This CVS should be avoided, especially the pharmacy. The prices are much higher than the food store across the road. However, the biggest problem I had was getting cold medication from the pharmacy. I was given a package with extra drugs I did not want and did not ask for. To be fair, I did not check the box before I left the store as this has never happened in other pharmacies. They would not refund, exchange, or even admit they had made a mistake. If they are this sloppy with a cold medication, I would not trust them with my important prescriptions.

If I could give it a negative star I would. The Pharmacy Department have the most rude and unfriendly bunch. I requested to have my scripts transferred from another CVS to this CVS and not all the scripts were transferred, even though I gave them all the information. Second, I got a prescription, that cost $50.00 not covered by the insurance, and unknowingly filled it and took it home. I returned it the very next day, just to get a major attitude rudeness from the young lady in the pharmacy. From the very beginning she was rude and just talked to me like i was her child. When did things change and now the customer is ALWAYS WRONG??!!! and it's NOT ok to speak to the customer in such a manner! You could not have possibly had a bad day, as I went in at 9:30ish AM! I have in error filled prescriptions in another state and have never had an issue returning it. The bag was still stapled in the same form they handed it to me. I will not be bringing my business here, I rather drive a little further to have my prescriptions filled than deal with such attitude! You should change your job if you are so miserable!! Thanks for refunding my money (This one time, as you said), and thanks for Nothing because you truly should not be at the counter dealing with people!

First off let me be clear since they don't give us this option. That one star symbolizes a NEGATIVE one. If at all possible avoid this place like the plague. In my humble opinion a staff who has their heads so far up their rear ends have no business being as rude and obnoxious to their customers as they always are. Lastly please check your medications before you leave. On numerous occasions they have either given me the wrong medication and even given me someone else's! So be very careful if you choose to take a chance on this so called pharmacy your life might truly depend on it.

There is a gentleman who works there who is not very friendly and I am not looking forward to dealing with him moving forward. We moved from Mauldin SC and they have always been so great through out the years. Customer service is important and if I am being overly pleasant to hopefully steer the conversation in a good direction and the interaction still is tense and I am being spoke to as though I am uneducated or even ignorant, it doesn't help the situation. I will not leave his name as I don't believe this will further help me with interactions moving forward but I am not happy with their service in the pharmacy.

Why the pharmacy not answering the phone? I understand if you're busy but I've been on hold for 10 minutes just to ask of my Dr. sent over my prescription or not . Answer the phonešWhat will suck is if I drive there and y'all don't have it 30 mins on the phone, no answer... ever15 mins waiting in consultation line...just to say you don't have it. You could've saved me a trip by answering the PHONE ! Do not recommend. Send your prescriptions elsewhere, they're too short staffed to give you decent service.

Truly the most aggravating CVS I have used. I have used CVS all over the upstate for more than 10 years for my families prescription needs as well as mine. NEVER have I EVER received back to back calls about my heartburn meds being early. DUH!! Every other Cvs marks it as refill when ready. All my meds can be seen from any CVS in the US! My fiancĆ© had a bad experience too. Very lazy pharmacist was working and was all around not pleasant. Hopefully it was a bad day? We just moved here. I donāt want to change pharmacies.

This CVS has horrible customer service and wait time. They literally never answer the phone. I have waited on hold over 30 minutes each time Iāve called. Prescriptions called in by my doctor that donāt require any counting (zpacks, cough syrups, etc) take over 2 hours to fill. When I ask about their ridiculous wait times their reply is āwe are understaffed and swampedā. This is always the case so management must be an issue. Do NOT go here if you can help it. It will save you hours of frustration and suffering if you are sick. I will be moving all my prescriptions elsewhere.

Usually I have no problems with the pharmacy but, I tried 3 separate times to call them to find out why my prescription hadnāt been filled. I waited on hold for almost 10 minutes every time and no one ever picked up. I even called the regular store area and got them to announce that they had a phone call, still no response.

We were pleasantly greeted when we entered this CVS drugstore. After finding what we came for we had a nice and friendly cashier that checked us out. It is always enjoyable to shop at a store with friendly and knowledable staff. Thank you again! We will frequent this store again when we are in the area.

The pharmacy at this location had terrible customer service. They do not answer the phone... ever... I was was on hold for over thirty minutes and even called the store manager who only offered to transfer me back to the pharmacy. I had to request to speak to the pharmacy manager before any action was taken. They did not even answer the phone when a different CVS pharmacy was calling. The other pharmacy was on hold for over 30 minutes before they gave up. If you have the option, go to the Seneca CVS pharmacy.

This place is trash I promise it is I donāt have nothing but issues every time I come and donāt try to call omggggg someone will tell you one thing on the phone not to mention rush you off the phone when you finally get there itās something different please give us a Walgreens cuz Iām so sick of this with Pendleton sc CVS im bout to start taking the drive just to get better service fyi they donāt even deserve one star tbh

Justin the new manager at this store is absolutely amazing. I had a problem,he took control of, owned it, even though it wasn't his to own,and totally made the bad situation better. THANK YOU JUSTIN!!

They text u saying prescription ready and get there and it isn't. The speaker system for drive thru is terrible.Some of the employees are not at all friendly or helpful.

Pharmacy never answers the phone, never has prescriptions ready when they say and also act like they don't know what in the world they are supposed to be doing!!! Never coming back and taking my business elsewhere!
