This is my GO TO DG nowhere else in the area treats me and my family so kindly. The staff and management have changed and since then the store is incredibly clean and well stocked unlike the DG closer to me. I always find what I need and if I need help an employee is quick to react. As a fellow manager I have to say astonishing improvement is being made to this location. Keep it up!

This was the absolute worst store we have ever been in! The shelves were bare, we honestly thought they were closing the store down. Forget about being treated nicely, the workers were all so rude guess it was because we walked in on their smoking session. The management has changed hands several times and it just keeps getting worse! The parking lot is full of trash, the store is a complete mess. Will definitely be driving that extra 2 miles to shop in a very well stocked and clean store with friendly employees!

Says its not supposed to close till 10pm. Here it is 7:20pm on a Tuesday and they are closed. Had to drive even further just to find a store that was open. If they are not gonna be open maybe they just need to close this store down permanently.

The other times I've come in have been great, but this last time I came in turned me away. I was coming in and asked the cashier ( short African American man with glasses) a question, he just looked at me and shrugged. I thought maybe he didn't hear me so I asked again and he just said he didn't know if they had this item. I still gave him a chance because maybe he was new and didn't know what items they had and didn't have. Anyways I found the item and went to check out. He didn't say anything just scanned the item, no how are you or did you find what you were looking for. Didn't tell me the total or anything I just swiped my card anyways cause I knew it was a dollar. Even after the rudeness he had been showing I said thank you after he handed me my recipept and he STILL didn't say anything. I don't know if he's just shy but he was giving off an incredibly rude vibe. As someone who works in customer service myself, this type of treatment is completely unacceptable. No one wants to shop at a place that doesn't make you feel welcome. And this is just one employee I had a problem with, he didn't have a name tag or anything so I didn't know his name. All the other employees have been more than polite to me.

The cashiers are awesome. I’m new to this community, I am a lover of small towns. This store is conveniently located, it is well lit at night, and so far Every employee I’ve interacted with has been top-notch.

Always have isles blocked when orders come in. Come on Dollar General, give your stores more payroll budget to get products stocked. Might sale more!!! And a automatic door. Those that do work there are great people

Great. Ive been looking for a reasonably priced bluetooth headset for awhile now and have not run across any, until tonight. I got the headset and 2 bic lighters for $13 and some change. Thanks!!

They don't seem to have good sale prices. When things are a great bargain they don't have enough stock. For a brand new store you would think they would make sure stock is on hand for sales. The store is very clean and organized.

Pendleton store a mess can't get through isles. Store is not set up the right way stuff all over place. They need to come and look at the one on Friendship Road, that is an awesome set up and stays clean.

I enjoy going to the Pendleton Dollar General. I know when I go in, I'm going to be greeted by a friendly face. And their there if I need help. The store is always clean and organized. The manager is a wonderful lady also..

The worst dollar general store I have been to, Pendleton SC. Shelves are usually empty and never organized and boxes are everywhere. I drive an extra 2miles to a better store.

Well one employee was on the register on the phone talking personal call. Weather or not it important there no way u can be on the phone while on the register while the line going around the store. Well too it off the manager outside smoking a cigarette hmmmm. What happened to customer service in the world. Very disappointed.

Everytime I come in here the store is a disaster and can barely walk down the aisles due to unloaded carts, boxes etc. And employes doing nothing but talking on their phones. Items just thrown around and its a total mess. Going to Family Dollar from now on. Manager needs to do something.

Our shop here often and each time that I go in there it seems like they are running out of products all the time. The store could be kept a little bit neater.

It was a mess ad it always is!! Boxes and carts and stock in just about every isle!! Down one, turn around and go back as you could not make it passed stock carts!!! Why I keep going there, I duhnno!!!

This is a great place to buy your paper products, cleaning products, and soups. I go at least once a month to stock up.
