I have to say I've always liked Dollar General their selection and their good prices but also this store it's hard to find anything they seem shorthanded always only two people with tons of things in the well stock not put up. And then the register never seems to ring up your discounts several times I haven't gotten my $5 coupon for Saturdays or the $3 coupon for over $25 worth I spent $85 last time I was there and got a Swiffer that has a little piece missing it was the last one so I'm going to take it back and see how that goes. The staff is very friendly I like the manager a lot she works hard and I know it's hard to keep good help. I see the problem is being short-handed I don't think they're budget allows for more than a couple people at a time. And it's in an area where it's going to stay busy or at least study they need someone always on the register and I'm sure manager duties are a lot but they need somebody just doing stock so many things aren't Marsh and if you scan it with the app it doesn't work or the discount doesn't show the mobile app and that store do not work whatsoever you can't do orders for pickup or delivery they don't have the manpower. And street is a smaller store but seems to be running better of course they've been there a long time. Overall it's a good store with decent prices they're just out of things I really like in the dollar they knew really don't know what somebody's laid down there and what's actually a dollar and there's no way to tell so you get to the register.

I have shopped at this location many times. I don't always find what I'm looking for, but until today all the employees have been friendly, or at least polite.I stopped in today after work for a few things.When I got to the register, there was 1 customer in front of me. The young man who was working the register was friendly to her and interacting with her.Then came my turn. I greeted him as I came up and started placing my items on the counter. He never said a word while he was ringing up my items and mumbled the total so low that I couldn't hear him.I don't know the reason for the sudden change in his demeanor, but it was rude and unacceptable!I will be stopping in tomorrow to have a chat with the manager.

All the employees are always polite and helpful. I'm also very glad DG has a face covering mandate and the employees all comply. I also noticed they now have a sign up or ordering online and picking up at the register. That's a fantastic feature. Thank you all! 🤩👍

Never have anything you need. The store is most times a mess. So then wind up having to shop 2 or 3 DG"s just to find items I need. 😕

Dee, the employee who waited on me is awesome! After selling me the battery, she removed the old one and replaced it with the new one. She was courteous, respectful, and very knowledgeable about her job. Now that I know there are Christian employees at Auto Zone, I'll be recommending your store to all my friends and family! 5 stars for the employees.0 stars for Dollar General's business philosophy.This Dollar General is always a bit disorganized, but I can see every time that they're short handed and the staff are working their tails off to do the best they can.The corporation seems more interested in squeezing every penny out of both the employees and customers than in being a positive part of the community. Not the best long term business strategy, Dollar General, Inc. Drain your employees, drain your customers, leave a trashed store, and build more and more disposable stores in "food deserts".In our observation the stores are understaffed by good employees that work hard and do their best while the corporation let's the store itself fall apart until it becomes just another dirty, disorganized cheaply built junk shop and build a new one 5 miles down the road.

Once a week I shop here for the assortments of nuts and other snacks because they are affordable. They can even be the meals since I work odd hours. Cashiers are very nice and helpful. Very cost effective.

I found the exact Filters and the Prices were competitive to other stores in the area. There are specific Writing Tablets I use on a daily basis,I Love them. I like a DG brand of Storage Bag's and I Love the prices for Glade Air Freshener, Only $1.00. I Love Dollar General and Dollar Tree...

I like going here its quick and the employees most of them have a great outlook. I just wish that corporate office would go around to there stores and just shop then maybe they would understand what the employees need to be happy and content working for them. I feel real bad sometimes when I see them overwhelmed because they not only have to check customers out but are suppose to have all there stock put away and on top of that keep people from walking out the door with items they didn't pay for personally it would drive me crazy because I cant stand a person who thinks there intitled to whatever they want when the workers don't get paid enough for what they have to get done. I felt so cramped up in that store, they have no room to move around I have no clue how there able to get there stock put away and thank god they are good workers and get the customer checked out quickly because if they didn't I do believe there would be people passing out. Ok I am stopping now I sometime say too much. Keep up the good work guys and hopefully they will get someone in there to give you enough room to breath! Thanks D

Most of the things I found were snack items and my fiance was a bit disappointed in the selection of beauty products. The prices of the clothing was more on line with Walmart. Three stars for having potato skins chips!

I will never goe to that dollar general again cashier young girl rude and not helpful at all . Dumped all my change out of my hands it fell to the floor un acceptable behavior from a person . I guess she must not like her job. I suggest now she funds another one if she cant do her job poperly really NOT at all a good experience i rate this stoe and the young girl a big not even one star. Terrible service and my money should have been the coins first in the hand then the bill and reciept. Bot so i had to pick up my money from the floor. Poorly rate never going there again.

I like to go in and browse and most of the time I find good bargains on storage containers. At Christmas they always have cute boxes to put presents in that are reasonably priced.

overall, I must advise, this Review is merely the Reflection of this one particular Store location, the Staff could use positive PR Skills- The Manager Unable to provide solid Answers to any of the questions, customer/employee communication seemed to be a definite Challenge and the volume of managers tone, When addressing the Customer was Not only distasteful all the way around, the volume in which the employee/manager could have been slightly confidential. Where as these particular employees(3total), take heed, you never truly know who you are talking to and most importantly, it's not What you say, moreso, how you say it, is the key. I Recommend to these particular employee/managers to work on their ability to Never judge a book by its cover, treat everyone with kindness from the Purest of hearts.

Store stays a mess. Me and my husband went one evening and the woman looked at us and said they were closing in 5 minutes so we had to hurry. 20 minutes later we rode by and they were still open with customers.

Isles are congested with boxes of products waiting to be put on shelves. They have what you need, if you can get to it. Need more staff.
