Terrible customer service at the pharmacy. Extremely rude and unhelpful. After several visits and giving them the benefit of the doubt they are consistently bad. Constant issues with insurance on their end and a rude and dismissive clerk that obviously hates her job and has no problem showing it. They don't know what they are doing so save yourself the time and headache and make the 5 min trip to CVS on Augusta rd.

If I could give zero stars I would. The pharmacy in Walgreens on Anderson road is in real need of customer service class. Scheduled an appointment for our son for vaccination just to be told very unprofessionally that they don't even have the vaccination. Stephanie said hello and asked what I needed after letting her know she screamed something like : "Do we even have it here?" picked up the phone and let me stand there without any other explanation. Ten minutes later a younger woman with blonde should long hair( I asked for her name but she mumbled it and no name tag) told me and I quote: " yeah we don't have it" I did ask her what is her solution and if she could find out who has it. She responded call them and find out with most annoying attitude ever. Very unprofessional service ever!!!! But luckily not every Walgreens has this horrible service. THANK YOU WALGREENS ON AUGUSTA ROAD for finding for us the vaccine and who has it and do proper service!!

I was extremely disappointed with the representative at the drive thru this evening. My child developed a severe cough and I tried to purchase a cough medicine through the drive thru. The representative was rude and dismissive when saying no, and I had to bring my sick child into the store. The cough syrup is an item that needs an ID, which can be checked in the drive thru per Walgreens website. Also the other walgreens in Powdersville will get the item for you for purchase in the drive thru which leads me to believe this store is misinformed or lazy but the main problem was the lady's bad attitude. This pharmacy is closest to my home but I will drive a bit further to a different store in the future.

Went in and was greeted by a very nice Employee Named Gabbi she was really sweet and helpful. She helped me get my Rewards card set up with no hassle and she was very communicative. First time to the store and I definitely will be going back.

This Walgreens in Piedmont has a problem in the pharmacy of getting the stuff to fill common perscription. I had been waiting on an item for 40 days when the Walgreen in Powdersville had what I needed all along. Guess I'll change stores.

Drove 20 mins to get second vac and the pharmacist said she could find my previous appointment in the system. Even when I had proof that I had it done previously on Augusta Rd. She didn’t even try to call that pharmacy to check. Total waist of my time!!!! I suggest going to a newer Walgreens facility. This one is dated and unorganized.

They do not honor drug rx. I have been there 2 times and first time my script was 64.00. I used rx app and they simply denied it which was 16.85. They charged me full price. Today I told them im using rx app and they said that the app was misleading...ya misleading. Again it was 60 dollars and some change and she sais best they could do was 43.00 and again rx showed 16.00. These people are a terrible representation and should have people taking a good look at skams n misrepresention of Walgreens business practices

This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy I have ever dealt with. I was so happy when my insurance let me use Walgreens again but this place is a joke they over charged me the first time for 30 dollars, then didn't want to fill my pain meds when they did it was short by 10. Then they get rude when you every time I have to deal with them.

It's funny as you read the reviews. A place like this is hard to REVIEW. My next visit, they might screw up my prescription. However besides that, the staff is always friendly and the pharmacy has been fair.
