Our dogs love their cozy cave. Our grandchildren do too. We enjoy watching our dogs go in and out of their cozy cave. It’s entertaining watching them hide inside or dig around inside of it. Our two dogs are 65 lbs. We purchased the extra large size, but the large would have worked well. We plan to get a second one, so each has his own. I highly recommend this product for dogs. It’s durable and cleans easily. It’s so much fun watching them roll around inside.

Based on reviews and months of research, I decided to buy the $169 extra-large Snoozer Overstuffed Luxury Dog Sofa for my 70 lb. Pit/Lab. Despite a clearly visable flaw where the arm meets the base cushion in front, I was happy with how sturdy the sofa seemed to be.I purchased a couple of waterproof mattress protectors and sheets for a baby crib to protect the non-washable cushion. It wasn't until I was changing out the protector and sheet one day that I noticed the shoddy sewing job (refer to the attached 7 pictures) where the cushion was sewn shut after stuffing it. For the price and reputation of Snoozer products, I was appalled and believe this to be unacceptable given the price paid.I immediately called the Snoozer Company in South Carolina and spoke with a male who claimed to be the owner. He was not friendly nor professional. I felt as though I was not valued as a customer.I was told a new cushion would be about $100. I was also told that, upon submitting pictures and with the sofa having a 1 year warranty, a decision would be made as to whether I should ship the heavy, large cushion back to be repaired or to have a replacement sent out. Because it would be cumbersome for me to do so, as well as difficult to find a box for packing and shipping, I decided not to bother. Any other high quality, reputable company would arrange to have the item shipped back.I can honestly say that this sofa has served my dog well and she seems to like it. However, I am not sure how long it will be before the cushion splits open in places. Based on my phone experience, the workmanship, and the hassel of returning for warranty issues, I will likely purchase my next dog bed elsewhere.

Just over a week ago I posted a review about my pets "Lookout car seat Black Diamond". My review was somewhat negative because the seat seemed to be breaking down within the first year. I had emailed Snoozer about my disappointment. Within that week I heard from customer service representative Erika and by the end of the that week she had assured me a new foam seat was on the way. In hindsight, I should have waited. Erika emailed me daily to let me know that my replacement order was placed and it was covered by my warranty. I'm very impressed with their customer service representative Erika and I'm confident my new replacement seat will be here soon. My rating went back to five stars. My dog has never been happier to go for a ride in the car.

Oh my goodness!! This pup is living the life of luxury in his new bed. Our rescue, Ranger, is a Lab/Dane mix. This breed tends to be cold blooded and loves to be under blankets. Ranger (8 mos) is learning to sleep on a dog bed at night, rather than in his kennel. We struggled with him waking several times because he has unwrapped out of his blanket. Then we ordered this! He slept like a rock last night and loves snuggling into his new cave bed! I even got halfway in and felt the warmth and comfort.Every dog should have on of these. Product is of good quality and well made. Hopefully it stands the test of time!

They had a warehouse sale, so I stopped by. Didn't have a lot of time, plus it was incredibly hot in there, but I went in and looked around. Found some cute stuff but the prices weren't much different than what I find normally in stores. And we couldn't buy anything bc no one was there to take any kind of payment, so we left.

great beds, but buy them only on sale. If a sale commences even hours after you make your order, they will not extend the discount. Wait for their sale prices.

If I could give negative stars I would. We have bought over 10 beds and for the first time we had an issue. We called to get it rectified and were met with the most unprofessional person I have encountered at a call center. Normally we would just ask to speak to a manger but when we did the guy told us he was the owner which is why this review is coming out. We explained that we were recording the call because of how he acted and he hung up. We called back to speak to him again and he sent us to voice mail. The issue was that we were sent the incorrect size cover(verified with employees from Snoozer) and he told my wife that her eyes were deceiving her. We wanted them to cover shipping on our return because they admitted fault. Instead Snoozer lost a lifelong customer and will be poorly reviewed on every social media/website over $9 shipping. Congratulations Brian O'donnell! I would expect poor customer service from someone at a call center but not the owner of a company.

Snoozer Pet Products is an AWESOME company!! Our dog LOVES all the products from his new ramp, to his COUCH and his crate bed. Everything is made to perfection and the quality is so high with so many fabrics to choose from that the dog furniture outshines the people furniture!! We are totally spoiled and wouldn't think of using any other company for our Max!!

I have had furry buddies since I can remember! I have bought bed after bed, only to have been be destroyed in a matter of 6 months! My 3 furry friends love their Snoozer beds! And they are still looking like new after well over a year! Thank you Snoozer for making my furry friends so happy! Might I add, they don't even bother to try to get on the furniture anymore!!!!

Bought a bed for my 12yo rescue. 200$. Less than 6 months old. It's torn up. Warranty for one year denied. Don't bother buying this bed.
