I never received a card although I filled out application. They claimed I owed $2. We went into the store and we couldn’t pay without the card!!!!! What do you do???? Finally they accepted the payment on the phone with interest!!!! This store’s quality is not worth the hassle! The employees are great!!

The manager and associate treated me differently. I tried to do a return but did not have the card. They told me they couldn't do store credit or any type of return. I called the one in Easley and they said that wasnt true. They could do store credit and sometimes do a refund if I'm a loyalty member. I dont know why they would treat me that way but it was upsetting.

Nice addition for Powdersville. Right now, the store is well stocked with ideas for everyone. A little less for the bigger people (like me) for selections of clothes. Choices on home decor abounds though. Well staffed and freindly, so plenty of people around to help you find your items.

They opened a couple weeks ago. My wife saw there were sign-ups for grand opening prizes until October 3rd. It was about 2:00 PM on the 3rd and we were told it was over. STRIKE 1. then when checking out we were asked to sign up for their rewards program, no problem. In the course of the discussion we were told one of the benefits is a one time 15% discount on a purchase during you birthday month. Great i was born in October! Got registered and asked for my 15% discount. I was told no it did not apply to me. STRIKE 2. A supervisor got involved and said no discount. So for a $1.75 discount, the supervisor denied, STRIKE 3. We walked out without our 2 bath towels.The Powdersville Burkes lost my business forever. Most probably any Burkes for that matter. Shame it was a clean nice store and I would have returned many times in the future. They got one star because I couldn't give them a 0.

Pretty good discount store. Basically a lot of name brand overstock and clearance as well as some off brands. Hit and miss on what you find here I am sure. Found some clothes and other household items. Pleasant staff.
