I’ve been a customer of Wilson’s for 4 years now and I’ve always been pleased with them. The entire team is polite, courteous and punctual. Wilson’s does their best to prevent the customer from spending more money than they need to. Lee is our maintenance tech, knows his stuff and is very professional.Update: this morning I woke up to an electrical smell coming out of my vents. I called Wilson’s and Andy was here in less than 2 hours. As always, he is friendly and professional. He diagnosed the issue (shorted capacitor) in less than a minute and had the repair done quickly. As always, he verified everything was back on and running properly before he left. Thanks Wilson’s!

I have been dealing with Wilson’s for a few years now and I am very satisfied. They installed a new system two years ago after working on my previous system. Very satisfied with the new system. Jake came out yesterday for a normal maintenance appointment. He was very professional explained everything he had done. Arrived on time and got everything done including a little play time with my German Shepherd Dakota. Jake represents Wilson’s well!

I have been trying to get an ice machine leak fixed for months. I called Patrick on Monday, on he immediately ordered the part. It got there in about two days. Patick kept me updated on timeline from start to finish. Chris arrived to fix the leak that same week (Thursday)! He was super quick, did not make any kind of mess while he working, and very friendly! He even offered to clean up the water that had already leaked out before he even got there. And then Patrick checked in with me after the work was completed. Outstanding service from both of these guys!

My heat pump was not heating so I called Wilson's as they had installed my water source heat pump years ago. I found out the warranty was still in place. They had a technician come out the same day. Courtney arrived on time and immediately starting working to find out the problem. Courtney was very efficient and knowledgeable. The heat was working again in about than an hour. He answered all questions we had. I was pleased with the service we received.

Very professional service from inspection for price quote to finished installation. Out of 4 companies I called for quotes, Dave was the only one that actually got under my house to inspect existing system and ductwork. I went from a single gas-pack HVAC unit to a split furnace/AC system so the installation was not just a plug and play type swap out. The installation crew did a great job in removing old unit and completing the installation of the new systems in a timely and professional manner. Was very pleased with the whole experience!! A/c wasn’t blowing cold. Called Wilson and they showed up in a quick time frame same day as I called. David Pierce was very professional and was able to inform me of a lot of information I didn’t know about my houses HVAC unit. I use Wilson's for my Sping and Fall check ups. They are always on time and while they are very professional with their work they are personable and make you feel like family. Like you are their only job for the day and you will be taken care of. Jake was my tech and he made sure my AC was in great shape... BTW my little dog Max loved him!!

From the phone call to schedule, all the way until the tech, Lee Davis, left our home, the service was top notch. Customer service seems to be of top priority with Wilson’s. We were with ARS for years. We moved to a new home, had an HVAC inspection by ARS, they said they found no issues. Except our ducting was leaking like crazy, wasting cool air into the attic. That is when we cut ties with ARS, and made the official switch to Wilson’s. They installed the REME-HALO air purifier in our system, and we can’t wait to reap the benefits from that. Thank you Wilson’s and Lee!

My heater went out Friday, 2-28-20- called Saturday, 2-29-20. Courtney was out here by 9:30- the time I was told. He was very friendly, courteous, answered any and all my questions. Service was very prompt and right on time.. The part that was causing the problem was under warranty. Time for repair was 30 to 40 minutes. Thought $228.00 was a little steep for labor since I do have one of their service contracts. I am guessing Putin caused a price hike. Technitian was very knowledgable and professional.

Thank you so much Jimmy for sending the perfect team members to my home. Garrett and Ovidio did an excellent job. They walked me through the entire process of what was going to take place. When they got here they knew up front what was going to take place and they wasted no time at all getting it done. They replaced my entire system in a matter of hours. Garrett and Ovidio were very respectful well knowledge in their field of expertise. They took the time to walk me through my new thermostat system showing me features how to set, recognizing when a sensor is out, naming each room on the thermostat just in case we have trouble shoot any issues in the future they can walk me through the process via a call. Low speed went out on my 2014 Bryant. Tom Brown came out and properly diagnosed the problem, ordered correct parts, did the semiannual service/cleaning and returned the following week and fixed the issue (parts still under warranty). So far, every Wilson Refrigeration tech that has come out to our home has been excellent. I highly recommend this company. They are not the cheapest but I prefer quality over low-ball pricing.

Like a lot of businesses last week, our AC went out....but to make matters worse, we were hosting an After Hours Event at our new office that night. Our landlord called "his" HVAC guys out to fix it the day prior and the morning of our event. They claimed the unit was working fine and with the heat, that it was as good as it was going to be. It was 88 degrees in our office. So we contacted Chad Shealy with Wilson's Refrigeration & Air. Within 45 mins his tech Daniel was onsite. Our HVAC coils had not been cleaned in quit awhile, the Freon was low and the duct work in the ceiling had many areas where the duct work was not connected or sealed. It was drawing hot air from our attic and blowing it into our showroom. Daniel work as hard as he could to get things going before our event started. Although, our showroom wasn't very cool yet....it was working and our event was still a success! Thank you Wilson's...your team is the BEST!!!

Nate, was the technician who service my AC unit.1. He show up on time for the appointment. Introduced himself and described his duties for Wilson's2. He discovered a faulty part that trigger an overheating and causing the AC to misbehave. He replaced the faulty capacitor and replaced it with a new one that was made in USA.3.He continue servicing the unit getting it ready for the comming winter.4. He recomended the installation of a surge protection which will further protect my system against thunderstorms.5. I renewed my serviced contract for the next year and they send me a copy to my email6. Paid with a credit card for convinience.I will recommend Wilson's any time.
