay attention to the signs around her.

Rudest staff ever trust go across the street to Blue Water !!! Apparently staff at Circle K in Ravenel are too good to pick up money laid on the counter!!!! Took my money across the street and you should too !

Nah! And I give EVERYBODY a good rating or I don't rate! But these people, what a fraud. It says one thing on the sign but a total other thing once you start fueling up! And there were two trucks idling, (locals, I assume, looked like punks) hanging around outside near my pump. The inside wasn't great. I used the ladies room and there was something stuck in the sink. It wasn't totally skeevy inside but it looked like a renovation was in order. The think that really p*ssed me off was the misleading gas prices.

Lady on night shift is very rude. You can feel the hate coming from her as you walk in the store. Very discomforting. No customer service skills at all. Definitely will never go back. The Blue Water store across the street is 1000% better than this dump.

If I could give this minus 5 stars I would. When my husband told the clerk the pump wasn't working she said, very rudely, pump not dispersing gas; he then asked her if that was true of all the pumps and she gave the same rude response. She had a terrible attitude. Oh and also, asked about the bathrooms reply was "not working', again, rudely. Will have to find somewhere else to buy gas. Sad, because this used to be a nice little place to stop and get gas, maybe a cold drink or ice cream.

Just drove by and saw the same dishonest tactic of flashing "cash" for less than a second on this station too. After my experience with the last Circle K I think I realize I will definitely not be giving my business to this chain. At least Circle K's are consistent... consistently deceptive.

To expensive gas. I thought I would fill up before heading to the airport and sad that I did because gas was 15 to 20 cents cheaper just up the road. The sign showing cash and credit is always misleading. Leaving it one or the other and stating either cash or credit would be more beneficial.

Cashier at register texting on phone with long line of people waiting....nails so long she can't hardly press buttons....I had to come in to get receipt even though I paid at the pump and this isn't the first time, this is every time....so the other is on her phone texting down the isle. When I ask cashier, does anyone ever put paper in the pumps ....she ignores me at first then shrugs her shoulders at me and rolls her eyes. If you don't want to work, do us all a favor and go home.

I'm pretty sure I just caught the cashier and her boyfriend stealing debit card information and try to use it down the road and I called the cops and of course they are backed up if you go in there use cash only

Lazy, prejudice, rude, lack of customer service skills just to start... The guys that worked there were nice and friendly but the women are nasty and mean esp the manager she sometimes has blue hair.

Horrible. Store interior was filthy. Sign on the door said closed be back in 30 minutes i started calling and banging on the door at 45 minutes employee had half burnt cigar behind his ear and didnt even have the common sense to apologize for the because he was taking a nap in the office.

No Toilet paper, certain drinks are out all week, no cup for drinks at times and no lids as well. I love going to these stores but this is the worse one I have ever been in.
