The staff are very nice and quick. The ice cream is some of the best I've ever tried, and they have some absolutely adorable decorations. The staff was friendly, and the ambiance was cute! Lots of variety to pick from including some dairy free versions. Nice to have a space to sit that was well shaded in the late afternoon with activities to do for little ones more than just eat ice cream. My daughter enjoyed the ice cream, bubbles and chalk for the walls.

Our family loves Mama Rae’s! They have a great selection, friendly service, and a fun little courtyard to sit in.Kid-friendliness: They have toys for kids to play with in the courtyard which is fenced. They also usually have little giveaway toys for kids in a bucket at the door.

Such a great little ice cream place. There's always a bit of a line but it moves quick. There's places to sit outside and enjoy. Big selection for such a small place. I had a coconut chocolate almond milkshake that was amazing. 2 young gals working super hard (but very nice!) to serve everyone.We'll be back!

This is always a wonderful experience for my wife and I plus our 2 1/2 year old. Please consider a no dog policy by the toddler play area. I love dogs and so does our son but tonight there was a large dog that was growling and barking at all the kids (including mine) in that area and was quite close. We left early due to it not being a safe situation. We love your shop and will continue to come! Just thought you should be made aware. Bad owners could cause someone serious harm.

Such a cute find in Downtown Pendleton! They offer a "smidge" size for kids, which honestly would be perfect for an adult as well. TONS of flavors, including an oat milk based option. They have milkshakes as well. Very reasonably priced. They have a space with chalk, trucks, picnic tables, and even little kid chairs. It was a perfect way to keep a 2yr old who missed a nap awake until dinner time!

The service was so friendly, the atmosphere is perfect and I will definitely visit again soon!If you follow them on Facebook they will announce the name of the day. If you have that name you'll get free ice cream! How cool is that?Highly recommend this place for a treat and a smile.

One of the best kept secrets in the upstate. Great selection of flavors and combinations. The owner is super friendly and even has opened early one time for my family and stayed late to make sure everyone got their choice before she closed. There is a nice little courtyard sitting area beside the shop. Very family friendly! We need more businesses like this one in the world.

Mama Raes is a neighborhood jewel. This tiny box of an ice-cream shop dispenses ice-cream, smiles and love. Mama Rae and her staff are beyond professional, they are kind and passionate about building community and good feelings among people. The courtyard is a perfect place to relax and meet friends and make new ones. The menu is wide and the servings are generous.

I've been here about 4 different times. Every experience so far has been great. The staff have been incredibly helpful and friendly. One of our daughters has a peanut allergy. The girl working took the time to sanitize a scoop for her. This is a great ice cream shop. They also have some great hot chocolate!

Mama Rae’s is an essential visit in Pendleton. New flavors of ice cream arrive constantly, always great service, and extremely competitive prices. They tend to get very busy towards the summer and the wait can be several minutes l, but the wait is well worth.
