CVS Pharmacy section has the worst and most incompetent staff. They have erased doctors called in order for my son a while back. Blamed it on having a sub that day but kept telling us that the doctor didn’t call it in for 3 days. Had to go there and call de office and ask them to call while in their presence to tell them order was called in. Today had another bad experience. I will not be using the pharmacy any longer. The front end customer service people are very nice and always helpful.

My mom is in home hospice care and I’m her only primary caregiver. Every 15 days, CVS on Augusta rd, Piedmont SC, 29673 literally has me crying. Since my mom is on high doses of narcotics, they refuse to fill them because of a conflict with their computer. A computer shouldn’t be responsible for doing a human beings job. If the prescriptions are sent by hospice, there shouldn’t ever be a problem filling them. But again, they are every single time!I don’t recommend CVS to anyone who has a loved one in hospice care. They do not care if your loved one suffers and will not fill the medication hospice prescribed because a computer says they cannot. It’s absolutely ridiculous!

That particular cvs has a employee behind the pharmacy filling scrips that needs a training clas and maybe some valume! Is always rude to me for some reason because shes always busy ! Even at the window! I normally go inside ! I will tell you this shes a black female with long eye lashes 5’8” skinny maybe a facial piercing ! Shee greates me and did tell me a a good day but the in between questions and answers was unreal! Totally rude! And i will say this another customer seen it said something to me and decided shes wasn’t coming back because that was uncalled for! If that pharmacy wasn’t so close to home i would go somewhere else my self ! This teammember needs some type of traing tohandle pressure during busy times! Ill tell u this this employee is the same person that is rude to me every time i go inside! Why? I keep my self professional! And show respect to everyone ! I was discusted!

The cashier tried to get me to sign up for the reward membership telling me I would get my order for free and then $10 per month. She failed to mention that it would charge my card $5 a month and if I hadn’t had read what I was signing I would have been scammed. This is a pretty sleazy sales tactic and CVS should be ashamed of themselves.

Usually have good service but today the girl in front of me had 3 0r 4 items and was trying to use coupons that didn't work. The clerk spent about 5 min trying to get them to work and finally called another clerk to help. The two of themworked on the coupons for another 10 to 12 min. There were 6 people in line behind me. I finally put my merchandise on the counter and left.

I tend to have to travel quite a bit, so I have to pick up my prescription at different places. I without a doubt prefer my home town Walgreens, but here, I have to use CVS (proximity). This CVS is very professional, yet was able to still maintain that wonderful, at home feeling!! Thank you!!!

Always had mostly pleasant experiences here. Not a lot staff available, but is fine as long as you’re self sufficient and the self checkout is working.
