The kiddos and I tried this place last night, and man was it good. Service was excellent, and everything was on point. It was somewhat difficult to find parking because they were so packed, and the parking lot was a little small. They offer meat and 3 and other menu items. Kiddos had the chicken finger and cheeseburger plates, and I had the turkey and dressing with cabbage and green beans. Honey, let me be the first to tell you how good this food was. I promise it will not disappoint 👌👌 Run to try them out if you haven't yet 🌻Much Love 🍄💚Parking: Parking lot is on the side. It's somewhat small and difficult to find parking. There is a parking lot across the street that you can park in though.

11/22/23 Lunch. An enjoyable meal that was served hot! I had the fried chicken with 2 sides. Good old-fashioned food that was not pretentious and was exactly what I expected. Satisfying and reasonably priced. An average meal in the best sense. I got the impression that if I ate there another 5 times, the food would be exactly the same.Excellent: Uniquely satisfying. A special place.Very Good: Better than expected.Average: An everyday experience. Just OK.Fair: Below par. Dirty smells. & / or flies.

What a treat this was today 😀 Shopped at the Bargain store and decided to come here for dinner. The only thing missing was Andy and Opie lol. This is a wonderful place for a meat and three. It's a rustic, small town feel with a staff that's really glad to see ya! I'm not going to critique the food to much because everyone has their own preferences. Some people will say that some places are not salty or peppery enough for them however that's why they provide S&P shakers for Anyway the food was excellent for my taste buds and we were treated really well so now I'm looking forward to trying breakfast 😊

Nice little home feel restaurant. Home-made food and the relaxed feel give this place an edge on all others. Hope to try their breakfast soon. We (2) got the meat and 2 special with drink included and walked out paying $19, which is about unheard-of in todays economy.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp and parking on site

We were in town looking at houses. Did a search for some good food. Came across Mill Town Place. After a short wait to be seated, we placed our order and within minutes we had our food. It was delicious and the wait staff (Dawn) was wonderful. It’s always fun to listen to and experience small town chatter. Nice work Mill Town Place!

I’m so glad we finally went to this place. The parking lots might be full but that doesn’t mean there isn’t room inside. The food is delicious. The pricing is very reasonable. And the service is top notch.Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

I got fried pork chop fried okra cabbage cornbread banana pudding for lunch and had enough left for my supper. Delicious food friendly service reasonably priced. I took a picture of the menu to share! I highly recommend this place! The meat and one two three has changed according to a note coming in the front door.Parking: They have limited parking beside the restaurant, but have extra parking across the street.

Mill Town Place is a cute little place to eat. It's rich with Pelzer's history and truly loves new customers and it's loyal regulars. There are meat and threes, hamburgers & french fries, salads, gyros, fried tomatoes ( which are good! ) Seafood, Ribeyes. They always have a bean of the day and a dessert of the day on the board. This was my Mother in Laws favorite place to eat. Her picture is is on the wall, along with other regulars. Highly recommend trying this place out.

If you love unsalted/unseasoned food with good customer service you’ll love this place. I’ve tried a few dishes from this place before writing this review. Food is underwhelming and not worth the hassle of parking and walking across traffic or parking in a parking lot full of pot holes. If food was seasoned it may be worth it for me. God bless.I’ve had dine in, take out, breakfast and lunch. All was lacking.

Down-home cooking is always a winner in our book, and this place serves it up by the plate full. In our first visit to Pelzer, we found ourselves hungry after visiting several shops. We walked by several, but upon opening the door of Mill Town Place, we knew this was where we wanted to have lunch. The wait staff are super friendly and attentive, and the whole atmosphere was very homey. Even though we had never been there before, we felt very welcomed by the locals. The food was excellent, and the portion was just right. They have THE best slaw ever! Whenever we visit Pelzer, we will definitely stop here again.

Not a place that welcomes parties less than 3. On a busy day solo me sat waiting on a table to be available. I understand large tables are reserved for large parties. However I was passed over 4 times with parties of 2 and 3. When I asked if they had tables for 2 I was told 4 was the smallest table. So..wait... I would HAVE to sit at a table for 4 just like the people who went ahead of me that got there after me.

If you want good home cooking them you have found your place! My family and I just moved to the area this was the first place we ate at after we moved and we were not disappointed in the least. I had the meatloaf and it melted in my mouth. We also went for breakfast a week later and the breakfast was everything I expected. The staff is super friendly and very attentive. And their sweet tea is as sweet as it gets!

Was told to try this place. Terrible. The waiter was very nice. The atmosphere was very very uncomfortable, there were 2 white dinners that just stated at me for a long while but by then I already had my order. The pork chips was fried very hard. The green beans were ok. The mashed potatoes tasted like powder. I wont ever be back!

Walked in to half of the restaurant full of dirty tables to start with, then sat down and wasn’t greeted for about ten minutes and took the waiter 15 minutes to get me a bottle of orange juice. I should have asked for her name brown hair!! Very rude and gave the worst customer service!! Brought out cold grits!! Will not be returning or recommending!!
