Ordinarily the pharmacy at this location is helpful, but today’s experience eroded my confidence in their business and care for patrons.Being very ill and with intractable bone pain, I phoned a day ahead for a needed prescription refill that is essential in my care. I understood it would be readily available this morning and assumed so.A family member drove the distance into town for pickup at the set time - we live about 12 miles from this Walgreens, and the nearest location of a pharmacy to us. Once there, they learned that the ‘pre-ordered’ prescription was not available, because there was no supply !!!!!We had received no advance notice from this Walgreens that the medication , critical to my daily care , was not available , and were told - by a technician at the window, that our PCP would have to be contacted to have the Rx transferred to another pharmacy , due to no supply! The pharmacy offered no assistance with this and with it being Friday, the PCP was just minutes now, from closing !!The pharmacy at Walgreens neglected to appropriately inform us in a timely way and needs to take better care of those patrons and families extending themselves to secure prescriptions, when medications are essential.Sick individuals in our community need to be able to depend on timely, competent, and caring service. Walgreen’s pharmacy needs to do better - and without conveying, by their exasperation and misplaced frustration, that they are the ones being ‘inconvenienced’ by patient’s needs. Medication “counts” !

Prescription pick up is always slow. Many times I come when it should be ready and they tell me they need another 45 minutes. I think the people are teying hard - they are just not staffed properly - I’m moving my Rx to CVS which all my friends say has much better pharmacy service

Went in to get my prescriptions and the pharmacy team was AWESOME as usual. Then I decided to look at some of the electronics on clearance. Almost immediately the young lady cashier, Chloe, yelled at me across the store that I could not open the merchandise. I was simply looking at it and making sure it was intact since it was clearance. I went up to show her it was unopened and then the storeManager Jessica (on the other register) started raising her voice at me belligerently saying she was going to throw me out of her store. They refused to tell me their names initially so I had to walk up and look at name tags like the pharmacist suggested. I checked out my items at the pharmacy because Jessica and Chloe were being so hateful. I love Walgreens and this is an exception to most of my experiences. The way Jessica and Chloe spoke to me, and each other was very unprofessional and had no place in a business environment. Finally after I told them once again I didn’t open the box, Jessica said “You know what, get out of my store” and I left.

Went inside and picked up 2 prescriptions. Was supposed to be 3. The guy told me that he would go ahead and fill the 3rd one and that i could pick it up later that day. I went back to get it and they had given it to someone else and told me that it would be Monday or Tuesday when they would get more. This was on a Wednesday and i was already out. I've had nothing but trouble for the past 3 months with this pharmacy. I'll be switching pharmacies next month.

I went yesterday with some rewards bucks because my mom went to get some shots. But apparently you have to buy something then you can add your reward bucks for the next transaction 🤷♀️ so I had picked out some ice cream and I just didn’t have the Money so the cashier which was a very nice young man I have seen working there before , took out his debit card and paid for the ice cream. It was the nicest thing and just the one act of kindness helped turned my day around

We have to use this pharmacy due to our insurance. I realize that people have bad days and I have given this pharmacy numerous chances to be friendly. The employees that work in the pharmacy are not friendly at all. I previously had all my prescriptions at CVS and always received friendly service. I don't know why it's so hard to be kind and friendly. The other employees that work in the front of the store are always kind and friendly. I just don't understand how they can keep business other than insurance now dictating where you have to go for medication. I would most certainly not recommend this pharmacy or go here if I wasn't forced to.

The store and photo center staff are friendly. But the pharmacy techs are horrendously disrespectful. Won't be filling any prescriptions here in the future after my third prescription along with third terrible experience. When staff makes a mistake they should be fixing it on the spot. Not making you wait another hour while you tell them you do not have the time to wait any longer. So frustrating to have an issue and rude service every time you go to the closest location, just not worth it.

I recently picked up my prescription for Xeljanz XR which costs over $5600.00 before insurance. When I was ready to open the new prescription the seal was broken so I immediately called the store. This was on a Saturday. The person in the pharmacy asked if I counted the quantity of pills. WHAT? I told her I would not be taking any of these pills regardless of the quantity in the bottle. I had to wait until Monday as they don't stock this med to get a new refill. The people at the pharmacy are rude and very abrupt to their clients. I worked in a drug store years ago and NEVER would our staff treat their customers so rude. I have read other reviews from different stores and it seems they are all rude to their customers. Today I received a phone call from a person by the name of Hope and was told that if I did not pick up my prescription by today it would be put back on the shelf. I checked to see when my dr. phoned in the renewal and it was only 7 days ago. In the past I have told them I would be in on a certain day and they would hold it for me. If the employees are unhappy with their job, then go elsewhere or change their attitude. Guess it's time to look for another Drug Store. I hope this is helpful to other people.

The Pharmacy is very fast but I don't like the new hours. It was much better when I could go pick up meds at 8am.. I thought it was standard for a company to keep all store hours the same as each other. I guess it is time to start going to the Easley. I understand that they open at 8am. 9am is too late for a night shift working who is ready for bed. I wish this could had worked out because you are closer to my home but not my time.

My dad and I went for COVID vaccine and it was incredibly quick and easy. The pharmacist was amazing and explained the mechanism of the vaccine well. Plus, I didn’t even feel the shot when it went in. Great experience

I'm getting sick and tired of going to businesses and spending my hard-earned money and being treated like crap! My parents went through the drive-thru to pick up some meds that were ready and when they get there, the pharmacist was super rude to them! Saying that they should have picked the meds up earlier and that the meds were put back on the shelf! My parents have been in freaking Nebraska for a week and couldn't pick the meds up the freaking DAY they were filled! Get over yourself! The pharmacist needs to be reprimanded! That is NO WAY to treat a customer! Haven't you heard that the customer is always right? Also, we don't know the pharmacists name because they weren't wearing name tags. This is also very unprofessional!

Dear Ryan at the pharmacy window, if someone is sitting there, waiting for 10 mins, it would be nice if you could acknowledge them and say “please hold just a moment”. Some of us are really worried about our sick kids at home, and being acknowledged let’s the other person know that 1.) You see them, 2.) You are busy helping another person and 3.) it’s just nice to do. I had time to tell my teenage son how to cook a chicken, message another friend and text another person before you even said anything. You could even just hold you hand up with the one minute finger. It’s still friendly.

HATE THIS PLACE! I called at 7:30 pm on a Tuesday evening and stayed on hold till 8:07 when they hung up on me. My husband needed his inhaler badly he was out of breath and wheezing badly, I can't believe they hung up on us.This is terrible when it's something so serious yet ignored .
