I went inside to pick up some prescriptions. While I waited,, I checked my blood pressure on the machine. I stuck my hand in and it landed on abasket with used needles, and alcohol pads. Before I realized it was even there, my hand landed in the basket and was punctured by one of the needles. Now, I don't know what to do and I am worried that I may have something. I turned the stuff into the pharmacy but the damage had been done. I don't recommend at all.

The staff here is amazing. My doctor is 5 minutes away and when he calls in a perception I can go straight to the pharmacy and it will already be ready with no wait time. The staff is always professional kind and quick. I've been to many pharmacies but this location is the absolute best. I've never done anything to earn this service so I can only imagine they give equal service to everyone.

Terrible customer service. One lady working and she passed me several times as I was trying to find an item, but she was clearly too busy to be bothered. The self checkout wasn't open, so she had to ring me up herself, as she cursed under her breath the whole time. I would have gone somewhere else but I needed the medicine. WONT BE BACK! SO RUDE!

CVS in Pelzer is MY store, the people there are so very nice&friendly, they are also helpful and knowledgeable , the store is always so clean and organized and I can always find the store brands on items I need at a much lower cost than named brands. I love this store and the people who work there.Today 06/28/2023 I needed advice from a pharmacist so CVS in Pelzer SC is my go to place! The pharmacist, Jason, helped me out today in a big way with information I needed. The technician and pharmacist are there to help in every way. I trust them to give me the information I need to make better decisions.The CVS in Pelzer SC is always so neat and clean. It makes shopping there a pleasure. But what truly makes it a pleasure to go into that store are the people who work there. And no I’m not related to anyone there. ☺️ I’m always greeted as I walk in, everyone is always so helpful, no one hovers around me, but when I need help they are there ready to help. As you can tell I love this store and the people who work there. The interaction I have when in that store with the employees is wonderful! I can see the employees are happy and that not an easy accomplishment. Sorry I can’t remember the manager last name , I always call him Michael, but a good leader makes for a good team. You can trust me that’s one of the best team I have ever had waiting on me, helping me, and just making me feels special. Can you tell this is my favorite place, I always leave feeling better that when I went in.

I have been a nurse for quite a while, and though the lines can be long, you can trust the pharmacists here for their knowledge and care. There is never a time I have had a question (even as a nurse) and they have been a Great reference. The staff is nice, as well. I do think the cooperation side of the establishment needs to meet with the demand of customers and patients with continuing to add more staff to shorten the lines, and provide faster customer service. However, I’d rather wait in this line, or call ahead, and get the right prescription and advice, rather than be misled and harmed.

Not only are they slow and rude they have Missed counded my prescription twice now. When I called again this time she the managed said she counted them twice and singed her name. She didnt. So being a customer I can't do anything about it.i will be going to another drug store.

Dropped of a RX on Wednesday, told it would be shipped/ordered for pickup Thursday. It is Saturday and still haven't gotten a call/text it is ready. Phone assistant says they are working on my order.

Some of the pharmacy employees are great and some just plain rude and get mad when you hit number 2 on the phone cause you need your medicine filled faster then they want to fill it if a person shouldn't hit 2 option they shouldn't have that option for the customer to use

Poor customer service, I haven't yet to feel welcomed as a customer. It's as if your shopping experience is to be a privilege and granted opportunity in shopping with them. The automatic doors are always quick to open for your business but the associates attitude and Services is not deserving of ones choice to have selected their retail store for shopping needs. With each visit being lengthy apart I am reminded once again why I've NOT to made this CVS as the selection for MY HOME STORE shopping needs.

Great customer service and excellent advice from the very knowledgeable pharmacists. The staffing and the long lines, I do not believe are due to poor customer service, but the CVS cooperation possibly not providing adequate staffing. It is getting better though. Overall, I’d rather call ahead and avoid the line and go to THIS pharmacy, RATHER than go to the others that have given me wrong medications, poor customer service, aditude, etc.

Just picked up some medicine for my son and the the pharmacy cashier was very rude told me they didn’t have the medicine he needed and it would be tomorrow. They didnt even call us to notify us they didn’t have it. And when I was still needing service she walks away like I was done with what I was needing I wasn’t done at all. I’m not satisfied with there service at all there.

I wouldn't give it any stars if that was an option. Just got off the phone with a "Mike" I think was his name. I asked if MoneyGram was working and he said yes but how much do you need. So I told him he said he couldn't do that. Times before I've gone in and an associate has gone into the office and gotten the money but today this guy tells me they've never done that. I explained to him that I don't have a vehicle to go elsewhere and he said doesn't change the fact that I can't do that. Well maybe cvs shouldn't advertise that they offer MoneyGram. Then "Mike" tells me maybe I should go elsewhere.

Only ever go here for the pharmacy. Probably been going a year now. They’ve always been so helpful with my specific insurance situations and with the medication I have to take daily. Recently I’ve noticed the customer service hasn’t been as good and today I was very disappointed with how I was spoken to on the phone. I was asking very valid question and not getting an answer other than “we can’t do anything” I’ve been on the same routine with my medication for over 3 years and suddenly they can’t do what they’ve always done. I’m not upset that they wouldn’t cover my medication I’m just highly distraught and upset at the way the woman spoke to me. I’ve already switched pharmacies.

My wife and I go in this CVS but never for prescriptions but she decided to give it a try and had a positive experience so I decide to get one filled. I stood at the designated spot for a VERY long time with no service. Apart from an occasional glance I was ignored. I walked over to one of the pharmacy staff and asked if I was in the right to which she said yes. I went back to my spot and waited for a while and left. I think I will go to Williamston .

Pharmacy staff needs an attitude adjustment!! Those are the most hateful, snobby girls to suppose to be giving customer service!!! You have to wait forever for a prescription and if you call the pharmacy to ask a question, you will be put on hold for about 10-20 min before they answer!! I have been a customer there over 15 years and that ends today!! I will be going somewhere else from now on!!

Pharmacists and staff are excellent in every aspect. Not sure, they may be a little more expensive than other pharmacies, but I'll pay a little more for the type service and attention to detail provided @ this location.

I go every month around the 1st to receive money through moneygram and they give me a hard time because of the amount. they always huff and puff and make me feel like a nuisance. i dread going here but its the only place in town to get moneygram
