Mostly drivers like coffee but this place have no pilot coffee they have Dunkin’ coffee on tow flavors but not creamer probably pilot have to take action about this store people needs! Won’t stop again

the cement stoppers they have to keep people from running over the pumps are the perfect distance from the pump so you'll dent your car door in them ... oh, and then their pump won't work

Rude cashier couldn’t get off her phone for 30 seconds to complete my transaction. Didn’t say thank you. She was looking down texting by the time the transaction completed….

Nice I like it.there is a lot of room . I reserved a parking there and was not have any issues . Arrive at 1 am and there was a spot for me . Some time I have problem with Pilot even when pay for a reserved parking some time is not a avaliable spot . But on this one all was ok and a lot of space to park quickly and have a sleep . Will come again for sure . Like it . No problems at all

Fairly clean restrooms, and store. If your a truck driver, seems like there is a decent amount of parking here anytime of day or night. Wendy’s inside could be remodeled some but food was good. There is a Huddle House next door too.

If I could give less than one star I would... if the pumps aren't out of service the card reader is. When I finally did get a pump that worked, it took over 5 min to put in 16 gal.... ridiculously slow.

The Pilot Travel Center was Awesome, I guess!?!?!?!? I stopped there because there was a Waffle House 🏠 there. When I arrived there was only one other person in the establishment that was waiting on a to go meal. There where also other areas of the place that was blocked 🚫 off for some reason with chairs 💺. Idk y? Floor was not wet or anything!?!?!?!? The waitress was great 👍, she was very pleasant 😊 and took her time with me, while I decided on what to eat! After placing order, it took the food to come to me in about 5 to 7 minutes! Thought that was great, but I was wrong! Everything was great until eating the scrambled eggs 🥚! I received a hair from the cook in it, kept eating in grits received another & finally when eating toast another hair between the slices! The cook had dreadlocks and facial hair. I guess he was shedding or something!!!! I guess that's why I had so much hair!!!! My waitress asked me was everything okay and I told her it was okay and I appreciate it her service and I gave her a $4 tip. I think it would be sometime before I would stop at this Waffle House again!!!! Unable to take photos because phone battery 🔋 died! Would definitely give the cook a negative review if possible!!!! Great grand total of 3 loveable hairs in a wonderful meal!!!! 🤢

Really? Pilot workers telling A customer to get out like its their property? For no reason? Just because they don't like him? I hope they never.Ever...never never.get a better job. Take out Trash and clean up insulting customers they are jealous of or don't like? It's not your house! Thats so Ghetto!!I can't heat up shrimp garlic onions and steak and fresh rice?Since you obviously think Pilot is your personal property...remember that when the showers toilet and The rest of this place needs attention ok?

VERY CLEAN RESTROOMS and very clean store all together!! has a wide variety of convenient store foods as well as vehicle necessities, windshield wipers, cleaners, etc.. also a few shirts and souvenirs! if you have to stop somewhere- come here!!

Stopped here during a long road trip and was extremely tired. I started shopping around and looking at all the neat little things they have the manager literally would not leave me alone and followed me throughout the store as if I was going to steal something. The cashier however was extremely nice and welcoming but the manager could definitely use some lessons and customer service and how to be decent to customers as she was literally harassing me while I was trying to shop shame shame on you

You'll have to use the app, or go inside to start your fuel. Unfortunately, my company requires us to use pilot. Pilots generally aren't that bad. This one isn't managed well at all. Their always out of cups, soda machines broken, fountain machine syrup is empty, no ice, coffees three days old, bathrooms nasty, never cleaned.

This is a nice clean Pilot truck stop. The shower I used was very clean. There is 2 things that could be improved on.Put a shower curtain up in #5.Get bean to cup coffee. Some folks do not care for Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.

Cashier was rude. My husband was trying to ask her a question about cigars. A simple question. And instead of figuring it out or even attempting to look she smarts off with "I mean I have a line". Ok and? I turn around and it's 1 person and you have another register if it gets that bad. She was already rude from the get go. Couldn't get her name because she was either not wearing it or had it covered with her jacket. So we just went to the Circle K across the street.

I stopped here because of a good discount we get on fuel but other than that the only other good thing is that they have the Dunkin Donut Express. Other than that the place it's not a great stop. Grill items are almost empty. You have staff walking around the fuel pumps with a lit cigarette. But the bathrooms are pretty decent from what I saw

To my fellow truck drivers: Although the pilot app says that this store features premium wifi, they in fact have no wifi at all. Just something to be aware of. Otherwise, newly remodeled bathrooms are spacious.

I am not easy on reviews.This group of folks when I pulled in late was polite and so nice. This morning, I asked if I could drop trailer and run to get needed items, manager said "Sure, what ever you need to do"! Manager lady had such a easy smile on her face. Polite and easy to talk with.Best truck stop I have ever had. I went inside and blew $100.00 just because I wanted her store to look good on numbers. Great store!!! Great staff!!!

gas scam watch out.. put card in and says wait.and keep waiting. never let's you get gas. hit cancel or after you leave it will ok sale. think done from inside. same thing on another pump. circle k smells like pot but honest. Hoodies were watching..

Yes the shower system is old school. I didn't want to go wait for a questionable line, so I called and got Keke. Unexpected customer service. She said nobody waiting and walked back said 1 being cleaned now.Then she actually said and did reserve it for me by taking me rewards phone number. Knowledge like that along with her customer service is valuable.Only reason I gave 4 stars not 5, Pilot corporation needs to give employees better equipment to work with.

I will give place a 5 star for the employees devotion to doing a good job. They have succeeded because Pilot itself is a less than a quality truck stop. I don't think it ever was. The staff were very accommodating to show me showers were pressure cleaned. Sure,it's not a flipping Love's where I prefer to go but company where I work says otherwise. Food I don't know. But the people I dealt with today......AWESOME!!!

Def pumps leaking def all over the ground while pumping. Restrooms are clean. Staff is very friendly. This is a relatively new truck stop but like many maintenance is lacking.

Went yesterday 7/6/2022 employees parked in handicap spots with out handicap tags,not willing to move their cars. Had to park beside them. My child is in wheel chair. Went in on the way out employees locked doors due to leak in ceiling from rain. I asked if they would open it so I could push my child out that door to keep him from getting drenched..no they had us go out Wendy's doors. Through rain. I pulled my truck between the two employees cars just so I wouldn't be drenched from the rain. I really didn't want to leave a. Bad review, I am sure what happened wasn't coming from upper management. Just from the employees that were working last night. However to put me and my child out in rain with him in a wheelchair just made my blood boil. Also i did purchase a drink and when I went to the counter to pay the employee was on her phone not paying attention it took her a min or so to notice me there. I find all this unacceptable and it needs to be addressed.

Inside Pilot itself is good. Bathrooms clean, shelves stocked well. Employees on the other hand need to work on people skills. They would rather finish personal conversations than help paying customers. No smiles, no thank you...nothing. Not 1 of the 3 employees working right now could tell me the current gas price.

I would of gave this store 5 stars but the girl behind the counter gave attitude when I asked for help with the ice coffee machine. She said I don't know how to work it read the directionsThe restrooms were spotless and very nice.they also have Dunkin donuts ice coffee. Overall this store is nicer than most pilot gas stations and very clean!

Very unusual for a pilot to get low rating from me... Out of coffee. outside trash overflowing at every trashcan we saw. At least 2 pumps down. Understaffed - usually when we walk into a pilot we see multiple staff members. Attached Wendy's was ok. Very busy. Order was a little wrong. Person who took my order was pleasant and proficient. Food good. Ketchup pump and some supplies were out. Bathroom was fairly clean.
