For a place at advertise best coffee on the planet, their iced coffee is nasty. I think it’s a combination of the cream they use and the amount of cream. Next time, I’ll save money and get better coffee by going to McDonald’s.I was also very disappointed by the customer service this morning. The girl at the register was apparently too busy stretching and yawning to be friendly.

I did not visit here. My card is stolen. Whoever made this transaction is knowingly doing so with my card and my points...and they don't care that they are stealing from me. It surprises me to finally know the darkness of the hearts around me in my final years. May God have mercy on us all.

Every time I go in I get fast service and very friendly service. If there's something I need outside of the counter they always come out to help. There are well stocked with most of the things I need. I highly recommend them!

Hot spot is ok to run in for a soda or some chips. I,nore anyone I know uses hotspot gas. The gas is trash. It makes my car and motorcycle run terrible. Had to have a tune up on my Harley after using it. It's an ok place. I or anyone I know doesn't shop there

I pass by 3 other convenience stores on my morning drive to stop here. The staff is always friendly, the store is always clean, and the coffee is always hot... I wish everything in life was as consistently reliable and enjoyable as this Hot Spot is!

Mostly great place to stop. One suggestion for possibly new cashiers - for all convenience stores really - ask for the year of birth. I'm not stating my full brthdate in public. And frankly tired of being asked.

I shop gas at Hot Spot whenever I can. I have never had a problem with their gas. I use the non ethenol in my small engine equipment and boat. The big truck uses their diesel. Again never any fuel issues. I rarely have experienced the rude treatment others have mentioned. I do recommend the Pickens location.

Worst quality gas station in Pickens. Bad attitude cashiers. Also Was asked for ID to buy a lottery ticket despite me being and looking like a 30+ year old man. But the other customers were not asked for ID just me!! Bad quality service and products here overall. Do not recommend. Go anywhere else for better service and expirence and gas.

Not terrible but the cashier wasnt the nicest and complained about his job to the other person the whole time I was checking out. That always makes for an awkward transaction.

Rude to us I was telling my friend what it was called and friend was asking for vuse solo stick bc my friend didn’t know what it was called and the lady refused to give her one bc I didn’t have an id and according to her I was the one trying to buy it. Lost a valuable customer today thanks allot for being a horrible customer service rep
