I need to send a FedEx ground package but want to hand it to a FedEx delivery person myself. I've repeatedly called to verify that FedEx picks up at 10 am as indicated on their website. But they don't answer the phone. No way I'm leaving my valuable package for them to hold for pick-up!

You have to love the prices but the store is a complete mess!!! They should have enough money to hire someone to just stock selves. I'm disabled and can barely move around the store. I can't even use my wheelchair in the store cause of the mess. They can hire stockers and just have a person to only do the registers. Please do better Dollar General.

Probably the best organized DG in town (out of 4)... At least you aren't running into stock crates and rolling carts on every aisle... And the cashiers don't ignore you here. I can usually find what I need without a hassle. Most DGs are a hot mess with empty shelves and stock everywhere, blocking aisles... This one has some but not overwhelming. Staff is helpful too.

Couldn't find jars to make jelly. Dollar store had them and cheaper than other places once they got another shipment. And I wanted pretty jars because I give my jellies and jams and presents. They weren't Ball brand but they were pretty and cheaper. Great job dollar general.

This store gas gone down quick in the past weeks. The floor is nasty, products are sitting all in the floor so you cant hardly get down the aisles. Nothing is in stock. Employees are rude and sit around talking and goofing off when they should be cleaning up this place. Have some pride about yourself and your store or find another job!

U boats always in the way when you're trying to look. Shelves aren't stocked that great. Store is a mess & mismanaged. 1 cashier usually has to check people out even if the line is backed up. Just ride to Chapin. Much better.

Can rarely navigate through the store because of stock carts parked on almost every isle and recently this store has been out of a cosmetic that I have purchased from them for years and no one seemed to know anything about whether or not they would get it back in stock or anything. Also 9 times out 10 the register freezes up on me while I'm attempting to check out and it has to be rebooted which can take 10 or more minutes. Very frustrating. The staff are friendly but the store is so cluttered and the registers are extremely outdated and obsolete. They use IBM and I'm almost positive IBM doesn't exist anymore.

Worst dollar general I've ever been in. The floor was nasty like it had never been mopped and it was hard to roll my kart because there were random pieces of plastic and small trash i kept getting stuck on. They're inventory was falling and hanging off the shelfs. Stuff was knocked over EVERYWHERE. It looked like a tornado went through. Also it was very disorganized there where 2 toy and dishes isles and neither were anywhere near the other.

The new manager has really cleaned up the store and moved product in boxes and bins littering the aisles onto the shelves where it needs to be. She is going to be great for the store and the Prosperity community.

Worst store ever. Employees are great but the DM needs to help them get that store clean! Can't even get down the aisles, let alone find anything you need! 🤷

Employees were very helpful. Store is not completely set up yet so there are empty shelves and clutter. Hope it will improve as store is completely merchandised.

Great place to stop when I need any kind of greeting card. You can't beat the price of their greeting cards. They're anywhere from $.50-$1.00.

I love dollar generals, this one is not a store I frequent do to messy isle and storage even tho it sells more items mine nearest to my home doesn't.

Associates are always friendly but the store is always crowded with boxes and it's hard to get around especially if one is using some sort of assisted walking device.

Employees were talking about a customer and the customer was in there and heard everything they said. I go to this DG cause you can find what you're looking for.
