Family Dollar, unlike the Dollar General, has professional workers who keep the shelves stocked and the aisles free of boxes and clutter. I can always find what I need. The prices ring up according to the shelf sticker so there aren't surprises when you check out.

Only place in Williamston or Pelzer to have a great selection of fall decor. Very friendly staff!I went searching high and low for fall decorations.. and sadly all the other stores in town were either out or waiting on restock. They helped me complete my operation Fall decor. Now I can say " fall has fallen!" 🍂🍁☺️

Overall decent shopping experience, could be more efficient and faster with the companies decision to have more associates scheduled in the store. The employees are as helpful as allowed due to being short staffed. Being in the fast paced economical lifestyle we've adopted one would assume to receive faster, more efficient service could be achieved with more employees available to serve the public's needs. Offer's a clean environment while shopping but somewhat cluttered at times I'm sure this is a result of slow seasonal merchandise sales.

Family Dollar is clean and organized. This store has a lot of good home stuff. Bedding, curtains, decorations, cleaning supplies. Tasha checked me out and was so nice and helpful!! Will be back.

The store was clean and organized. However,I was distressed about the clerk. He didn't speak to where I could hear him. He was very rude and acted like we were inconveniencing him. I will never go to that store again.

They sale racks outside the door that said "up to 50% off". A pair of men's shorts originally $10.00 reduced to $3.00 with another reduced sticker not totally covering the $3.00 one. That said REDUCED $8.00.I challenged the mgmt asking how do you not honor the lower price when elementary math proves you can not reduce $8.00 from $3.00. That becomes a negative number.She only replied the register says it's reduced to $8.00. Interesting way to answer a customer and NOT stand behind the lower price is ALWAYS in favor of the customer.Too bad she didn't spend more time getting her freight on shelves and having her staff cleaning up the floors and shelves.
