Stop-A Minit in Pelzer S.C. 3.30.24. Around 9:45am. Purchased beacon, egg and cheese biscuit. The white girl put way too pepper on the eggs. (I didn't ordered pepper on eggs) Eggs looked almost all black. She leaves to go pick up rolls. Black older guy takes over cooking. While he is cooking without his mouth covered was coughing. Wasn't on my food but was on others. 7 day old milk in cooler. Trash cans outside overflowing.

Deli was open but would not prepare any hot food except for what was in warmer. Girl working deli had lo g hair and no hat and/or hair net.Verbal altercation as she was rude and she got what she deserved with a good cussing. Overall, the establishment was very nasty and slow with customers.

Gas price was good for the area. The store was clean and staff were friendly enough. The pumps could do with a cleaning. Just scrub off the capitalism part and you would get five stars from me :)

I really do love THIS Stop A Minit as opposed to the others. This one is like a mega minit haha always has hot food prepared and everything else stocked on shelves as well. The only reason I take a star off is because they need MORE staff with BETTER attitudes. Gas prices are awesome too.

Both of the employees that were working this morning refused to give customers any food under the hot plate and only wanted them to get food off of where the warmer was. That food was cold! These people were just being lazy and did not want to do their jobs. We are early that could have been the only reason because why would you refuse hot food to anyone when is sitting right there ready to serve.

Need to Always keep paper in the gas pumps for our receipt.. having to Walk inside and wait in a line for our receipt is ridiculous..

As far as gas stations go it's a good one. The inside is not too cramped and they have a section of booths to sit and eat or relax and wait for the rest rooms. The restroom is for one person even though you could fit many people inside with you. It's a no frills bathroom and there was toilet paper shredded about but it was pretty clean otherwise. I don't know about the men's room. The staff is nice. They sell deisel and gas and have pumps to accommodate large trucks.

Stopped in to get a drink and possibly a snack. Went to the restroom to wash my hands. No soap and the room was disgustingly filthy. No paper towels. No toilet paper. Mind you, this place prepares and serves food. I left immediately after informing the staff of the condition. I was told that the restroom had been cleaned just 45 minutes prior.

VERYYYY SSLLLOOOOOWWWWWW!! It's best to pay at the pump if you're only getting fuel. However, if you do need to go inside, be prepared to wait. There's normally only one cashier and one deli person, and they cannot help on the registers. And if it's shift change, we'll, you're screwed.

I've worked there for over a year if the owners appreciated their employees who actually do their job it wouldnt be a bad place. They should raise the pay their and give raises to the employees who put all their effort into their job I used to love working there and I'm sorry to the few people who I used to work with and to all the customers that came in everyday but I could keep killing myself for a place that doesn't show any appreciation for the employees who take pride in where they work like I did. The owners really really need to raise the pay and show appreciation to the employees who actually care and take pride in their jobs. They might actually keep some people.

Has anyone had any problems with their vehicle after getting gas here? We filled up with regular unleaded on 01-01-2023 and afterwards the car has been sputtering no stop, just worried it might be water in gas or bad gas...

I've been going to this store for years. Tried to call an order in so I wasn't waiting for 20 mins and no one wanted to answer the phone. Ok maybe they were busy I pull up walk in and 2 people waiting at register and the guy working the grill area is on his personal phone. So instead of putting his phone away he waits for a line of 8 people waiting to check out to help the only other person working. Why is it so hard for people to actually work the job they are being paid for. It's not social hour some of us don't have time to wait for you to finish your conversation on your phone and have jobs to run.

Hey it's one of my favorite places, that's opinion based, I mean I only live about a mile, 2 at most. I don't go anywhere for the employees I just get what I need and I'm out, but for the most part I've never had a bad experience with any of the employees, they speak, I speak, we all get along so no complaints here. It is a gas station\truck stop so I guess it depends on the situation they've been dealt just got take that in consideration everywhere you go!

Come on stop-a-minit pay $10 for a chicken tender after she picks the box and she told me we don't have no dipping sauce if I'd known that I would not have bought it no signs of nothing put up about the dipping sauce this is ridiculous

Friend of mine works at this one. This one I can definitely say is one of the better ones. It's a truck stop, but is way cleaner then any truck stop I have ever been to. The staff, besides just my friend girl, are really nice and respectful. Seems too they are quiet professional as well. They have a wide variety of hot food as well. I tried the sausage egg and cheese biscuit this morning, and for it being a gas station biscuit, it was really good. Definitely a great place to stop at in the morning.

First time in, I was just passing through and needed to fill up my tank with gas real quick. Otherwise I might have been walking, with a gas can in hand.In and out and on my way in a matter of minutes. The young lady at the register acknowledged me when I walked in the door. No line, rang up my purchases quickly, thanked me and wished me a nice day.

This place use to be a top tier store. When i worked there everything was speedy speedy speedy. Now the lines are always a hell hole. Try to just buy 1 soda you will.wait in line for 20 mins. The food is never fresh unless the two african americans are working in the kitchen. The phones rarely get answered for me. I tried over 15 times n a row to call today and nobody answered and this isnt the first time the phones have been this way. This store went downhill so fast. Im.not the only one in the community who feels like this. There is countless people.who have already stopped going there because of this prob and many more to follow. Something needs to change asap

Nice big new convenient store and gas station. They keep the parking lot clean and well lit at night. They even have a few booths to sit at and enjoy a bite to eat. The gas is usually cheap here. My biggest complaint is that their bathrooms are single person only. For a new station as big as it is, you would think they would have a bathroom with at least two stalls. Not to mention that this gas station is at the intersection of two well travelled highways. Everytime we stop here for gas, a quick snack and a bathroom break, someone starts pounding on the door that they need to use the restroom. Despite my complaint about the very irritating inconvenience of their bathrooms, they have always been clean and well stocked with supplies. There is ample space for a handicap, wheelchair person to move around in. The staff have been fine. Not overly friendly but not rude either.

DON’T STOP!!!! You can make it to the next gas station! Girl at the register with the blonde hair just looked at me when I was next so I assumed the stare was her way of communicating sorry I don’t understand your language. Then was rude and again hands me my receipt and another state as I walk away. This is why I pay at the pump but this wasn’t an option on this day as I tried but was greeted with error message (E01) please pay inside. NEVER AGAIN WILL I!

Great location and facility. Terrible service. More times than not, there are not enough cashiers to take care of the business. Usually just one working. Today, there were 2 there but again, only 1 working. The other cashier was engaged in conversation with other people and showed no sense of urgency to check out any of the 8 or 9 people in line. After waiting in line and paying for my gas, I went and pumped my gas. Then I went back inside and the 2nd cashiered had still not opened a register. I waited and watched a few minutes and she finally called over some of the 8 or 9 people in line to ck them out. This happened at 4:15 PM on 5/23. Think I will use QT and Spinx from now on.

The entire store was a wreck. Women's bathroom had toilet paper everywhere, clogging the toilet, trashcan was overflowing, you could tell the toilet hasn't been cleaned in weeks. Garbage all over the store. Literally pee on the side of the road before stopping here for a bathroom break.
