This DG market was like a mini wal-mart almost. Friendly customer service even though I self checked out. Definitely an upgrade from the Dollar General previous location.

The only cashier on 4/26/24 at 3:55 pm was extremely rude like she does not want to work either to take care of the costumers. She forgot that thanks to the customers the business keeps running and she get food on her table. It is not our responsibility to deal with her issues, the management should look at how customers are treated

This dg market needs to get there staffed trained properly and trying to get around their job. I went in to load money on my 2 cards 500 a piece on each. The lady told me I could only load 500 every 30 mins. Now mind u I've been going to the original dollar general some of the same people so I'm like whatever I just did this a few weeks ago. So I went back to try again and guess what I loaded both of my cards back to back with 500 a piece. Do better. Or sink I will definitely be using family dollar for now on.

This place is a joke! This kind of store cannot completely replace a full service grocery store (Which Piedmont DESPERATELY needs). A tiny, empty produce stand. It’s basically a bigger regular DG with more freezers filled with overpriced junk food.

Needs some TLC... I pulled in the parking lot at 5PM and 3 employees are sitting in chairs at the front door smoking cigarettes blowing smoke everywhere. And then get into the store and they have nothing on the shelves. The employee who drives a white Mercedes parka her car right at the front entrance. These spaces should be for customers. This location is trashy and I will not return.

Store manager Misty was outstanding, polite and very professional. She was cleaning up the store and it was looking really nice and it was before she came. I believe management needs to know how hard she is working on cleaning the store Dollar General store number 20259.Thank you so much Misty for your help.

I hope this is for the dg market that replaced this store. But this is hands down the best idea that dg has ruined. I mean yall dropped the ball so hard on this it popped. This store is ran worse that the gossiping dg down the street.

Shelves half empty. Boxed freight all over the store,Unopened!!. I could see 2 employees however No one was putting up any freight. It appeared to be social time.Store needs exterminator. I walked out of store and a bug was crawling on me.Good luck in correcting these issues.

Used to be decent. Always had been cluttered but it's a small building. Certainly not large enough to yell at the customers "you got 25 minutes!" when it's 9:35... like I might venture out and get lost causing you to count your till after 10. Rude.

Walked in and out in 4hrs 39 min. This was due to the extremely mind catchin environmently instore ratchet cray cray in tha back atha end of the 5th isle round tha end and straight to tha minimum purchase placement of each and EVER ONE of the $100 that was in short in the season of Covid75. Yeas kovidable wit 19 places of nonsense extremely external heat of passionate shopping.

I usually have NO complaints, as this store is convenient and generally has what I need. However, the new lady employee they hired has been cashier the past 3 times I have went. She has a SERIOUS attitude problem. She literally acts like she can't stand customers. In my opinion if you don't like your job go somewhere else! Will not recommend this place

It's a decent DG location. It's a little disorganized as far as the layout is concerned; however, it's not messy. They do also have a wide variety of products to select from, which is why I am giving 5 stars. Plus the cashier was nice.

Always cludderd. Employees are rude if your not one of their favorites. I'm sorry I really don't care about your kids wedding. I dont want to have a 5 minute conversation with you. I just want to buy my stuff and leave. I definitely don't want to wait as you show vacation photos. Do that on your time. You guys are there to do a job not socialize with your friends.

First let me say that I do frequent the store because there are not a lot of options around this area. The store does offer really good prices so that is a perk. Some of the people that work in the store are extremely lazy and I often have to wait for them to finish their cigarettes outside before they will come in and check me out. One of the men that work there also seemed extremely aggravated that I asked him where something was at. When I could not find it and I asked him to actually show me where it was at he gave me a huge heavy sigh. The store is also not really heated or cooled. The other day I took my phone in with me and the store was 53 degrees which is absolutely ridiculous. To top everything off I went there the other night and they were closed almost 30 minutes before the sign says that they were supposed to be closed. I took a picture with a timestamp to prove this. I don't know if upper management or headquarters is aware of how the store is being run but it is an absolute hot mess.

I've never went to a dollar general and they not have one bag of dry dog food. Seriously not one was on the shelf...You guys need to do better !!
