Elvis was a new guest at Southern Paws in Piedmont. He had so much fun and the staff was fantastic. Came home tired and happy. Very clean and lots of attention. Will definitely make this our go to place when we go out of town! Thanks for taking such good care of Elvis!

I took my older Cocker Spaniel to Southern Paws to be groomed. Brody is 15 so he has a hard time standing up the whole time. Brody was matted due to not being groomed regularly through the winter. There was a bad cut on Brody from a previous groomer and we had to wait until that place had healed enough before he could be groomed again. I got to speak to the groomer and tell her where the wounded spot was on Brody and all of his other tumors and moles. She was attentive of Brody and assured me she would take good care of him. She did an amazing job and I am so happy with Brody’s grooming and how friendly everyone was to me and Brody. I will certainly be taking Brody back for his next grooming. .

I was recommended from a good friend to go here. I am so glad that I reached out and made my baby girl Layla an appointment. Layla is a very small Chihuahua, she only weighs 5 pounds. She seemed a bit nervous when she first went in but when they were finished with her, she was very calm, and was very relaxed. I am so glad that I took her. I even made her next appointment. I absolutely love the fact that I was able To her during her whole appointment via camera screens that are in the lobby I look forward to doing a lot more business with Southern Paws. My dog, Pepin, stayed for 5 days recently. He had such a wonderful time. I loved the "report cards" with photos that I got twice a day. I could see how much fun he was having with the other dogs. Southern Paws is super clean and run by people who obviously love dogs. I would recommend it enthusiastically!

Me and my furbaby love this place. I don’t worry when I leave her for a play day or bath/grooming because I know the staff takes such good care of all the pooches The kennels and the play yards are always extremely clean and the staff is very friendly and accommodating. But the five stars is not only because of the super clean facility and awesome staff, but because my GS fur baby gets excited when we drive into the parking lot and she can’t wait to go inside. That speaks volumes!!

I have used many dog boarding facilities in the past and all I can say is WOW when it comes to Southern Paws. I was wary at spending a little more money for my dog to stay here but it was worth every penny. I received over 30 photos of my dog on his report card in just 1 weekend! Joey and the team very obviously are passionate about what they do and it was a great feeling knowing my pup was in good hands while I was away. The place smells clean, has a beautiful outdoor area for them to play, and when I picked my dog up, he smelled better than he ever has before. One of the best boarding and day camp facilities in the area. 5 stars all around!

Absolutely outstanding! I took my clientthere and he (client) was concerned about a new place for his fur baby so I stopped by a day before the appointment and explained to the wonderful staff that Molly dad who is in (early stage of dementia) was concerned about the new place. So they gave him a tour he loved it. He was over joyed. Thanks so much!

While visiting family nearby, this was our pups first visit to Southern Paws Piedmont. From the moment we arrived our experience was amazing! So friendly, so professional, such a nice facility. Always nervous to leave our fur kids with strangers we were able to relax when they sent photos showing our pups having a fantastic day. Would recommend to EVERYONE! It was beyond my expectations. Everyone was friendly, curious, and professional. It was the first time I had my dog in their care and going forward it will be the only place I will use. Southern Paws, is by far the best groomer around the Upstate. I am a very overprotective dog mom and they took the best care of my Nova girl. Her grooming appointment went beautifully, I got a call as soon as she was finished! Everyone was so nice and so patient with me! Everything is so reasonably priced, whereas other groomers have not been. I appreciate everyone of them and all their hardwork! I will never use anyone else other than Southern Paws!

The best doggie playhouse with amenities!!! This is a facility that the upstate needed. Upscale with amazing finishes and an outstanding staff. Our dog absolutely loves coming here to just hang out as well getting groomed with an optional facial. The owners nailed this perfectly! My dog Leo was very matted & dirty. He had not been groomed in over a year. We had previously taken him to places that completely shaved him, simply because they did not want to put in the extra work that was needed for a dog like him. He is a Great Pyranees and it is not recommended to shave a dog of his breed. We brought him to Southern Paws in hopes that he would be groomed in the proper way. They far exceeded our expectations! They called me every time they made a change or had to do something different. They kept me updated on all of his grooming experience! I HIGHLY recommend Southern Paws of Piedmont! They did wonderful! Thank you Southern Paws for taking such good care of my pup!

I just moved here and I was looking for a grooming place and stumbled upon Southern Paws. So far I've gone twice for getting my aussie groomed and from the moment I stepped inside, I was given a very warm welcome. They have refreshment if you want to sit and wait while your pets getting groomed. From just water to mini bottle of champagne( i think that's pretty cool lol). The only downside is I wish they would ask how i prefer how I want him groomed. It always slips my mind half the time because when I pay for sanitary trim, I'm thinking that they are trimming the chaps more down and the under side so I'm not having to worry about poop getting stuck in his hair. The first time as I was walking out I noticed his chaps were still the same length so I had to go back and ask to have him trimmed a bit more. Overall everyone's very friendly and welcoming

Today was Ellie's first day. She loved it! I appreciated the updates and the ability to text and see how she was doing. The responses were very quick. She came back home all clean and smelling good, with trimmed nails and absolutely played out! Thank you for making me feel comfortable with her being there and for giving her a great day! I absolutely love this place and so does my fur babies. I just wish they had a points or reward system and a way to watch live. The facility is very clean and the staff is excellent. It was my first time using them for boarding. The staff was very patient with answering any questions I had and gave me a tour before reserving my dates. I am awful with names but I was introduced to each team member that I encountered on the tour and told their role at Southern Paws. When the day came for me to drop off Baxter and Bentley they did everything to ensure I was comfortable with leaving them. While away I received a daily text with a link that directed me to a report card, which told me how Baxter and Bentley were doing along with photos of them playing with their new friends. One of the things that really impressed me was they actually played with them. Bentley is high energy and needed the extra attention. Other places I have used had staff with the dogs but when I watched them live there wasn’t much interaction or I had to pay extra to have someone take 15 mins to play fetch. When I picked them up three days later they were happy and clean. AMAZING!!!! Thank you Southern Paw family for taking such good care of my family. I’ve already reserved them for my next trip.
