Asked the gentleman to put line on the reel, he said he wouldn't because the reel wasn't rated for the line. I told him I understood, but still wanted the line on it and was willing to pay for it. After arguing for a few minutes about it, he finally put it on and then told me to get out the store. I again told him I wanted to pay for it, he told me to just leave the store.

Husband called before driving into Beaufort Store to make sure he didn't need a receipt for an exchange of a part(exchanging for same item, returning one that didn't work). Receipt was at office in Bluffton, was told by "Jim" on the phone it was no problem! Got to the store and "Bill" refused to exchange the item and "Jim" stood by not acknowledging that he in fact told my husband over the phone that it would not be a problem.... Needless to say, definately NOT returning to the Beaufort store... will deal with the Hilton Head location as they seem to be trained in customer service and professional. Beaufort guys need a customer service class... pronto!
