1st and last visit to this location. Very old and rundown. Smell was a bit overwhelming walking in. Very disorganized. They need to close this location and remodel to donate as a shelter , etc. or keep closed. There is a newly built one in Seneca SC 20 minutes down the road that is way better.

A bit disappointed. Earlier this year, I had a homeless man in front of me at checkout that was 18 cents short on a $1.75 pair of insulated socks. The cashier says "I'm sorry, that's not enough money". I can't help but acknowledge these socks were donated to your organization by someone else. I'm guessing there's 18¢ available somewhere in that budget. The homeless guy then gives the $1.57 he has to the cashier and says "take this for someone else who might need extra". As a side note, yes, of course I bought him the socks.

I stop here while in Pendleton. The place is the worst goodwill I have ever seen . Dirty .smelly and very unorganized.

They are pretty expensive on certain items and this is what their dressing room looked like when I went in there. The store looks pretty trashy & unorganized as well. When a place has way too much stuff that is a sign that they are overpriced.

I have shopped at a lot of goodwills but I will never go back to Pendleton. It was totally nasty…a lady came out of the dressing room and said there was bugs on the floor & wall. I know that this is used stuff but the staff needs to have it sprayed!Never seen one this bad!!!!

I donate a lot on behalf of my clients. Today was the first time I dropped off at this location. The staff was wonderful. They eagerly helped me unload large furniture and were very careful with my truck. They were attentive and kind but also continued to take care of other customers while they helped me. They care a lot about those who come into their store!

Love it. I go to all my local Goodwill's. And have been doing this for many years, and I still find some awesome deals. Good for saving money on clothes for the whole family. They have something for everyone.Donation drop off at all locations.

Always greeted and thanked for my purchase,welcomed back. Usually find a couple name brand items to buy in the clearance section.I don't like that they mark up certain clothes but with this said ,they're usually fairly priced. Decently organized and cleaned considering the amount of sales items packed into a more compact space(in comparison to other local Goodwills)

I.LOVE.THIS.STORE! The staff at the Goodwill in Pendleton are so kind and easygoing. I love the clearance section and always go home with way more than I expected to buy, but at shockingly low prices. If you need any affordable Clemson paraphernalia, this is the place to go! The changing room is spacious and the shop is filled with good lighting. No creepy vibes! Great place!

The lady in there is very rude. The store stinks. She follows you around like and there’s stuff laying everywhere so you have been going through a shopping card for 20 minutes right beside her and she then goes “oh don’t mix that up! PLEASE!” With so much anger too. If she hates her job she should find somewhere else. I had stuff I was going to buy, a lot. And I dropped everything and walked out. I will tell everyone I know to never go to this one as long as she is working

I love this store! It's kept clean and the people that work there are usually very nice and helpful. I love going to the South Carolina stores because they mark the color of the week down to 50% off on Monday's, then clothing items of that color go down to $1.00 on Wednesday, and then that color will be marked down to 50 cent's for Saturday and Sunday! You can find great deals, you've just got to be patient and hunt for them

I'm not sure why but not every Goodwill is the same. Love the one in Easley love the one in Greenville love the one in Greer but this one not at all. Their prices are different and too much at that. It's a shame how greedy Goodwill has gotten over the years off of people's donations. But then to ask such an outrageous price for something used and sometimes stained. And the girl working here didn't care to be nice she didn't even want to smile. Either she was just ready to go or she's just normally that nasty. I can only tell you that I will not shop at this Goodwill again.

How can you not love this place? This is where I met my wife... I later proposed to her near the women's shoes 💍 we have now been happily married for 9 months. We stroll through this store at least once a month especially on our anniversary day.

The store smells terrible so it was hard to focus on shopping. They had 4 items that were the same thing but all were different prices. Over priced items for something that's given to them for free. I'm definitely not a frequent visitor here.

Love this small but mighty Goodwill location. Book selection is awesome, as well as vintage finds and Clemson gear. Hours on website are incorrect. They close at 8pm.

Goodwill needs to update and remodel this store. Paying the astronomical prices at Goodwill seems ok when you have a nice, new store with bathrooms and dressing rooms, but this place is cramped, dirty, SO unorganized, and they are price higher than the new stores! It is absurd. They are now dividing out all Clemson attire, and charging a fortune. They are also dividing out name brand items and pricing them insanely high. Example: pair of Ann Taylor shorts with new tags...Ann Taylor Sale price said "18.99" and Goodwill price was $24.99. Items from the Dollar Store with tags still on, priced at $2.99. Awful. I don't plan on walking in here for the rest of the year.

I love Goodwill it's my favorite place to go but Pendleton has a lady by the name of Cheryl that works there she is the most rude person I have ever encountered in a Goodwill she snaps at the customers and never even speaks at all and if she does she's very nasty she makes me truly miserable and other customers as well because she does them the sameway in the past year I only went to this store 4 times because of her and the way she treats everyone Goodwill needs to remove her she truly hurts there business and ruins alotta customers days!!!!

Worst goodwill experience of my life. Not only do they NOT have a dressing room, they wouldn’t sell a pair of jeans to me bc someone forgot to price them. I will NEVER go back again. I hope I can sleep tonight.

I give Goodwill a 2 star because they have gotten VERY expensive. Perhaps they shouldn't have built all those new stores and maybe should pay their employees more.I no longer donate there for that reason.

I’m from Indiana guess I’m spoiled because this goodwill was horrible no since of organization and marking up T-shirt’s is crazy, you get the stuff for free. Not to mention lady was rude sorry I won’t look in the racks next time lol
